These gentlemen are A#1. I had never needed a body shop before, so after someone damaged my year-old car, I searched online and found reviews for Schneider. Mike answered and patiently addressed all my concerns, assuring me they would use genuine OEM parts and work w/the insurance company. He was able to schedule me for about a week and a half later. Chuck and Sammy kept in communication w/me and let me know it might take a bit longer than anticipated but still finished on time. They are very courteous and do BEAUTIFUL work. I also asked them to pull out a small ding in a door and honestly, you cannot see that any work has been done at all on that or the damage to the quarter panel or rear bumper from the accident. It looks like a brand-new car! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks, gentlemen!

Im nothing but very happy with their service and work on my car. Im pretty picky about my cars and I asked Chuck to see if they can do everything they can to replace the parts with OEM parts. Sammy and Chuck were helpful from the 1st appointment to get an appraisal. My Minivan was rear-ended and I had to get it fixed. I had checked with two other body shops and they had twice the lead-time to get started and also did not stock most parts. Once I was with Schneider everything was to schedule and as they had explained. Should I ever require these services again, Schneider will be my first call!

I have a Acura TLX 2020 and unfortunately my car was rear ended at the end of January. I called the Acura dealership that I bought my car from because all I wanted was the best work on my car since it is still brand new and they highly recommend Schneider Auto Body (I also looked at the great reviews). When I went to do the estimate, I told with the manager I wanted all OEM parts or genuine parts on my car and he said they would order the parts right from Acura. Mike said they would take my car to Jody Wilkinson Acura to make sure the alignment was checked as well as the sensors. They worked really closely with my insurance as well. It took about four weeks for my car to be finished (it was worth the wait) and Iet me tell you, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it - pristine condition - and the paint job was done well! it was also detailed inside and out! If you are looking for a great body shop I highly recommend Schneider Auto! Thank you Schneider crew for making my baby look like new again 😊

The staff was always friendly and accommodating. They answered the phone every call, and answered any questions I had in a helpful manner. They were kind enough to notice I had an old battery, and when I walked over to pick the car up, they had been charging it to make sure it was ready to go after 2 weeks in the shop. Also, my car was perfectly clean, inside and out, when I picked it up.

They did a fantastic job on my Porsche 911 GTS, fixing a prior companies mistakes when a GT3 bumper was installed. Highly recommend.Update - I had them install a GT3RS rear wing - its looks amazing! They did wonderful work.

My 1986 Lotus Turbo Esprit was hit in the left rear corner by another driver causing damage to the fiberglass body and GRP bumper. Most shops I contacted would not work on the car. Schneider Auto Body had experience with rarer cars and was able to take care of me. They did an excellent job doing the repairs and the car came out looking better than before it was hit. I would definitely recommend them.

Superb service. Highly-qualified, friendly employees. This is the only shop Ill let do bodywork on my vehicles. I dont care what the insurance company says, our vehicles come here for bodywork.My vehicles have been here so many times over the past 35 years, Im on a first-name basis with Margrit and almost everyone who works here. But Schneiders has very little workforce turnover -- which is a good sign that the employees are treated well. And in turn, they treat their customers well.

I came to Schneider based off the good reviews, and am so glad that I took that chance. I went to a few nearby shops as well to get some additional quotes, but ONLY at Schneider did I get the feeling that I wasn’t just another customer they were trying to make money off of. They were honest and they LISTENED to what I wanted. They then provided options, and ultimately allowed me to be in charge. As a full time student I wanted to spend the smallest amount while also having a car that remained drivable for at least another year. They helped in every way possible; from communicating with my insurance company to even driving me to the airport after dropping my car off; so that I felt like I barely had to lift a finger. They communicated effectively while working on the repairs, keeping me updated on additional discoveries and providing me with additional options and sticking to my priorities. I was impressed with how CLEAN the inside of my car was upon picking it up (not sure if other shops would do this, but it was a step above in my book). They clearly took some added time to pay attention to these details. They also helped buff out some paint from a prior run-in with a pole that was unrelated to this incident. Thank you Schneider for a great experience with a not-so great situation! Margaret, Marion, Mike, and Blake? (Sorry, I always forget your name but I’m guessing) were all a joy to work with and made it feel less like a business relationship. CHOOSE THEM! 🙌🏻 The photos show a before and after, but please keep in mind that I opted to only have airbrushing done on the doors to stay below my insurance’s “total loss” threshold. I am very pleased, considering I didn’t have to pay a dime thanks to the deal they worked out!

********UPDATED********After I posted my first review they reached out to me to see how they could make it right. They truly went the extra mile to get the job done right and my only real complaint was that it wasnt done right the first time. That said there is no guarantee that a shop will get it perfect the first try but at least with Schneider, they will do whatever it takes to make it right.I must just have really bad luck with this place or their reviews arent totally honest. This was my second time using Schneider Autobody. The first time I used them, it took a few attempts to get everything right and considerable more time but thay did eventually get the job done right. I was willing to give them a second chance and I regret it. They were just sanding and painting the rear bumper which took a few days longer than they said they would and no one bothered to call me to inform me of this. I had to call them on the day they said it would be done which was 4 days after I dropped it off and they told me it was still going to be a few more days. When they finally called me to tell me it was done and I went to go pick it up I was horrified at how different the paint looked in comparison to the rest of the car. They made excuses saying paint always looks a little different on plastic vs. metal which I dont dispute there can be a subtle difference but this looks like a completely different shade of white. ITS NOT SUBTLE! They offered to try to repaint it again but I had completely lost my patience with them and didnt want to be without my car for God knows how long. If you want your car fixed right the first time, take it to a different shop.

