They were my maricle ! In literally less then 60 Seconds they solved my problem. I went to VIP repair and even though they were closed they open the door and gave me advice to send me to Bar Hein and that was very very nice of them. These two places are the only two decent places I visited after spending 4 hours driving from shop the shop Bliss was rude as hell. Mikes mower repair is a joke. These are actual bad mama jama experts who know their product and know customer service. the only customer service that was decent in half a day of going from every mower repair shop to the next. Without a question this is the very first place Im going to next time even though Im going to pass 12 mower repair places on the way I wont even blink at them this place is it

This appears to be one of the essential sources for parts and professional quality equipment in the Sacramento area. Not only did they have in stock a part which I couldnt locate anywhere else, but the people behind the counter seemed to be experts and were able to give me decent advice. Further it seemed that most of the people in line with me were professional landscape types looking to service their own equipment. A good sign that this is one of the premium places in town for parts.

Been going to bar hein co. For a long time to get parts and get sevice done on my equipment and there very helpful and professional at what they do. They do get very busy in the spring time so always get your equipment in the shop earlier before they get busy. But its worth the wait.

I must first state that this is practically the only place nearby that carries the various parts and hardware for todays yard equipment. Wonderful selection and the employees are very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, it took over a month to get my part that had to be special ordered. Very frustrating. On top of that the store is shamefully organized and there are boxes and garbage everywhere! It looks like a tornado tore through it. Very uncomfortable environment to wait in. The store never has more than a few people in it at one time yet the wait times are unusually long. To sum it up, great store with a lot to offer and kind staff but very dirty and communication with customers needs to be improved.

Messy place. Worked in parts dept for 45 years for ford. I have never, never seen a parts dept so disorganized and still in business. Felt I needed to wash my hands when I left. Employees were sloppy and seem to not be very interested in customers.
