Its a bit of a shame theyre going out of business. The days where you could let your kid be part of the shopping experience 🛍 will soon be long gone. However, nobody wants a warehouse environment anymore. Its depressing to say the least. If they focused on improving the shopping experience instead of holding debt at bay, they couldve lasted. Let this be a lesson, dont take debt deals from predatory financial groups who only want to liquidate your ASSets.

We loved the idea of giving the kids an opportunity of building a mini-model for free every month but disliking the recents policy changes, First: a registration to participate is online only, Second: if they miss the time/hour of registered spot they cannot participate on later (if reg on tuesday no wednesday opt), Third: if they arrive 9 minutes early they have to wait until the exact time of registered spot? and now a Fourth: kids will no longer be able to take the mini-model to assemble at home (parents on the run, be aware you have to spend extra time at store). Nice idea, cute mini-models but not so cool policy changes 😔

Im very sad to see that they have went out of business. Me and my kids loved walking and playing around in the store being surrounded by thousands of awesome toys. In my opinion their only downfall was that they were a bit pricey. But their selection was always pretty good since all they had was toys.

So sad to see it go. Loved it as a child. Loved bringing my children and grandchildren. They will all miss being toys r us kids

Many kinds of toys though pricey but qualities are good! This toy store is very perfect!.

We went to get some musical instruments. I am sad to see the toys r us chain closing. It is a great place to shop for the kids.

Clean and well organized. Would have gotten the fifth star of the registers were better manned. The line took longer than it should have because of there being only two registers open and one of them had a customer filling out the credit application.

Im not too crazy about the area or the parking lot, although there is plenty to choose from. The store itself is well organized and clean, and you can find some good deals, in discount or otherwise. Ive had good interactions with customer service and staff.

The staff was friendly, but just not enough of them. I was getting a video game for my kid and had to walk all the way across the store to find someone to help. But its Christmas time and with so many other shoppers there that kind of has to be expected. Overall the store was clean and the shelves were well maintained.

Selection is good. Cashier was lame and not helpful. Store had discounts and closing sale but charged me full price. Good to know store will be closing.

Staff was so nice to our son. It was his first time! So much fun and thanks for Jeffrey!* staff was everywhere willing to help.

Service is really good as well of the options you have in that big store. The only thing that needed a little more attention was organization. Toys were scattered everywhere, but that could easily be explained do to kids grabbing them and misplacing them.

This is my go to store when am buying presents for kids birthday parties and my son. You will never feel cheated as they honor a price match for in-store purchases as long as items purchased must be identical to the items advertised, same brand, same size, same style and function although variances in color they will accepted. Surprisingly a price match will be granted at the time of purchase or within 14 days of purchase date with a valid receipt but limited to 2 of those items. One thing I learnt the hard way, during busy shopping seasons order online and pick them at a store near you.

Customer service at checkout is outstanding but hard to find help throughout the store. Bathrooms r disgusting. They need to make a few revisions not a whole remodel just new soap dispensers, faucets, etc & would b a much nicer exp.

One of the main female manager was very rude and not helpful, it wasnt until I spoke to another manager about how I asked assistance and she completely neglected to help did she change her tune. Which it shouldnt take me speaking to another to have proper customer service, especially from someone in authority. Also, their toy selection is always limited and boxes are sometimes completely mutilated yet they still sell them full price no discount even if its the last one. No items should be on shelves if theyre in that condition

Bought a 2 feet Hello Kitty gumball dispenser here for 39.99. Before I left I told the cashier Kayla I saw it yesterday at Target for 19.99.I showed her the target website page and she matched me, returned back the difference.I was very happy! Thanks!

75% of the store was empty the employees werent very helpful with any of our questions. Customers were crowding the isles running through the store it was a bit unreal. Only item I managed to find for my child were batteries for his bouncer. Not a very successful shopping trip.

Sad to see the ultimate toy store to end . Our children will never experience the joy of what was.

Has a larger parking lot opposed to places near the mall, pretty good selection of bikes and kids learning materials.

Ugh. Selection has run out. Couldnt find a squirt gun. Why dont they close 2 or 3 stores and combine inventory in one rather than keeping all of these empty cavernous stores open?

The customer service in store is great. Friendly and people want to help. Now that there store is getting built back up inside its starting to look better too. But the customer service from trying to get info or call them for questions, is completely horrible. Even today, thursday, 245pm getting an automated message saying they are closed even though they are open. This must be costing the company money. Serious phone service and changes need to be made.

