I went in to request a custom hat. I had no clue what I was doing. Phillip the man working the store was super helpful and approachable. Our hat turned out perfect! Beyond my expectations. He made sure all was exactly the way we wanted it. Thanks for making sure our hat is super fly!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Came in and guy working was on his phone and didnt even bother greeting like normal workers do. He didnt even bother asking me if I needed help even though I was inside searching for awhile. When I went to purchase my hat he was still on his phone probably finishing a text. Again didnt even say a word to me. Then I was having problems with the chip reader and instead of him helping me out he found it more concerning to close the door instead. Once he gave me the receipt I said thank you and he said nothing. I have never experienced someone so rude in the retail service.

I came in for a new fitted hat yesterday and received excellent service. The staff helped me find a design I liked and were able to put it on the color hat that I wanted. I got plenty of compliments on it and was quite happy with the quality as well as the speed of the service. The hat outside is also very comfortable. I came back in today and had an idea for a custom hat, they made it perfect, out was exactly what I had envisioned. Excellent service and excellent results again, I cant recommend these guys enough.

The guy I believe his name was Obed was treating my fiancée bad. She asked for new hat and he just ignored her. There was somebody elses hair on there with just gross her out and he didnt care he just blew it off with a machine and act like nothing happened. She was very upset with her experience here and we will not be going back he should have done more to help her out to her satisfaction and satisfy her needs.

I bought a hat last night and didnt necessarily love the way it came out. Went in today and was more than pleased when the employees did what they could to make sure I left with hat I loved. Extra thanks to Jordan who helped me through the whole process start to finish!!!

I went in not knowing much about hats other than they usually didnt fit well. Donnie and Will walked me through each type of hat in the store and helped me find one that fit my head and my style. It was an unusually positive retail experience. Thanks guys!
