After spending months building my custom cabinets, I was very apprehensive about getting countertops. I’ve had really bad experiences with anything I had hired done with my house. It seems like anything you have done these days is short of quality and true craftsmanship. Not the case with these guys!!! Serg is top tier in his profession. He came out and measured up my kitchen. He was so fast and efficient I mistook it for being a little rushy. I asked him for the final measurements certain that I would find something I would need to correct. To my amazement, the measurements were better than what I had spent hours putting on paper. Truly astonishing! His installer Angel did the install and was meticulous and you could really see that he had pride in his work. If you want the best, these guys are it. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience guys! I’ll be back :)

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible company. Do NOT do business with them. Was scheduled to have our countertops templated tomorrow. We hadn’t heard from them so we called. We were told no one would be coming out because the owner was upset that some of the counters recently installed by them didn’t fit.We were told we NOW have to remove our current counter and backsplash before they would come out to template. No notice, no call! Somehow we were supposed to know that telepathically?I already took the day off, have lost one days pay, and spent hours preparing.I am done and will be expecting a full refund for my cash payment. I will take my business elsewhere.

Alex and Victoria were an absolute delight to work with. I appreciated their attentiveness to what I wanted to achieve in my granite countertops. They had a prompt delivery and my counters were fabulous and a perfect fit. They had to deal with walls that were not square and they did an exceptional job. Everyone there was superior and had great pride of a job well done.

I wanted to have granite countertops installed in my home in Salem. I had already selected the granite slab from a wholesaler in Portland. Serg was able to work with the wholesaler and get me an estimate for the installation including sinks, edge profile, and sealer on the same day.

I rarely write reviews, but this company did such a great job with my kitchen remodel that I wanted to share what my experience has been.Alex has helped me with picking the right granite and I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out! He always answered my calls and was very helpful from start to finish.Installers have been careful not to scratch my cabinets and the seams are so carefully put together that it is hard to see where they are.I like that Granite Countertops and More is a local, family owned and operated company and that my money goes to support a local, hard working family.

My granite countertop was cracked around the kitchen sink. Serge and his crew were able to repair it and create a larger opening for a new sink. It looks great and I was saved from a huge kitchen remodel. Highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the granite countertops and tile backsplash that was installed in the kitchen and bath. The workers showed up on time and were careful of the cabinets, etc while working. One piece of granite was cut a little crooked and it had to be replaced, however, it only took a couple of days and they got it replaced. The seams between granite pieces are so smooth and matched up that it is barely even noticeable. The tile job turned out very nice and the installer worked late to get it done for us. Serge was very helpful in making sure everything was done and that we were satisfied. Thank you.

They are kind and patient with you when it comes to picking out the countertops thatll work well with the accessories you have/want such as floors, faucets, sinks etc.. you can tell they are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and show a geniune interest in your project and vision. They are not pushy in any way. They only offer advice and show you all the options so you can make the best decision for yourself. My husband and I used Granite Countertops & More to install quartz countertops in our kitchen and they did a fantastic job- the attention to detail and professional service was incredible (and we have dealt with other countertop companies before). Alex and Victoria were excellent at communicating and went above and beyond to help us with any questions/concerns we had. Angel and his team did a great job installing the countertops and waterfall bar. Even though it was later in the day and they worked many hours, they finished by cleaning the countertops and their work space/mess. We love the look of our new countertops- thanks:)

Alex and crew did an excellent job for our home in Little Whale Cove.All our visitors really like the Calacatta Quartz countertops in our kitchen, island, bar, and two bathrooms. Alex measured and it was really impressive for the crew to arrive timely and everything fit perfectly. The crew was exceptionally diligent to finish the job to the last detail. You cant go wrong selecting Alex and crew for your next project.

Serg and his lovely wife Mila helped my husband and I pick out just the right granite for our kitchen remodel. Serg also referred me to a great cabinet guy, Boris who also did a fantastic job in matching our current cabinets. The granite install was mostly completed yesterday by Angel and Richard. These two guys were phenomenal! They were perfectionist in their work. Angel insisted on everything being perfect. Richard did the best job of caulking! I was impressed as I have tried doing it myself...not an easy job! The best part was they were interactive and up beat with a great sense of humor! Remodeling is frustrating to say the least and can be stressful and expensive. Working with Serg and his team (Mila, Angel and Richard) has been a very pleasant experience and at a reasonable price! I couldnt be happier. The final piece will be installed on Friday and I will post pictures at that time. I highly recommend Serg and his team. Fabulous!!

We have use their services couple times now. For when we were remodeling and now for our new house. They are very professional, and always on schedule. I had to go back 3 times because I couldn’t make up my mind, and Luda was so patient with me and so professional, didn’t show any signs of frustration. The quarts counter tops we picked are so beautiful, I ended up using it as a backsplash also. Definitely will use them again in the future. They know their stuff and are super amazing at their work.

