This company disappointed me recently. I reserved a uhaul recently. When I went to pick it up they told me it was rented out. Then they told me there were no more one way units for my move. The only option would be to rent a unit for in town moving and pay for the extra miles. Well that would defeat the purpose of doing a one way trip. I was told this was not an isolated incident. Do better uhaul.

Great experience! Easy and quick pick up and drop off. Got the help we needed with renting the right size truck. Had a reservation the pick up location was changed but glad we ended up here.

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with uhaul as a company. Dont get me wrong, the truck was great. It was clean and the guys who clean the trucks after theyre returned were awesome 👌 The 2 women inside, one being the general manager and the other, her cohort I suppose could use some customer service training. Being general manager doesnt make you Pharoah and you dont get to be rude, lady. Learn that.

As always U-haul provided all the trailers I needed (3), quality boxes and moving supplies. Clean, functional, no complaints ever.Many thanks to Manager Victor, Jennifer, Andrew, and Eric new dude can benefit from more learning the ropes. Quality crew for sure.David B.Sacramento California.

Well I got to say the staff was great. They did their job excellent overall state of the business and the building and conditions could use a big Improvement I understand that U-Haul rents the property a lot of times so its kind of hard to do big improvements but theres ways around it so kudos to the staff for doing the best with what they were given they really go above and beyond try to help

Got in and out in 15 minutes without a reservation... And the really cool thing is their storage facilities are in the old Wonder Bread historic building! I think thats so cool. Go check them out.

Very good u-haul place. I got a 15 footer and it ended up having a huge oil leak. I called their roadside assistance and they got there quick and fixed the problem right where I parked her then when I turned it in the guy gave me a huuuge discount. Pretty great!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A YOUNG LADY WORKING FOR THEM THAT PUTS THE E IN EFFORT BECAUSE WHEN SHE HAS A TASK SHE DOESNT WALK THERE SHE RUNS AND GETS TO IT IMMEDIATELY! AND TO BE SO YOUNG THATS A RARE QUALITY THESE DAYS. AND THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO HELPED ME GETTING TO MY UNITS WITH PRICING AND EVERYTHING SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT BECAUSE I HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TIGER STORAGE OFF OF Q STREET IN NORTH HIGHLANDS AFTER HAVING THREE UNITS THERE FOR OVER A YEAR THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT AND THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN NOW. THE 24-HOUR ACCESS IS SO CONVENIENT THATS EXACTLY WHAT A BUSINESS OWNER LIKE MYSELF NEEDED. AND I GOT MY SECOND MONTH FREE IMAGINE THAT. THE UNITS ARE INCREDIBLY SPOTLESS INSIDE.

What a rip off, I went there to rent a trailer. Paid AND started to hook up, found out that my car wasnt set up for trailer lights. Went back in for a refund back on my Visa.. still waiting after 2 weeks!

First month free and good customer service

Me and my wife rented a van from here and were called while we were at work and told to bring the van back or the police would be involved ....we extentended our return date and had to bring it back in 8 days earlier and where still charged for the days we extendedThe staff was rude and it was a bad experience we spent a lot of money on the van and should have been treated better.

The staff isnt helpful. Didnt have pods ready -- had to go to another location. Had to call corporate to get any information -- staff is utterly useless here. Reserve elsewhere -- even if its further away. Save yourself the hassle.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t write negative reviews, but wow. First, no masks worn by the individual checking me out or cleaning the vehicle. Also no mask by the manager who was fixing the camera equipment. A customer used a pin pad before me, nothing wiped down. With Coronavirus as high as it is, you have to teach your employees better.Came in on time and my vehicle was 45 minutes late which set my time back 45 minutes. Also, the tank was less than a quarter empty which sets you back even further.I will never use them again, definitely would recommend that you try and find another store to use. They were truly a 1 star experience and dangerous during this Covid outbreak. If managers want to improve, check the morning of the 06/30/20 to see your employees without masks or practicing YOUR OWN company CORONA policies.

I did have a hard time with them in the beginning but thank God for Miranda good worker good customer service really appreciated but the manager there is not a very good manager honestly

They tried to charge me for fuel when I already put it in and had to prove where it was at by a photo I took when I got the truck. Also O had a choice of 6 or eight hours for the day. I paid for 8. I was told if I bring it back before 6 hours, I would not not pay for 8. That was not true. Be careful

Reserved a truck from here. I liked the fact that they do a courtesy reminder an hour before youre pick up time. Staff was nice and explained everything.

Excellent customer service

Hot. Mess. I moved from another state and I used their U-Box service. First, UHaul the company fd up by changing the location of where my property was supposed to go. They did not notify me; I had booked months in advance. I just found out on the day of picking up my stuff that my stuff wasnt there. First strike. I went 3 rounds with customer service, but they refused to move my stuff to the closer location I had agreed to. As a result, I had to cancel my other plans for the weekend because it was farther away than planned. Second strike: when I arrived, they wanted all my personal information. Of course I understand that all places ask for a drivers license and insurance, but they asked me for a TON of personal info. They even demanded that I give the phone number of someone I know, which they called and talked to the person like stalkers. So now they have the number of someone I know so they can spam them, too. Since they had my personal property, I wouldnt be able to pick it up without doing all these things. If I had known this in advance, I would have gone with a different transport service. Strike 3, the box was significantly damaged. My things were packed carefully and it didnt matter because I had to throw out a dozen things and clean up broken glass everywhere. And no, you couldnt say that my stuff was delicate, because the BOX ITSELF was damaged. There were splinters and DIRT all over the inside from the ruptured walls where the box had been banged and punctured and road dust had entered, which damaged my electronics because it seeped even into the boxes for the printer and TV. Strike 4: I talked to the manager, who did not care at all about any of it, did not bother to discuss compensation or talk improving my customer experience. WORST moving experience Ive ever had, and thats saying something.
