I have been dealing with Tom, one of the service techs, for the last 9+ years. I have never had a bad experience, and usually quite the contrary. Ive also had dealings with the parts department a few times, and same thing there. If you own a Subaru, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark Miller Subaru service.

I have purchased 3 Subarus from Mark Miller over the past decade. The sales people have been courteous and truthful . The vehicles have been, and the last one still is, fantastic. HOWEVER, they have started sending out requests for service evaluations every time you even go in for routine service. Some of them will take you 10-15 minutes to complete. AND, if you dont fill in the blanks correctly, you cannot submit the evaluation,e.g. you MUST designate the person who serviced you. This is ridiculous.

Wow......Way to go Mark Miller Subaru ! ! ! Tony in your Parts Department MADE A NEW CUSTOMER ! ! ! And I later found out that Ashley, also in Parts at Mark Miller Subaru solidified my previous statement ! ! !My wife and I decided to do a trip to CO. that necessitated us NEEDING a ski rack for our 2013 Outback.With a bit of research I came to understand the ski rack for our 3.6R was no longer in production but I was still able to procure the part numbers.....I made an online order thru M. Millers website at about 5 a.m. using the discontinued part number and was pleasantly surprised at the price.......3 hours later I called M.M. Subaru once they opened to ask if maybe they had the part in house and Tony from Parts explained that they didnt.....he totally offered me the newer model they had in stock but it didnt fit my budget so I went ahead with the less expensive older model.... Heres where Tony made a customer......He asked when we were leaving and I explained 5 days from when we were speaking......I mentioned I might have to cancel the order if it cant be here by then and Tony mentioned hed make a call or two to make sure that the part went out with a shipment from Denver already set to be on its way to Utah.....this was Monday at 9:34 a.m.He said hed let me know if it made it and he was confident that hed be calling us Wednesday a.m. with a pick up confirmation. A few hours later, at 11:33 a.m. I get an email update that a part I ordered was on its way to Mark Miller Subaru ! ! ! ! Thursday I made it over to M.M.S. to pick up the part.....Tony had ALREADY confirmed the part and its accompanying part was in fact all there ! ! ! Total class act ! ! !While in the Parts Department my 5 year old was admiring the Matchbox type cars of the different Subie models and Tony asked if my lil guy had a favorite....he pointed to his favorite color and Tony handed it to him and quite honestly I think my lil guy was shocked...he quipped that he had an older brother whos fave color was Red and do I even have to mentioned To y pulled that one down and handed it to my Lil guy with a promise that he gives it to his Brother.....BOOM #2Completely over satisfied with my online experience and the process and the service given - we excitedly walk out with grins pasted on our face.....we are just about out of the parking lot and I get a call where caller I.D. identifies it as Mark Miller Subaru....with ? Could they be calling about a survey already ?NOPE...Ashley called to say that myself and my darling little boy left our Winter hats there in the Parts Department area and theyd Holden for us....BOOM #3Now, in this World of online retailing the thru Amazon and eBay and they like - its pretty damn cool to know there are actual people that are there to REALLY MAKE SURE sh*t gets handled and Tony did just that....in fact, he took an online order and MADE IT A PERSONAL experience (which I dont care what price you might get something for - itll never add up to that personal touch) ! ! ! ! And then Ashley straight took that ball and punched it through ! ! Well done Mark Miller Subaru ! ! ! You two straight made me Dad of the Year ! ! ! Now we have 4 pairs of skis and a board thatll no longer take up space in the cabin ! ! !

We went to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown to test drive the new Accent. We are a Subaru family and this will be our 3rd Subaru when we buy this. Mark Miller Subaru is the car dealership in town. They are always friendly, never pushy and will treat you like family. Ask for Alex Kuhn when you go in.

I have being to too many dealerships for car precautionary services, the technology assistant was not very helpful, but the other associate that helped me afterwards was great, I ask for a car wash and he gave me a wash for free, small stuff like this is what creates long time customers.

I ordered a part that I needed ASAP and I elected overnight shipping. Tony was unable to ship the part to Montana through his shipping company and decided to just let the part stay on his shelf without notifying me of any issue. I called on day 3 to discover this bad news that put my repair deadline over due. Get your act together boys!

The facilities are clean. Ive had both good and bad experiences. Often times you end up feeling strong armed into services you may not be prepared for. It is a business and they need to make money somehow. Discounts or coupons hardly come around.

The problem was I returned from lunch @4:05 and the car was finished, but I had to wait until 4:45 to get registration and emissions paid for before I could leave . This was hard on me because I had hand surgery recently and my hand was throbbing with pain and I had to wait.

I was told that because I was a recent college grad i would get a discount on a new car and a gift card for a test drive. When I got there I was told that was not the case. They trick you in order to get you to come to the lot so they can pressure you to buy a car.STAY AWAY!!!!! (PS don’t trust Sheryl)
