Wonderful people here...even the customers. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was shopping for Thai staples for the first time. They helped me find everything I needed to cook a dish. All the food is fresh, and they had all best brands. They also have a kitchen for take out.

Young kids that hang around out there and b can be very violent I had the experience I had to call the cops but the store itself is okay be careful when youre out there with their youngsters that looks like their 12 or 13 there very unpredictable. Especially if youre older be aware of your surroundings

Great produce! So far out of their cook food I think the egg rolls are the best thing Ive had. I have to spring rolls with the shrimp in them and I wasnt too thrilled about those because they were flavorless. if you can wait I would have them cook my order fresh

I had been looking for a specific item but having difficulty describing what I wanted until I came here. The person I asked was very helpful and found exactly what I wanted. The store was clean, bright and airy and well stocked. The staff were friendly and attentive.

My daughter is not home so I had to go get some store-bought egg rolls but not pathetic ones you can you get out of Walmart or target or your local grocery store

This market is THE BEST!! Freshest herbs and veggies, AWESOME pre-made Lao and Thai meals and the people working here are as pleasant as their food is wonderful. So thankful I found this place!

They have those delicious Hmong/laotian rice cakes and $1 cans of jackfruit so you should definitely visit

Lots of great Seeweed deals, l would actually expand the ice cream dept, I noticed they only have like flavour and no large variety of things, I wanted red Bean and Green tea ice cream pops

Stopped by for some hot food to go, but was only disappointed when I tasted the food. It was beyond PLAIN.. even the dipping sauce was plain and very very water down. Nothing was salted. The noodles were put into the packing too quick that it didn’t get time to set. So it harden up in the plastic bowl. I suggest finding some new food vendors ASAP. I was so excited seeing all the hot food ready and bought a whole bunch to try! At least 7 things I bought.. they all disappointed me..

Lao heaven

I came here looking for kafir lime leaves and left with a full Thai pantry! I finally have everything I need to make my own papaya salad and homemade panang curry paste. Dried and frozen fresh chilis, chinese broccoli, galangal, kafir lime leaves, dried shrimp, green papayas, tamarind paste, chili paste, nam pla, shrimp paste, and every kind of mung bean glass noodle, rice stick and everything in between. The staff was super friendly and helpful, told me they receive their fresh produce every morning at 10am and that I should call if I was every looking for anything specific. (They were sold out of lemongrass late in the afternoon.) Ill definitely be back!

Its a great customer service experience.

From the Cashiers to the hot food handlers, theyre all exceptional. Not every day do you go into an establishment where the workers know you, maybe not by name, but for sure by face and treat you like a family member. Everytime I go in, they ask about my family before even asking if I need help finding anything. Prices might be slightly higher than their competitors but its well worth it for the customer service. Been going here for the last 5 years since moving to Sacramento and will continue to do so.

This is an authentic Thai/Laotian market where you can get hard to find items that are not available in other Asian markets.

This is like your typical Asian type Market but its really cool some of the stuff that they have there i always find myself getting lost in the aisles wandering around just looking at the cool stuff. but they have like this great cooker thats at like a great price I mean I looked it up online and it was way cheaper at this market then anywhere else I found it, but then they have some things like you would expect like lighters or just silly things that are way overpriced but if you just go wandering around in there and just looking around youll find some really good deals and the service is nice the parking lots always clean the parking easy they understand English well in there and I really like it there , I can waste a couple hours in their even though its a really small store cuz they have a lot of really cool stuff in there you just have to kind of look in the nooks and crannies

The dessert they sell is very good but the cook noodles are very dry and taste like plastic. The place is to small for all the products they have. Need more cleaning and they close very early.

Ive been going here since I was little and the renovation to the place is really nice along with the easy parking compared to before. They recently added a food menu too! The papaya and the kaopia is bomb so far! Cant wait to try other things on the menu!

Whenever I need to get my ingredients for my Chinese or Japanese foods this is the first place I go to. They have everything. I wish they had jjajangmyeon though. That would be amazing so I wouldnt have to order the expensive ones from Amazon.

I would have give them a 5 star, but it is an easy Asian Supermarket store to get what you want. The price at that store is way expensive like any other Asian Supermarket. You get what you pay for. The food is ono (delicious) especially the egg rolls. You can get it at the counter shelves or fresh at the kitchen. Overall, it’s an awesome Thai store because there is a lot of Thai people in the community, so I support them. Wished they can partner with Doordash and Grubhub, I know a lot of people would want their food to be deliver at this restaurant.

I like to buy the hot beef jerky every now and then. Also great selection on Asian beverages.

Great Lao/Thai market! They have delicious hot food to go. Sticky rice, papaya salad, laab, kapoon and other Laotian favorites.They have a small but very fresh selection of veggies. They also carry most of the usual Asian pantry staples, and a freezer section full of great meats & sausages. The staff are very helpful and super friendly!

Its a great store to go to its a local mom & pop shop its one store in my area that its owned by a Laotian family so its easier for my parents to shop

Cant make it to the South area for Vietnamese sandwiches. Love the fact I can get some here. Once they hit the shelves, they dont last too long though. Been coming here since 1999.

I can literally get anything I want love it

There are certainly times, when we all have a bad day. When even the slightest discretion leads us to overreact, but there are times when with open eyes, we are seeing what we are seeing and we must admit defeat, If not daily, I do not think I have ever missed a week unless out town. I was a customer before the remodel and returned as soon as they reopened. If ever, I was even a penny short, which was a rare occasion I would always bring the penny right back. knowing the challenges of running a small but thriving business. But on a day when i am celebrating my 50th birthday, and was looking forward to asking if i could write a story about them and their business, it would not come to pass. A problem with my card, fixed with a simple phone call, All was okay. and my purchase ready to be made. But rather she preferred I had never shopped there or it was a cease the moment, became of no substance, because it ended the same way. I have never given reason to be perceived as the money I spend is not my own. My 50th birthday, could not begin this way, so I left but not before saying I have been coming here for years. and thinking I will never come back. And thats too bad, because their prices are good, location convenient, but all of that pales, if years of goodwill can be impaired by a single moment

My favorite place for fresh veggies love it! Moved here from MN for almost 3 years and this is the only place in town seems like that I can get fresh varities of veggies! Also their whole frozen chicken is the best for soup...everywhere in town dont best the chicken there!💙

Great selections of fresh veggies if you get there in the morning. Prices are higher than South Sac. since this is one of the few Asian markets in North Sac. They also have prepared hot food near the register area. Have tried their nam khao and fried bananas. The fried bananas were delicious!They have converted the back of the store to a restaurant. You pay for your order at the register in the front and bring your receipt/order to the back. Have tried their papaya salad. Portion was huge but taste was bland; may need more sauce and peppers. Found a piece of hair in the salad so had to toss out the remainding 3/4 tray.
