People are inherently good and Brandon Stuber of the Downtown Advance Auto in SLC is one of the best! He’ll say he was just doing his job, but when we needed a driver’s side powered mirror replaced, he came to our rescue with his professional skill, specialized talent and helpful, can-do attitude! He would not be deterred! We are very grateful to Brandon as he enabled us to continue a cross-country trek safely.

Brandon was extra helpful and nice for my first trip to this store today. I will definitely be going back for all my parts needs!

Not helpful at all. My car battery had died twice earlier in the day so I came here to get a new battery. Almost ready to checkout and the guy hands me the tools and says I need to install it myself. I pointed at the signs around the building that say Free battery Inspection & Installation and asked if I could get some help with the installation. I was told no - they dont do that and he couldnt spare the guys. (Ive included a picture of the signs in case the owner forgot) Mind you, they have an open door to the back warehouse and I see his guys spinning around in their swivel chairs and one guy trying to see how high he can jump hitting the top of the doorframe. I asked, what about those guys who are free and I was told no. I said to cancel the order and if I could please get a jump to start my car. He refused to help start my car so I literally had to flag someone down and get a jumpstart from a stranger in the parking lot of an auto-parts store. Ended up going to Pep Boys down the street who were excellent!

I came in yesterday with a minor problem in my car and was greeted by an amazing worker, Brandon. He helped me fix my problem quickly and had me on my way within 10 min!

They have many of the hard to find service items for my 1991 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur ll; air and oil filters, brake system mineral oil, and probably much more that I havent needed yet.Scott on counter sales is courteous and eager to find just what I need. 230 mile trip there for me, so I must like the place!!! 🤠

This place was very bleh. Definitely paid-by-the-hour employees here, all of them were extremely lethargic both in assisting others(and myself) and stocking the store. Id go back again if I HAD to but wouldnt go out of my way for it. Selection was mediocre at best (didnt really have a chance to delve deep in that because it had already taken too much time as it too so much time to even get help), prices werent any better than any other parts store. It does have a good location and ample parking but not enough to be a saving grace.

My car throw a serpentine belt and this was the closest place for me 2 stop. The 2 men behind the counter were not helpful at all. Very disappointing. I am a fairly independent woman and can handle changing flat tire and and my own oil but belts and such elude me. They won’t even loan me a razor to cut off the rest of the belt to get a measurement. So after purchasing a 2.99 razor which I didn’t use because my husband arrived to rescue me and we went some where else for the belt. Store is small and dirty. Not very welcoming at all.

This place is awesome. I have a Land Rover Discovery 2001, which is extremely hard to find parts for.. this place has had EVERYTHING. I have spent over $400 there in the last month and Everytime since my first visit, have been greeted by my first name. Service is top notch and you dont have to wait days to get parts. Highly recommended!

Every time i buy parts at OReillys or autozone i always end up returning something because it was the wrong part or a garbage part. Every product Ive used from these guys have always been spot on and a quality product!!

This location in particular is the best. It is right next to a high performance parts warehouse that only sells wholesale so any day of the week they can get high performance parts with an easy autozone like experience. Its my go to auto parts store.

I dont normally write reviews, but i worked here and honestly it was by far the worst job Ive had simply becuase the coworkers i had here are by far the worst people ive had to deal with, and very rude. Let alone ALL of the labels for the products are mislabeled, or havent been updated since 2015....its honestly sad how much they dont care, youve been warned.

Small store front, friendly employees, unfortunate store hours. Store is sometimes closed when it should be open, and the hours close a bit early.

The cashier took about 10 minutes to look up how many quarts of steering fluid we needed, and took two trips to the store next door over to get 4 quarts.Called back the next day for some lug nuts and got some guy I couldn’t understand with an apathetic depressed demeanor. Not going back.
