Had some front bumper damage that required it to be painted. I went to several body shops for quotes and also went to Carleson based on their high reviews. I have to say, the experience was great- Jon assisted with my estimate and was a pleasure to deal with. Jon was honest, reasonably priced and completed the work in a timely manner. I had some car parts painted and installed by Jon at Carleson after a fender bender, and he did a phenomenal job. He let me know from the beginning that the paint match might not be exact, but it was so spot on that you cant tell the difference from the original. The service was prompt and the attention to detail was immaculate. This is also the most affordable shop in the area that I could find, so I really got amazing service for what I paid. I took a ski boot part to Jon at Carleson Quality Shop on a whim after warranty wanted to waste up to 8 weeks for a fix and local ski shops didnt know what to do. I heard from word of mouth at the local Lowes that someone in that area would have the tools needed to remove a screw that lost its head. I was promptly greeted and explained my issue to Jon who immediately went to work to remove the screw. I couldnt be happier to avoid waiting 8 weeks for a warranty repair from K2 and instead have the part I need fixed and back in my hand same day! Thank you!
