If your building or remodeling your home I would suggest contacting them all doors are framed on site and keystone also has their own installers and can deliver doors trim base and molding as well as closet materials to your job site or you can come pick it up . The employees are friendly and the staff are helpful in answering any questions you may have.

Was in a jam(b) after finding my door kicked in on Christmas Morning and called all over Sacramento looking for an 8’ entry door. Every showroom and big box store around was 1-2 months out Thaddeus and his team had me squared away in 2 days when all other door retailers were 1-2 months out. If you are looking for excellent customer service, great pricing and an all over quality company to do business with, Keystone is the only place in town to go. I was first referred to one of the longer standing door companies in town and I did not feel like I was getting a good deal. I reached out to a contractor friend and he referred me to Andres. Andres went above and beyond in finding me a better deal than the competitor. Even when I called back to let him know that the doors I had purchased with the measurements and recommendations of the other company were wrong and through no fault of his own in the ordering for me, Andres did everything he could to make it right. While I was in the office, one of their sales reps Erik overheard my misfortune of the bad measurements and offered to come by after work and remeasure to make sure that we got things right the next time. We later called Erik to help with the install and he did a fantastic job. Everyone working at Keystone truly cares about their customers and the services they provide.

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road. If you dont care about other drivers on the road, cant be trusted to do business with. Called to report the incident & no one cared. Seriously more bothered with my call.
