This is an efficient and amazing business! I have worked with them on two separate houses to install countertops for my homes. When I first visited the store I honestly did not know what I was doing and Shawn walked me through the process and helped me multiple times (I needed it!), on site I needed to change something in the order and they were able to do so. This company has been so helpful and I look forward to my next project with them!

Great experience. My daughter was looking for granite counters for two bath vanities. Sylvia was very helpful and showed her granite and quartz slabs. She eventually went with the quartz. It was a small purchase but was treated as a valued customer none the less. Thanks Sylvia!

I just got my cabinets and granite installed and Im loving my new kitchen look. I was referred to Sylvia by a friend and she did not fail me. From beginning to end Sylvia was the epitome of customer focused. She provided all the information I needed at my first visit, came to my home and gave me some ideas and designs for how I could reconfigure my kitchen. Further, she patiently answered my phone calls/texts every time and did everything within her power to give me good information on product and scheduling. Frankly, I could have gone other places for my cabinets and granite, but Sylvia won my business with her ever friendly smile, great customer service and patient hand holding. Sylvia is awesome and is what makes this review a 5 star rating!

First issue.. when the granite counter tops came to be delivered, they were not what I picked out in the store. second issue,. apparently I got scraps laying around. I have a seam going down the cabinet about a foot from the sink., third issue they had to come back out and re drill the holes that werent big enough for the faucet to fit in., oh and the holes are not lined up as they were suppose to be, and best of all I save for last. they installed my island top 1 off, and had to return that day to rip off the top along with ripping up the new hardwood flooring around the island.. so I have a mess of glue around the top of my cabinets from them having to cut it off and reapply it. Not even an apology for the huge inconvenience.. my floor is snapping together around the island still. oh did I mention I had new cabinets installed that now have gaps in the corners where the trim meets from them ripping my island off the floor... also the tops were very scratched up looking. in my opinion very cheap granite. I would of gave no stars if I could have. very unhappy customer, I recommend buying elsewhere, I know two other people that used Silverstone and was not happy with them either. Buyer Beware

I had an appliance flood my kitchen at the end of February. I chose to do a full remodel instead of just repairing the damage and chose Silver Stone for my cabinets and countertops. The quality of the cabinets seems to be good for the price and that is due to them being manufactured in China. They come in a box much like Ikea products and then the workers at Silver Stone assemble them during install. The finished product is nice but the issue I have run into is if there is a defect.They installed cabinets in early April. One of the cabinets for a desk was broken in the box so they said they would reorder it. I also had a few cabinet doors that had paint runs and or chips in paint. They said they would replace them. About three weeks later they installed the desk when they had the replacement for the broken drawer. They told me they were waiting for the replacement doors from China. I kept waiting and they wouldnt call me when they said they would. I was just left hanging. I would call and get a generic excuse about how shipping containers work and that they would contact me when the doors arrive. Finally in mid June the doors arrived so we scheduled a time for them to be installed. Come to find out that one of the doors they ordered was the wrong size and now we are back to the game of excuses and being ignored.Im tempted to have the door color matched and just hire a painter to refinish the door. Im currently being left in the dark about when they will reorder another door. It took them 2 months to get the doors the first time. So since this is now almost July, Im hopeful that my kitchen will be done by September. I honestly regret using this company.

I bought my cabinets and granite from these guys and am so pleased with everything! Ask for Sylvia, she will take care of you. She helped walk me through all of my options, made suggestions, came out to the house and really worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with every detail. Their prices are really awesome, the cabinets are better quality than IKEA, roughly the same cost, but that cost includes installation, for install of IKEA cabinets through their in house referral company we were quoted $3500! All the cabinets and drawers are soft close.They were able to get our granite installed within about five days of doing template, which is unheard of. My wife was very pregnant and we had a deadline of amber due date to be done and they did everything they could to make that happen. I have a 1930 house and my kitchen is small and ha some weird corners but this didnt phase them, they took care of business and did an awesome job, plus they smoked everyone on price, including Keystone and Marble Center, but more importantly, they treated me really well.I highly recommend!
