Dont listen to the bad reviews. We spent the day picking out plants and shrubs with Karen who was such a great help. They are wholesale and we had to use our landscaper account. They supply all the small nursery with plants. Huge place, they have everything. Thanks again Karen!

Last November, I purchased one Crepe Myrtle with no incident. This year, I needed 3 of them and I was working with Ryan for about 2 weeks searching for them. Finally he said he found them and that he will order them. I called a week later because I had not heard from him. He wasnt there and the other guy said the order couldnt be found. The Manager, Sherry (Extreamly nice and helpful), came on the phone. She said she would research and get back to me as soon as possible. Promptly she did. It turns out the 3 trees that Ryan ordered were extremely small for their size and she would never sell them the way they looked... (Bad quality). Sherry found exactly what I wanted and helped me get them home. My whole career in the medical field is all about going above and beyond what is required of me. Sherry is just that person. I commend village nursery for having Her with their company. However, I do feel it is necessary to have retraining classes on what is acceptable and wonderful customer service and product.Thank you Sherry, you made me very happy!

I’ve had nothing but excellent service and the ability to pick from a plethora of plants, bushes and trees. I found all the staff to be helpful, friendly and well informed. I love this place and appreciate all the help they provided me for my front and backyard landscaping.

Loved this place. Tons and tons and tons of plants. Im keen on different plants and I found a few here. Everything is laid out nicely and organized. They have carts to help you haul around your plants and its paved so that helps get around easier. Tons of succulents and cactuses and different trees and such.

First time visiting this place today! It is huge! Amazing succulent selection! I could have spent all the money I had there. So many fruit trees! They also have a fantastic selection of pots! Employees are great. Will be back and with friends.

I just called about plants that we purchased and are dying of a vascular wilt. I wanted to know if I could exchange them for healthy plants.The attitude I received from the person at the nursery was nasty she said “I want to meet you so I can tell how your qualified to diagnose the plants illness”. As a registered PCA and a masters degree in plant pathology I am fully qualified to recognize a diseased plant.I have enjoyed shopping there in the past but will never return!

They failed on filling an order not once but twice!! site info needs updating, business closes 430 every day vs 600, drove over 30 mins to find out the hard way, deep selection, wide variety & good pricing, worth the drive & good alternative, good selection of ca natives too

Came home today to a big rig truck jack knifed in my driveway, the stupid driver thought it was a smart idea to try and make a u turn on a private driveway that’s barely big enough for 1 car to drive down, the ground is saturated due to the recent rains, and of course the big rig is stuck sunk in mud down to the frame..the delivery wasn’t even for my address or property, tow truck came and pulled it out now I’m left with 24 inch deep ruts, broken asphalt, mud everywhere, 8 foot long ruts about 20 inches deep from the tow truck dragging it..It would be polite to clean up the mess that was made and fill all the holes that this company created because of their driver lacking common sense, I have to drive a riding mower over all of this year round to keep my grass down... wish I could upload pictures to here to show all the damage... will be giving them a call to come fix this tomorrow

When you come in to apply for a job the young Mexican girl has a nasty attitude that is not welcoming. When you come into a business the first person is suppose to greet you she’s like what or yes she has to be related to someone up high cause her customer services skills suck and someone needs to talk to her.

My wife and I dont enjoy the customer service experience much, we refer to this place as the Village Witches, but they have decent product and prices so we go back. Their un-helpfulness and rudeness is actually amusing once you get over the shock.

They are never open at 7 like they say.3rd time here at 7am gates still closed.

Dont trust their posted hours, 30 min drive to find out theyre closed at 1:00 on Sunday. Maybe theyre okay if you can get in.
