This shop leaves something to be desired aesthetically and visually, its pretty ugly looking. But they do good work at a reasonable price. So if youre looking for a bargain, but dont want to sacrifice quality, than this is the place.

I took my car into these guys after I had been rear ended and I have nothing but great things to say. The service was great and I am especially thankful to Debbie who was willing to stay after hours to accommodate to my schedule in order for me to pick up my vehicle once it was done. My car looks great and I cannot even tell there used to be dent or a scratch on it. These guys do great work and they are very friendly.

These guys are the best in Salt Lake City, there is no question about it. I crashed my 94 Mustang and decided to take it to this shop and i was blown away with the time it took and the outcome. It looked amazing and still does 6 months later. I am recommending everyone to forget about your old shop and to come here. You will not be disappointed. I took my car in because my bumper clips had broken off. They fixed it up perfectly and also chemically cleaned my yellowed headlights so that they look new again. Im very happy, Thanks!

Known the owner for a couple years and hes done work for my cars he is Amazing, and btw if you get a scratch on your car a month after the car is painted thats not the shops fault, you mess up for not washing your car by hand

Terrible! Not cheap! Had the car for two weeks. Eleven business days... passenger side door handle does not open the door! lock and unlock buttons dont work anymore. Terrible job putting the body back together. Missing bolts! Terrible paint job! All together the experience was not a good one to say the least! And they dont except American express...

If I could rate lower, I would. I was referred to this location by my insurance after a little fender bender. Not only did they not put the hood of my car on correctly—there is a huge gap between the hood where it was SLIGHTLY bent.I’ve notice a huge gap on my car versus other Mazda’s. There is ALSO a huge gap on my dash where it used to be connected because they told me they “fixed” that part too. I went back in, realizing these were NOT in fact how they were supposed to be, and no one would fix them after finally getting ahold of them, and just showing up.I’m super disappointed in the quality of service on my vehicle. I wish I would have gone elsewhere.

Ive gone to them on two seperate occasions. Once for my Honda Accord and more recently on my Subaru WRX.  LW AUTO BODY is a family owned business.  Ive checked around to other places, but no one can beat their prices. Their repair skills are top notch.  I couldnt even tell where my previous damage was. They are very professional and handled the business with my insurance company.Phu and Chris have been very helpful and have taken great care of my car. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciate their honesty and making sure that I was happy with the final results.  I will definitely return to them with any future repair needs.

0 Stars!I made the BIGGEST MISTAKE taking my car to LW Auto to get it repaired through an insurance claim after I was t-boned by another driver. Not only did it take over 4 weeks after being told it would take 6 to 7 days, but they also ordered and put on the WRONG WHEEL, which they said they would correct, but 5 months later, I still have the wrong wheel. (They claimed it wasnt their mistake, but that Les Schwab sent over the wrong wheel, but if that were true, wouldnt that be a simple fix???) To boot, the paint has drip marks AND LW AUTO MISSED DAMAGES, which opened a giant can of worms trying to get those repairs completed via a supplemental claim.Long story short, after 5 months of constant calling and NEVER ever receiving a call back when they said they would, NEVER receiving any fixes they claimed they would, I still have the wrong wheel on my car and damages which I am now in the process of going directly through the adjuster for myself.Despite feeling bamboozled and utterly disappointed in their workmanship and customer service, I tried to give LW AUTO the benefit of the doubt throughout this entire ordeal. But now that it is clear this is just how they operate, Im leaving a candid review of my experience.Honestly, I HIGHLY recommend choosing a different shop despite what other reviews might say. In fact, I chose this shop myself because of reviews. And Fu, the owner, was a really nice guy and I worked with Debbie and Chris several times, who are also nice people. But at the end of the day . . .THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SIMPLY GARBAGE.THE REPAIRS WERE ABSOLUTELY POOR.AND THE AMOUNT OF STRESS AND HASSLE I WENT THROUGH TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED PROPERLY WAS 100% RIDICULOUS (and still NOT over).I will never take another vehicle to LW AUTO and I hope that nobody else has to deal with the amount of ridiculousness that I have been dealing with for 5 months!The prices arent even worth it. I asked for a quote to repair my slightly detached spoiler on my trunk and Fu gave me an estimate for $160. After I said not to repair it, because it would cost far less for me to order the hardware and do it myself, I got my car back with the spoiler repaired for free. Sounds nice? Yeah, maybe if it was done with quality and not with what looks like Liquid Nail after I explicitly said I would do it myself!!!!As soon as the snow clears, Ill upload photos.

I got in an accident and took my truck to LW. I cannot rave enough about the personal customer experience I had. It is a family business and they stand behind their work. I would dare say my truck was better than before the accident by the time they were done!Excellent paint, bodywork, and perfect alignment from their associates.I will gladly recommend LW to ANYONE in the SLC area!! Debbie, Chris and Dad are awesome!