I had to wait a long time for an appointment and it was WORTH IT. Best price I could find in Salt Lake Area and easiest quoting. I had completely ripped off my front bumper damaging multiple parts. They installed a new bumper, new parts that I asked for one day prior to my appointment and used my old parts that were salvageable. They finished it faster than I had expected. Thank you so much!

(UPDATE) 7-20-21 - Unfortunately this year I had to do another insurance claim. They did such an awesome job last time I decided to go back to them. Trust me I am more than happy with the work that was done. When my car went in it definitely looked like I had been using it for the last 5 years since it was brand new. Even though they only fixed the bumper, put on a new rim and tire and gave my car and alignment.. They completely cleaned my car inside and out after they made sure the body work was pristine. We had our CPO ACURA MDX get hit buy a truck door at a parking lot. Chipped some small amount of paint and gave a small dent. Nothing major but it hurt us because it was “our” new car. Truck owner took the blame and his insurance covered the repair. Called my Acura Dealership and they said to take it to Schneider’s that they do a lot of their body work and will leave my car like new. Must say, calling Schneider’s and talking to Sammy assured me my MDX was in great hands. She was able to answer all my questions with confidence, assuring the process will be easy, and it was. They left my MDX like new. They also helped with the car rental. Thank you Schneider Team for everything. Wow! If only every auto body experience could have been like this.I had a minor fender bender with a virtually new Land Rover Velar. After a very bad experience with the local dealership auto body shop at Ken Garff, I knew I would never go back there again. I started looking around for a shop in SLC, and every single referral and review said go to Schneider, so I did.It was a perfect experience from beginning to end. Chuck and everyone there took great care of me. They made an honest estimate right from the beginning and were aware of my time constraints with being in a rush to turn the car back in for a lease that was ending. They immediately ordered parts, worked with my insurance, and kept me up to speed. They let me keep the car while we waited for parts so that my down time was minimal.When I did take the car in, they found they needed a few more parts, but, crazily, STILL completed the job in record time (1 week from start to finish) - that is a record for a body shop. I was constantly kept up to date on the repair and what to expect via text messages and calls.This is complete opposite of what id experienced at the dealer auto body shop Ken Garff where it took 3 months to repair, no one ever returned a call, and it was obvious no one cared if i ever got my car back.Schneider Auto Body is the only place to go if you need repair. My experience with this body shop was horrible. I brought my Brand New 2019 4 Runner only (500 miles) of the vehicle in for repairs. They completely TRASHED my vehicle. My 4 Runner did not have any damage in the inside of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle the repairs were horrible. I noticed they did not paint an area on the outside of my vehicle. When I looked inside there were so many scratches. They must of putparts in my vehicle. They were completely careless with my vehicle. I would give them a 0 if that was an option. I traded the vehicle in and incurred $6700 for the trade. My 4 Runner was completely paid off.Buyer Beware!

They had to fix the drivers door hinges and pins. Weld the Stricker plate and did it for half of the others. Then they cleaned the outside and inside of the truckThank you for the work.

I needed repairs to the front end of my Nissan Rogue. Because of my high deductibles, I was paying for the work myself. I called a number of shops for estimates, and then I was referred to Schneider Auto Body. They gave me the best estimate, and when I brought it in, told me upfront what I could expect.The work was done quickly, within the quote they gave new, and they cleaned and vacuumed my car so it looked almost new! I was devastated when my car was vandalized/keyed to the point that the metal was exposed. Not being from the area made it difficult to choose a reliable body shop. My coworker recommended Schneiders, and it was the best recommendation Ive ever received.My experience was mainly working with Chuck, who did the initial estimate for me and also answered all of my questions. I was impressed with his attention to detail as he could recognize that I had my bumper repainted in the past without my mentioning. Anyway, when I got my car back, it looked completely brand new. Even the interior was spotless and it honestly looked like I just had it detailed.They schedule a bit far out. I believe I had to wait a month before I got an appointment to bring in my car, but it was completely worth the wait. You get what you pay for, and their work is flawless. I needed a supplemental repair and they got it authorized and took care of all the paperwork.The bodywork and paint is impeccable, and now you know why the always have cars like Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes being corrected. Amazing and very helpful people! I had a piece of molding that had come loose from my driver side door and was about to fall off. I took a chance on this shop and stopped in just to see if they could help me. The gentleman behind the counter was a man named Chuck. It was close to closing and I could tell this gentleman was very busy. Instead of putting me off he came right out and helped me address the reattachment of the molding. Chuck enlisted the assistance of another employee that had 35 years experience who dropped everything to come out and help. They were so considerate and kind that they were not going to charge me for repairing and reattaching the molding. These people ARE THE BEST of what society has to offer in customer service !!!!!! They kept refusing to take money that I was offering for payment for their services. But I insisted that both of them take the gratuity.
