If I can give them a score for customer service it would be a zero. I needed fedex to print the labels and so they handed me a card and said send it to the email on the card. The size was so small and when to couldnt see because I dont have my glasses. The young lady said quickly as she walked away to help someone else that came in after me 😠 They need training and ADA compliant. They shouldnt treat me like Im an inconvenience because I need some assistance.

I liked how the employees dealt with a rude entitled white man who doesnt understand what waiting in line means. Someone will be with you shortly, other people were here first and other people are waiting just like you.

I participated in my first art show in Oakland this past weekend, and my piece sold in the first thirty minutes of the doors opening! I was more than excited. So that led me to FedEx to check pricing to make myself a copy.Faiza was so professional and pleasant to work with. She listened patiently to my needs and assisted in ensuring my overall satisfaction in the products I purchased, often giving reasonable recommendations along the way.I bought a laminated poster board with my piece printed in color. It turned out fantastic and was a more affordable option for me (compared to canvas printing) as an artist. The poster board is durable and the lamination makes the colors really pop!Thank you Faiza! I will see you all in the near future.

I like having my packages delivered to the FedEx office instead of to my home because I feel its much safer. Whenever I purchase something here the transaction goes smoothly and quickly. You can get printing done here, theres Post Office boxes that you can rent, and you can even get large posters printed and laminated here. Ive shipped heavy items out that theyve packed for me and sent via FedEx of course and its been a reasonable price considering that I had them pocket and it was a valuable item. So overall Im pleased with the service that I received from this FedEx office.

The staff is very helpful with what ever you need to accomplish your task. They can answer your questions about shipping to other countries

After calling the 800 number numerous times and them getting my delivery preference wrong, I was so upset. But after coming to this location the manager and employees was so polite and genuine. They help me patiently even after me expressing concerns and frustration with customer reps on the phone. They explained every step with me and helped me find a solution as well as help me load each package. So thankful for their assistance

There was one person working this morning. I was 2nd in line to be helped. When my turn cam up I was told I had to wait a few minutes longer because he being is timed on how fast he checks incoming packages while hes dealing with the public. Is it really more important that he checks in the packages before he deals with the public? Im shaking my head on that one. If I didnt have to be there I would have walked out.

Horrible customer service and plus taking very long for shipping 1 package. Alot of people waiting outside while they have many employees inside. Most are slacker including manager or supervisor.

Called to ask about a banner. They said it was 24 hour turn-around time, and that I just had to email them the file. So I email them the file.The next day they contact me to say they havent printed because they need to know if I want it for outdoor or indoor. Apparently the guy who I talked to on the phone didnt know to ask me that when I talked to him. Anyway, they were the same price so why not just give me the outdoor one which is sturdier instead of making me wait.So anyway I take the opportunity to send them a new file because I wanted to make a change. So 24 hours later I go pick it up and its not ready. They cant tell me when itll be ready. Theyll call me. This all takes like 20 minutes for me to leave the place empty handed.Finally like an hour later they call me that its ready. Another half hour at the store. I didnt look at the banner in the store because by this time Id spent way too much time on this, but I get home and there are no holes in the banner. How am I supposed to hang this?!?

They’re open late which is super convenient !!! Most places close at 5 or 6 pm. I arrived at 6:30pm on a Thursday and they guaranteed my package to arrive the next day (Friday) at 10:30am in Arizona. Great customer service :)

Great customer service!

Staff is always extremely attentive very customer service oriented. The storefront is always clean as well as the inside of the store is well maintained. The computers are always working if the copiers the self print copiers are having technical dificulties staff does not hesitate to assist each customer from their own personal pop ears behind the counter. Have witnessed many times the stuff such as Melanie and Tyson going above and beyond help customers.

So rude, tried faxing and when asking the employee one clarifying question i was just ignored and there was less than 4 individuals in the store and only 2 needed help

I came here to use the eBay valet service and when I got here I was greeted at the door and was met with exceptional customer service throughout the whole process and transaction. Faiza was OUTSTANDING to work with, she even helped my 3 year old make her first purchase!!

Lied about mailing to po boxes to get the sale of expensive padded envelopes, then I still had to go to a post office and mail out

If you are a new customer, they will try to rip you off. Ridiculous price pay different on receipt than an account. Beware if they ask for extra fee.

This place is ridiculous I just stood next to a printer for over 10 minutes mind you the only customer in the store waiting for it to load then finally 1 of 3 employees standing around doing nothing behing counter says that machine might not be working it wasnt yesterday but yet no sign & they saw me standing there the whole time. I use fed ex office all the time in my job I will never return to this store again

I bought a folder didnt like the color and before buying i asked the return exchange policy did not like the service even though they followed company policy it would of been best if i known better company procedure to go to a diffrent location where i just wasted 30 minutes of my time customers time and employees time...

It is my go to store when I arrange a pickup of valuable items as opposed to risking packages being ripped from my yard.

Rude guy name Alex does not want to help carry big box shipment. He said he doesn’t have to provide the services of carry in boxes. When I mentioned I will go somewhere else for the services, he said it doesn’t affect him. But I am sure it will effect business.