I would not re hire this company. I will details of my transaction with them, is long, sorry about that, but if you are thinking of spending thousands of bucks on countertop , then you probably need to read this. You should be aware of some honesty problems with them. I hired them because i read rave reviews of serge, but i never met Serge, I only dealt with a co owner named Alex. We went to the shop and Alex gave a quote of $500 for a bathroom countertop if we dropped it off ourselves. Ok we agreed to that. We had a marble slab, 2 cm, that had already been used as a buffet countertop, and was almost the perfect size already. Alex said, the $500 was for complete installation , with undermount sink. I asked, What if we use an overmount sink, that is less work..... He said, exactly, i will take off $125 if you choose overmount sink. When my daughter came back and said ok, heres an overmount sink, Alex said, ok, the price is $420. ? So i knew right then, heres a person who is willing to cheat you , even on a small amount. My daughter questioned him, and said, Well, $500 minus $125 is only $375 -not $420. Alex replied.... ok $400. So i knew then, it was not going to be an upright business man to deal with. He gave her a paper with this estimate of $400 , he signed and dated it, and it said, complete installation.It went on this same way for the entire transaction. When the guys came to install it ( the first time ), they said, ok, its an extra $100 to remove the old one. When she called and complained , that wasnt mentioned, Alex did something very shady..... he emailed over an estimate , with the $100 charge and post dated it, so that it appeared that he gave it to her . but we were both at his shop and we had never seen this one , written on a lined estimate sheet. She emailed back a picture of the one with his signature , saying $400 complete installation. Alex did not reply. He was lying about that estimate for that extra $100. She got someone else to remove the old countertop.Sorry but theres more to this story..... I had told her, that marble is thin, and you will need a plywood support. She had emailed him, several times, that a plywood support will be required. He never responded, and indeed, when t he countertop guys came to install yesterday, they said, Alex had specifically said, no plywood. Alex said, only if the customer goes out and BUYS the plywood themselves, and ACTUALLY HAS IT CUT TO EXACT SIZE, would the guys do the ply wood. Unbelievable. The install guys did a good job, as much as I could tell, but I would never suggest you deal with this company. These are exact details of our interaction with them. We are going to do the entire kitchen later on, and this was good that we know to search out some other company.

My neighbor referred me to Alex and Sergy at Granite Countertops & More. They have surpassed my expectations in every regard. Wonderful customer service, professionalism, VERY prompt and high quality service, competitive prices. I think you would be hard pressed to find this level of quality and customer service. They have a few granite suppliers and I was able to pick out my slab at a location in Portland. I cant believe how beautiful the finished product is. THANK YOU, Alex and Sergy.

We very seldom take the time to write reviews, but are so moved this time because we were so impressed with the customer service, selection and prices that Granite Countertops and More offered us. Doing a major bathroom remodel is a challenge and we have had our share of setbacks, but Serg and crew were professional and very reliable. ( Very refreshing!) From the moment we stepped into the store, Sergs wife greeted us in a friendly manner and gave us lots of ideas; Serg - a very funny guy - took it from there! I went in to the shop after getting a quote from another local countertop supplier to have new counters installed in my bathrooms and laundry room. Serg beat the competitors price and even came out for a measurement at my home on the same day. We had our countertops installed in our home within the week! The installers were great guys, friendly, worked fast and I was impressed with the work they did. We are extremely happy with our new countertops and would highly recommend them. We will be using them again in the future for sure.

Had Granite Countertops and More, LLC install granite countertops for us a few weeks ago. The countertops are gorgeous and we love them. However, this company also did the demolition of our old countertops. They broke our dishwasher, cracked our garbage disposal and left the water on under our sink after disconnecting the disposal. The water destroyed the bottom of our cabinet. They have refused to take any responsibility. Also, they scratched our hardwood floor beyond belief and scuffed our stove.I ran our dishwasher twice the day before they came to demolish the old countertops and it worked great. No issues. After it was put back in, the door wouldnt latch and it wouldnt turn on. One of the employees from GC&M tried to fix it to no avail. He recommended having a plumber look at it when the plumber came to hook up the sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher.A plumber came out to install everything and spent over an hour trying to fix the dishwasher. He got the door to latch enough that it would turn on but wasnt sealing properly and leaked all over the hardwood floor. He recommended replacing the dishwasher or trying to have it repaired by an appliance repair person. He also told us that our disposal was cracked and we needed to buy a new one. The disposal also was operational the day before the demo.I called Alex at GC&M and explained the situation with the dishwasher and them leaving the water turned on under our sink. He brought an industrial fan to help dry out under our sink and said that he didnt want to say that his demolition team broke our dishwasher and he didnt want to say that they didnt. He recommended we call an appliance repair and have them come look at it and let him know. He also said hed have a cabinet maker repair our cabinet for us.I called 3 different repair companies- one wouldnt touch it (said they didnt want to get in the middle of a contractor dispute and that a 5 year old dishwasher is a throw-away), the second wouldnt call back (tried twice to call them) and the third said they couldnt be out for 3 weeks and it would be $89 just to diagnose the problem. We decided to buy a new dishwasher.We also had to buy a new garbage disposal.Yesterday, my husband went to pay the final bill for the countertops and Alex and his associates refused to take any responsibility for the dishwasher and didnt address the cabinet in any way. We didnt even bring up the disposal or the floors because they obviously wouldnt take responsibility for that either.GC&M has a great selection of beautiful granite. But when they say theyll demo the old countertops (at a considerable cost), what they should say is theyll demo your entire kitchen. Stay away from this company. Its worth it to go somewhere else where you may have to pay a bit more for them to put in your countertops.

Was enticed by a local competitor who offered free bathroom counters. After several trips to the showroom and almost zero advice or assistance, I stopped by Granite Counter Tops & More where I was greeted by Serg. He was knowledgeable, affable and most importantly, helpful in selecting our granite. With samples of my backsplash in hand, he chose a color and pattern I never would have considered. I trusted his judgment and 8 months later, we are still in love. The demo AND install was done in one day (three weeks for the other guys) and was perfect. There were custom touches that Serg accommodated but it was his experienced eye for color and style that really made the difference. I would recommend their services to family and friends. Quality work at a fair price.

We were recommended to use Granite Countertops & More by our contractor building our house. We had a very specific idea of what color variation of granite we wanted and Mila went out of her way to track down the perfect slabs. Serg met with me once our templates were formed so that I could pick the exact slab and layout that I wanted for our kitchen. Serg and MIla were so helpful and amazing to work with! Our countertops were just installed yesterday and they are beautiful!
