Very nice and clean. They made sure the had clean and sanitized baskets waiting as soo as you walk in. But the employees dont know exactly where everything is located.

I used the in-store pickup option. Quick service. Employee even asked me to double check whats in the bag to ensure those are in fact my selected items. This ensures that I leave the store confirming that I received what I had ordered/paid for.

This target is the best around. Clean and organized. Nothing on the floor( clothes,etc) like the target off 65th street which is horrible. Employees seem to care at this store. Id recommend this store to anyone and have done so.

Definitely crowded but the parking lot always make it look worse. I was able to find what I needed. Good selection of products and food now.

Somehow, we can never leave Target without spending $200. But love the fact that we can get most of our grocery needs here, too. Because shopping with two kids is trying enough without having to make multiple stops!

The easy online ordering and return!

Went in a couple of days ago & there were a handful of homeless people walking around. There were also many people walking around without a mask on. We saw one of them go up to several team members for help, & no one asked him to put one on. The parking is usually a headache, unless you can go in the morning. The customer service is okay. Not sure if they carry as much as some of the other Targets.

Target has been getting a facelift with more boutique style layouts. I understand, but it is a bit annoying to maneuver. It does also feel like theres less to choose from.Im a plus size consumer, so I am totally in love with Targets friendly approach of having items everywhere rather than in an isolated area.This store is a little messy at times but of course they have to stock and clean up regularly. Staff is friendly, although sometimes hard to spot.

This is by far one of the best targets i have ever been to. Customer service was perfect! The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and also friendly!

I was able to get the main things I needed, but selection is dwindling in other sections, especially the movies. I made a lot of impulse buys there while doing regular shopping but that seems to be a thing of the past now. Im not going to switch to buying digital movies and if I did, theyve already ditched Target Ticket so they wont get any money in that area.

Best service, waiting time is less than 5 minutes in my experience.

Online shopping is easy. In-store pickup is simple. No need to walk around in a store and risk infection. More people ought to consider it. If you have multiple stores in your area and need a product it’s easy to find which other stores do.

I frequent this target as its closest to home. Once forgot my phone at checkout and was able to retrieve it easily. Never had any issues with getting help from an employee promptly. Had one employee in a slight mood about helping us but it really was understandable and he was still very helpful. Its always clean, lines havent been bad at all even for black Friday it was bearable.

This Target is clean, bright, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, and I can usually find what I need in stock. The floor plan is well-laid out. Only complaint is that often the milk, cheese, salads, and other produce items often spoil before the expiration date.

The associates from customer service were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the services I received.

I’ve been shopping at this target for 5 years. It’s pretty standard and they have most everything you need.

This target feels cluttered, disorganized, and it lacks good customer service. The moment you step in the lack of baskets to shop with is obvious, and they are never placed at the front door, you as the customer have to hunt them down. The staff is quite rude most of the time. Not sure what is going on with this location.

This location is usually out of stock of a variety of items from makeup to produce. It seems as if they have some sort of inventory check problem. Clearly if items in various different departments are constantly out of stock (most likely never ordered), then someone is doing their job efficiently. I refrain from buying produce here unless Im desperate as the quality of their products is fairly poor and spoil fast. A lot of their regular food shelf items are kept until or past the Best buy date as well. I only visit this location because its convenient at times.

The pickup service was the fastest I’ve had in a while. He was already waiting for me when I pulled into my parking spot.

Had a horrible experience with the Tech department- or electronics- in purchasing a new phone for my 88-year old father who already had an account with Consumer Cellular. Bottom line, hes dying in a skilled nursing home and his friends and contacts would like to be able to call him but the sales tech discontinued his phone number and I can no longer retrieve it! Been on the phone with Consumer Cellular but they say theres nothing they can do. Poorly trained tech at this Target.

I Am boycotting Target !! Every time I go to a Target store I get treated like a thief, and Im followed around by store personnel its really ticked me off but afterwards I just let it go. My recent experience was the last . My 2 boys went to self check out to pay for some last second items they wanted . They scanned and paid for all there items , but they were stopped and were asked for there receipt . They believed some items werent paid for. I lost it . What I said is censored . but I am never setting foot in another Racist Target again .

