Overall I would say the store is affordable for whatever you are looking for. They have a variety of different things whatever your looking for you would mostly found it at heroic store to affordable and cheap jackets for this cold weather and leggings and food. Overall it’s amazing. I love buying sparkling water for there each bottle is 69 cents and I get a variety of sparkling water hints water and pay less than 10 with 2 full bags of waters.

Neat store. Mixture of new and gently used items. Basically things are half price from stores like target and some Costco. Decent customer service but they are so busy it’s hard to get help. This means bring your own muscle to load anything because it took us over 2hours just to get someone to unscrew a table. Ended up borrowing a screwdriver and did it myself.

Was surprised by this place its a relatively big Warehouse, or at least formidable size for a second hand store. A lot of stylish clothes for the season, accompanied by mattresses bedroom furniture of nice style mostly modern type of feel. Appliances can be found at a nice price crock pots, microwaves & and many other objects that are normally found in the kitchen.Im proud to say I now own a very convenient side parcel kind of bag that just so happens to store my laptop just right. More compact kind of feeling to it, to fill with self esteem that I can represent myself more professionally.

Kinda messy. The one in elk grove is better and more organized. Employees and some customers dont wear masks here so keep that in mind if you go here.

Definitely the warehouse experience. I bought three umbrellas which is a challenge right now because its the end of the season and its hard to find them. I called this store several times and each time they picked up the phone promptly and the salesperson was very friendly, helpful and would check on whatever I asked. I love their customer service!

They mostly sell returned/ damaged items from your local costco. Definitely not worth it. Just think of a upscale goodwill or a thrift store when u go here.

Hit or miss but you can find some really good deal here. Very random as to what youll find but I often find things I didnt know I needed before coming in. Lol!

Its a nice place to shop. My first time going to this place Im a little impressed with it. Shirts was priced at $10.00 to 11. 00 dollars. Pants not sure, woman clothes are very inexpensive other house hold items are inexpensive. Its over all a very nice place to shop.

My friend and I just left this store. Wasnt sure what to except going in( 1st time in) I thought there were some pretty cool things pretty cheap,I got alot of clothes. Looked like alot of cosco items,opened items. Heres the issue.About 5 minutes into my Shopping I noticed a tweaker looking man behind me and continuing to follow me while shopping. I checked my purse made sure it was secured. Then after a while I figured he was security but wasnt to sure of that because he wasnt being discreet and looked trashy. I definitely noticed it off the bat due to line of work Im in. I met up with my friend and she noticed it too, we both were not done shopping but decided to leave because of the weirdo. Not something you should be doing these days especially when youre unaware of who youre following.When we checked out she called him out and he gave us some bs about waiting for his gf lol. I wont be back to this location, but will consider going to another. $ 130 later Im happy with my purchases,not with their unprofessional,cheap security.

Perfect place to buy great products and merchandise by name brands like Kirkland and nothing wrong with any of the cook ware I bought and went with a friend bought a smoker and a bbq all name brands and patio furniture and last week they delivered a brand new recliner and nothing wrong with it. Everything I have bought is great and they gave a discount on the recliner. So go and check it out for yourself. I cry myself to sleep on my recliner well after I cook on my Kirkland ware. So I challenge you to go and see what is crying about

A great place to save money

Okay, this is a warehouse with stuff in it. However, you can find some really good buys. It is dumpy though, so if you arent a bargain, discount, thrift type of person, dont go. But...if you like really good deals and dont mind a semi chilly industrial warehouse with stuff in it, check it out.

Great deals here. A lot of them are open box or returns from big box stores like Costco and Walmart. Youll find boxes with 26 cereal bars bars instead of 30. Lots of clothes and furniture at really good prices.

Great place to shop. Staff has always been attentive and helpful with questions. I just purchased furniture and they packaged everything back up for me to transport.

As a store this place is decent. The STORE manager is super chill and easy to work with. Unfortunately the WAREHOUSE manager and upper management are inconsiderate, inconsistent and all around discombobulated. They have no idea how to run a business. There ARE MULTIPLE OSHA VIOLATIONS TO BE FOUND INSIDE THE WAREHOUSE. The have been none to do shady business practices. Be incredibly wary of applying. Happy shopping though

Costco whosale good clothes & other good items and good prices

In a nutshell this store is basically returns from other retailers. I’ve seen Costco, target and I believe some things from Walmart. I’ve noticed they started carrying great value water about $1 cheaper than Walmart. It’s kinda chilly in there being that’s it’s in a warehouse. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My friend got a great deal on some furniture for his man cave. Definitely would recommend

PRETTY COOL PLACE!! Theyre are some things I feel are OVER PRICED but if you look for the deal, you find it!! Got this adorable tent Ive been looking for at a decent price!!

Like the bargains, do not like the way they count days. I bought something on a Saturday and needed to return it two week later, on a Saturday. They tried to claim it had been 15 days and kept pointing to the policy. They count every day as a day including day of purchase, so they told me I should have returned on the Friday. Very, very strange.

They have limited invitory and the prices can be really good or all the way to little discount. Surprisingly the range of items go from a washer and dryer sets to sofas to peanut butter and jelly to Nike shoes! You have to see this store for yourself.

New location is nice

I visit this store 3 or 2 times a week and always get great customer service from all the employees, management its really great Donna and Mona really execute great service with customers. I feel really happy to shop in this place!!.

Store is not discounted correctly you dont know what your gonna get we bought a mixer in the box got home half the parts were missing, it is not well organized and did i say Waaaay over priced. Wholesale it is not, i think you pay more here then wal mart

This location of Shop Heroic havent been open that long so Im going to give them a chance but in order for them to give another two stars their selection has to match their first location in Elk Grove and also the Florida cash register is unorganized versus the other location

Disappointed, I used to shop frequently but was out of town for 1yr. Selection Limited Pricing too High. Especially, for Walmart, Target etc Brands in clothing. Even Childrens Clothing 🥴
