I have come here twice now with my friends and both times it has been closed. We double checked the hours both online and at the store, but the store is closed when we arrive. It looks beautiful through the window, but being unable to go in is disappointing. Please update your hours. I will change my review once I am able to go inside.

Great people that are really friendly

Its just a nice neat store for getting my games workshop stuff and the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing place. The manager Joe is 100% fantastic. He answered every single one of my questions, no matter how insignificant or silly my questions seemed. He helped my husband and I getting everything we needed and he even told us when we didnt need to get certain things just yet (so you know he really cares about the customer as a person and friend, not just as a potential sale). We live 40 minutes from this shop but expect to be back very VERY soon!!

Our family walked in with a lot of questions and walked out with a lot of answers and everything we needed to start a new hobby. Joe is fantastically knowledgeable, super friendly, and doesnt pressure you to buy anything. He have excellent advice on painting, choosing a starter set, choosing supplies, and you can get painting tutorials and help in-store any time. It can be an expensive hobby, but we felt like we were in great hands and starting the adventure with a good guide. Thanks, Joe!

The manager of this shop gave me an important lesson on supporting local business and game shops like this and I cant help but think about it from time to time. I didnt leave that day buying something but I certainly came back within a week to make my purchase. Its been a couple years and I still havent had time to complete the set but I break it out and complete something from time to time to relax. Each time I do, I think about the manager who kind of gave me a lecture and how much I needed that. How much that kind of stuck with me and how it lead to the simple realization that supporting shops like these is the only way we not only get awesome stuff like this locally but we get an actual community to hang out and play with.Thank you to that manager or employee or whoever it was but sometimes a lecture and time to think on it can really help to change someone for the better. Even if its small.

Great service and great staff

Great experience here with my girlfriend the other day. Bought her her first set of 40K miniatures and the codex book that goes with them. Wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff! Would love if we had a store like this in our hometown. If we ever find ourselves in Sacramento again and in need of warhammer supplies, well come here. :)

I would like to speak to your manager as your store hours are obviously wrong and no one was there during your posted hours. My son wanted very much to have his cool action figures and he will be very upset to not get his orcs (with a k) for his half birthday.but in all seriousness, my buddy and i drove like 2 hours based on info from the web that said youd be open on friday till 8pm. We checked twice thinking we caught someone on their lunch break. I just want to know what kind of hours the store is open if at all.

The shop manager Joe is seriously just the best. A great guy, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and ALWAYS willing to help out or point you in the right direction. Great people visit this store and I think its entiring the staffs fault that this location is so good. I seriously cant say enough good things about this shop

Joe is very informative and helpful. It is a nice experience coming in to the store and having been out of the painting and modeling hobby for a few years to have a guy like him to help guide me through all the ins and outs and changes since my last painting days.

It is easier to return products here than it is to pick up pre-order purchases through this location.

The service was exceedingly friendly and helpful in spite of the shop being as crowded as it was.They have access to all the books you need to start playing, and will even help newcomers adjust their purchases to be get more bang for their bucks.This combined with the helpful and friendly atmosphere of the other patrons makes it a great deal of fun just to come and hang out.

The staff here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They sell books, miniatures and games from the games workshop lineup. You can even get a game in from one of their items. They are always willing to teach. There is even help on building and painting your models.

The Manager Joe is not just a manager, he is a player and knows his product inside and out. He will warn players about changes in the game and advise against units that will become useless. He is more than willing to teach newcomers how to play and paint. Wish I could rate higher, he deserves every star.

This game is one of my fav.! Im just a pro in this game, dudes! There must be multiplayer to understand who is the best. bad ice cream 3 on hudgames is good game

The people who frequent there are all very friendly and super helpful. Joe, the manager, is extremely helpful and is quite informative. After my old store closed I came here and absolutely love it. Great environment. 10/10

Really enjoyed visiting. I never realized there was a games workshop in Sacramento. The owner spent quite a bit of time filling me in on all the new things since I havent played in 10+ years. Spent way more than I should have but was great to learn about all the cool new things Games Workshop has. The Age of Sigmar models are amazing!. I cant wait to build up the $80 starter set and have fun.

Really great experience going there. Huge stock of the GW range, to include the novels. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, very easy to engage with. The store had demo tables and tables for in store gaming. Without a doubt this is your store if you are a Games Workshop hobby enthusiast.

Came to this store from Modesto Check time online and says they are opened until 6 Pm today show up at 5:00 pm and it’s locked up and on the time schedule they have here says they don’t close until 6 pm as well?