Clean and organized store, products, check-out stands, etc.Went here on Christmas Eve to get some stocking stuffers and found a parking spot further away from the entrance. I was able to go inside, where there were bunches of shopping carts available.Although some of the shelves were bare, what was there was well organized and easy to find.

I obtained a Red Card (credit card) about a month ago and have yet to be able to use it because I continue to be declined for some unknown reason. I have created an account and activated my card online, though it will not be accepted. Furthermore, my girlfriend had ordered numerous items online to be picked up in store. These items were for a birthday party the next day for 4 of my children. First of all, she was allowed to order the items then was told at least two of the items were not even available due to not being in stock. I was not allowed to pick the items up, even though she has designated me as someone to pick things up in the past, having her confirmation email, her name, items purchased etc... Currently not a happy camper with Target...

So much better than Walmart.

Great customer service and easy ordering process

There has been a complete change in accommodations for Covid19. Target was a leader in creating safe conditions for shoppers, but now all of that is gone. There is no social distancing, few shoppers are wearing masks, all customers are herded close together for checkout. Cashier is at a makeshift counter and doing card payments with 2 customers at a time shoulder to shoulder at the counter. The store is a chaotic, disaster. I cannot imagine going back to shop at Target any time soon, if ever. I felt unsafe.

I hate the remodel. If there was a closer Target, I would shop there. I just go as little as possible now. Terrible new layout of the store. So disappointed. I use to browse the whole store. Not anymore. Just get what is absolutely necessary and get out. Sorry.

Because I went to Elecktronicks to buy a game card for my son for his playstation 4 and the associate lie to me and told me that the playstation plus and the playstation now is the same thing So I bought the playstation now and it is not the same thing And I can not get my money back for it So now I have to wait until I get paid again to be able to buy it for him

I like the options/selections at target. I love the Cat & Jack, line especially when its on sale, and the store prices are usually reasonable & comparable to amazon. Target locations are convenient, but in-store pick-up at used to be better before the remodels. As a single mom in-store pick-up is how i save time, and I swear by it. BUT WHATS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION?? I watched four people get greeted and helped on the returns side before the lady looked up from her notebook she was logging in to acknowledge me. In fact, two cashiers walked out to help with the returns side and didnt acknowledge me. This visit was faster than others Ive had; but I use in-store pick up to avoid the wait and it used to be GREAT. Its on a downward slope. It wasnt how long I waited, but HOW i was left waiting. On another note, the regular cashiers at this location are typically fast and friendly. 4th street location is great for in-store pick-up, Fulton is better for in-store shopping (organized because its newly remodeled) and regular checkout.

I was very pleased to see Target was cleaning their shopping carts prior to customers using them, a very important service to provide.

The checker was extremely nice. Plus the store has great products. Gotta love Target.

Recently they have been doing a bunch of construction at this Target, which is fine but it has been increasingly difficult to find any product I need. Products are in awkward locations or just simply aren’t in stock because of the renovation. Probably would have been best to close the whole store and renovate than to create such a mess for people to navigate. I do see possible improvement though so this review may change hopefully.

Pick up was easy and fast. Had the correct items. Staff was friendly .and very professional. Only wish they would review the purchase price before submitting payment to double check the price i viewed online is what ill be paying.

We are currently in a pandemic. I noticed half of people shopping are not wearing masks at all and not social distancing. Half of the customers that are wearing masks have it under their nose.

I like target.And despite being on a not so desirable Street, Ive never had my vehicle tampered with. You need to park on the side to avoid the crazy amount of foot, and vehicle traffic when trying to leave.You dont get bothered in the store or out.I love the sales they have in the end caps . You will always find a deal there. And the grocery prices are great.

Jon the tech in electronics is AWESOME!!!!! He went way above and beyond to help me get my track phone squared away, it took like an hour and he succeeded and I cant be more pleased with his customer service as well as his person!!!! Target is way better than Wal-Mart in every manner !!!!