Its going out of business, they have good deals. They still have lots of merchandise.

It was always fun to go to the store. There were a lot of toys and games, everything you could imagine for kids (and grown ups) to play with!

I have to give toys r us a high rating because they are the only place that I can find that carries the Alien figures that I love.

Bad. Didnt have what I wanted so I picked a different toy but when I got to the register, they couldnt sell it to me because it wasnt supposed to be on the shelf until January 1st. Other people having same problem.

Im giving this store a 1 star because I was there for a midnight release for their Force Friday. I was the very first person in front of the line . I was there since 5pm in 86 degree weather for over 6 hours. With less than a hour for the midnight release. 2 of the managers came out and and told us that if we were waiting in line for any of the New Star Wars Black Series 6 inch figures and exclusives 6 inch figures, then unfortunately their store did not receive any of those specific products. And so they took down whomever was in line that was Just waiting for that line of products phone numbers. And said that they will call us as soon as those get in.Since I was specifically wanting the Toys r Us exclusive figures 6 inch hover tank troopers. I left this location to try my luck at another location. Well to my irritation and dismay. I come to find out that this TRU on arden. That I waited for 6 hours! Actually in fact!.... had those new black series figures in stock !! So. Because of terrible management. I lost hours of my time, got a minor sun burn and lost my chances of getting a A toys r us exclusive Hover tank trooper. If I could give this location a no star. I would.

Great place to pick up toys. A bit on the pricy side. Would likely purchase many of these items on eBay at 1/2 the price.

This toys r us is pretty unkempt. the last couple of times ive been here theres always one staff member having an issue. last time one was crying in the bathroom. this time one of the staff was walking to the back talking to herself in a very angry undertone. there are some really good quality staff that host the events on weekends for the kids. and friendly ones near the american girl dolls.

Unprofessionalism Manger name Tammie....she was telling me about the discount how I shouldnt do two different payments to get the discount of toyrus credit card I was like b**** do you pay my credit bill but I didnt wanna be rude its just none of her business when her cashier screwed up never going here again its trashy and sold broken items when sold as clearance buyers be aware!!

A big Toy R Us, with an awesome Lego selection. The music in the store is horrible, the speakers pipe horrible cracking sounding chirstmas music long before Thanksgiving. Literally had to rush out of certain parts of store because of speakers.

The store is probably about 1/3 empty. If you want to buy Christmas gifts in June Id say go for it. Remote control cars are 50% off. The store is about 40-70% off.You will not find furniture or baby stuff. There was a few ATV, power wheels.They had some swimming stuff left over. Alot of figurines. Star wars, Cars, cupcake-girly stuff. Backpacks, nerf guns, pojo sticks, blankets, shoe slippers, socks.All of the gift bags and wrapping paper is 70% off. They do have large baby shower gift bags. Christmas and Halloween bags.Halloween costumes, etc.

All toys you need... every time theres a birthday..we go there and buy... the wrappings are little bit expensive though.

Better be ready for yuletide season rush in this store, lines and waiting times go beyond what your patience can bear! Parking would be a challenge, too. For ordinary shopping, it would be ideal.

This store has the worse customer service. the store it looks so disorganize, i was shopping for a baby crib by the nursery department i actually saw one of the clerks on a ladder getting stuff down from the top of the shelfs actually she was toss them from the top shelf to the floor! it was big stuff i guess they dont care about their customers getting,good quality i wont ever shop at toys r us ever again i felt like i was shopping in flea market very disappoint on their clerks their service, they dont have any respect for the stuff that they sell....sad sad sad...

I got bad service my uncle got my baby cousin a few big things and the woman cashier was not letting me in on how things where going to work out like she did not mention how we where going to get the big stuff to the car or even if we would get any help when i was there to help out then when my uncle gave me his big paid receipts so he would not loose them the cashier said your giving those to him in a rude manner i would never come back unless my baby cousins wants somthing again deffantly just going to be nice and give a two star

This store is dirty and they do not care. I mentioned this to a manager about how dirty it was when I walked in and he laughed it off as they were busy. The same mess and dirtiness is still there 4 weeks later in the same spot. It says a lot about a company and their standards. Unfortunately this location is giving the company a bad name!

Typical Toys-R-us. The store seems to be well stocked although is not always clean.

I understand theyre going out of business but if you dont have a credit card you cant do business there thats ridiculous they dont take debit cards and they dont take cash just credit cards so we were going to purchase a lot of items and because of it we didnt.

Very expensive even with store closing discounts. But, the wide range of items gets it three stars.