This is a good Target. Ive been to this one a few times and had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in there. I was having speakers installed and seen the whole store. Its a good Target. Clean and well stocked.

The store is pretty nice and clean. I checked online to see if they had an item I was looking for and it said it did. I got to the store and it was there. They also do price match. I show an add on my phone and got it matched. I love it. No hassle. I was in and out of there. There werent any long lines at the register.

The employees are nice and friendly, they are willing to find the products. Products are well organized throughout the store. It is easy to find. This target has a clean bathroom.

I love target because most of their stores are clean and neat, this one was no exception. They are friendly and fast. I found everything I was looking for, they were really stocked up.

I’ve spoke with MGT about this yet Walmart and Target both choose to turn a death ear when it comes to unaccounted for inventory lost my issue is that they believe that only one ethnic group is the cause of it that’s what saddens me and absurd corporate definitely need to look into the matter or I will be contacting NAACP this is not the first nor second time that I’ve been racially profiled at the same exact location by different customer service representatives so like I said definitely will be looking into this further more I feel as if corporate should look into it first

I love using their cartwheel app and the customer service is outstanding! Very friendly and warm. I used a target gift card from a 3rd party which caused a redemption issue at the self checkout and the cashier was so nice and was not bothered by my mistake.

Carries everything the average Target carries. Inside, however, it seems a lot darker and not as well lit. It also doesnt seem as organized as other Targets Ive been to. I do like that the numbers for the check out lanes are so big, I feel like it makes it a lot easier for those with not as good of eye sight to be able to see.

Excellent way to judge the hospitality of a restaurant; ride your 4-wheel cart in and observe the reactions. I was helped into the door, two chairs were moved away from a table and traffic was halted while I parked my cart along side the table (it took three tries). The employees were helpful and courteous and my waffle was I-Hop delicious. -I was dining alone. Update rating to five stars.

The check out lady was very nice. A shopper gave her a hard time for being closed after the next in line, and she was polite. Not a fun job at times...working with the public.

This store grosses met out. The carts are gross and dirty, the floor where the carts are kept is filthy, and it is just not a store that is clean or kept clean. There are items strewn all over. The remodel has resulted in a terrible layout. There is no pride by the employees or management for the store that they work in. The shelves are empty many times of popular items from socks to Sharpies to baby formula. It has been this way for years and years at this location. If you want a better experience, find another Target or just another retailer altogether.

The customer service at this target has gone down the toilette. Customer service for returns and or exchanges employs this women that are 0% customer satisfaction based and 100% about hair and make up. Perhaphs, they need training on how to make eye contact with the customers while returning an item instead of talking among themselves about banal life situations such as getting their hair and make up done while serving the clientele.

Dirty. Smells. Your fresh food items, what a joke! They look like theyve been sitting out in the sun for about a week. Id rather buy my fresh food items from the dollar store than from you. I understand this Target is in a bad neighborhood, but thats no excuse to let it be run down and dirty.And have rude employees! Your shoe department looked like nobody had been doing their job! Shoes all over. Nice. Boxes all over. I couldnt even find womens sandles! Thats sad.

Zero stars! The old target is way better, everybody that shop and work here act weird and cracked. Upgrade isnt always great.

Even though the store at the moment is going through a major redesign, I was happy with all staff I encountered there. I see the bad reviews but give the staff a break!!! It must be very stressful for them to work there at the moment. Yes it’s confusing at the moment but all the staff still said hello and smiled and helped me find all I needed. Kudos to you target team!!!!. Looking forward to seeing the complete new look of the store 🙂

Didnt have to wait in line as long as you do at Walmart

Terrible store. Not only do the people in the pharmacy not want to help, I was told Thats a Target question, go ask someone who works at Target. I was asking if the eye drops were behind the counter because there was literally none on the shelf which is right next to the pharmacy register. But also while I was waiting to be helped some random guy came up and tried to sell me some obviously stolen jewelry like I was in back alley in an 80s movie. If you like rude employees and being accosted by vagrants this is the store for you, if not Id suggest you take your business elsewhere.
