This is a small and busy location. But the staff are friendly and efficient & the store is clean. On this trip I used the Walmart to Walmart money transfer. Quick and easy! I will definitely use this location again.

They have great workers, but … They just aren’t very diligent about enforcing the mask mandate.

Worst Walmart in the area! Lost my business. Had to ask 4 different associates for help and none of them followed through. Asked a 5th one for help and I tried to explain how I wasnt being helped and she just looked at me and said ok and walked away. Finally got help from a manager, Tressie?, she was very helpful and apologized for what happened.

I asked out loud when I walked in if there was any wipes for the carts or hand sanitizer ? All the workers act clueless so I have to look behind the chair in the corner and use sanitizer myself this is a very serious time right now with DELTA VARIANT GOING AROUND AND THE CARELESS ACTIONS OF THIS ATORE IS GONNA CAUSE PEOPLE TO SPREAD GERMS QUICK .. oh yeah and theres always a super long line no matter what like your at an amusement park

Less than one star.I wanted a rotisserie chicken.I called 5 times trying to reach somebody on the phone.I go down there.They didnt have any done at 11:00 do I asked a employee if he could check to see when the rotisserie chicken was going to be done.They said between 12:45-2:00.I asked if they could save me 2 of them. She said She would for me.Did she no and there was 10 of lemon chicken which I wanted traditional. I was making chicken salad sandwiches for supper.

Tried to return something I bought at a different Walmart on a road trip twice. First time, they said they don’t accept returns after 8 pm (why??). Second time they said they don’t carry the product so they could not accept it.Workers had their masks down or were not wearing masks both times I went despite there being a mask mandate. If they won’t take customer safety/ppe seriously for customer facing, one has to wonder how nasty behind the scenes is. Will not return.Workers were also rude both times like I somehow should have know returns closed at 8, or they wouldn’t accept an item I purchased from a different Walmart.

Great local I really like the self checkout nice employees. I only have one small issue, the lack of more yogurts yeah the dairy section needs a lot of work. 4 out of 5 stars.....l love this store

Great Walmart Neighborhood Market, conveniently located off Marconi & Fulton with loads of free parking outside the door.Wheelchair accessible and a well laid out store. Found 99% of the items I was looking for and the staff were attentive and professional.Full marks to this Walmart, shopped there in the morning so very low traffic in and around store.Outside theres a red box available for movie rentals and propane for barbecuing.Highly recommend for all your shopping needs.

Lines is always extremely long and only a few employees work which makes the wait time a bit long other than that its a good store. Self check out is available and line is extremely long there too but it goes way faster than the regular line does.

Neighborhood Walmart is a great place to shop courteous check out attendants decent parking and a well-rounded supply of goods I would suggest you shop there

I was pleasantly surprised that this location carried what I was looking for, namely Raised and Rooted brand and Beyond Breakfast Sausage. It was well maintained and cleaned too. Quick and plenty self-checkout lanes.

This is a good place to get groceries. It is not like a regular Walmart. More of a supermarket feel. Can have a few moments of people getting a little ghetto. But the staff handles it well. They have a great staffCome get your food on.

Fairly clean place. Has everything you may need but its a small store so it doesnt have everything a store can offer. Good service, polite workers.

Went to go Chang my check at Wal-Mart went to see when they open the customer service i was told it opens at 8 got there at 8:03 a was told I had to wait another 25 minutes this is not the first time it happened really bad workers dont know what they are doing or saying

I was really disappointed by all the empty shelves. Several things I needed werent stocked or they were out. Otherwise I love this store. Low prices, Clean and Friendly Employees. Come on Walmart...Stock those Shelves

Seriously ... whose bright idea was it to build a Walmart with only two cash registers? The self checkout lanes are no better. Lines are always so long. God help you if you need liquor or toiletries as many of the items are locked. You push a button for a sales associate to open the case for you and it takes them forever to get there. That is if they even bother to show up at all. A good place to shop if you have all the time in the world. Otherwise, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

A quick stop to get Bryers Carb Smart frozen fudge bars -- they were out, as were the store on Watt and the one on Manzanita & Madison...

I collected all my supplies, scanned everything in the self check-out, pushed the pay cash button, then realized my purse was missing. I asked the attendant to hold my supplies until I figured out what happened to my purse. There was a good Samaritan at the next self check-out register who offered to pay for my stuff. I said to her, you dont understand my bill is over $70. She just put her credit card in my register and paid for everything and then left the store. I stood there dazed for a few seconds and then went to my car and bowed my head to ask God to give that woman a bigger blessing than she gave me.

I like this store for groceries. Its closer to my house than the super walmart is so when I just need to pick up items like food and cleaning supplies, I choose to go there. It always seems to be really busy. But even when the line is long, their self checkout is pretty quick.

Decent walmart but smaller. Out of stock on main items a lot but still has great value and prices.

I love there prices on food and odds and ends. I only need one thing and ended up with 10 to 15 things going home. Thats how good that store is keep up the good work Walmart.

Stepped up with keeping shelves stocked. Frequently the public restrooms are up to clean standards. A few months back they added more self-checkout stations. So the cashier power was reduced...creating long lines at those registers. All and all a good place to shop. If you like to be RIPPED OFF BY SAM WALTON AND COMPANY!!!

This place is clean although is busy a lot of lines move very fast and the customer service is great cashiers are quick efficient and friendly

1 half asleep customer service employee. Loooong line of people.Tried two different days. Finally just stood in line for 1 HOURWalmart work on your customer service...for goodness sake, just pull that half asleep person stocking the shelves when theres a surge.

Open until 11:00pm, which is pretty cool because I had to get my other half that time of the month ya you know..Emergency. and Walmart was open and helpful to boot..

I had no mask and I asked if I can have one and the worker by the door had no problem taking his time and brought me a mask from the back cause there was no more in the front. Customer service was great 👍

This store was good the only thing i didnt care for was that they didnt have much of a variety to choose from ,and everything was locked behind a case so when i wanted to buy something i had to wait for an employee to come unlock it

I really like this Walmort, a good selection of products and you can mark oil in manina while you go shopping!

Nice employees and helpful. So cool inside I could shop and breathe. Thank you. Lines way too long to check out 6-9 people in line each lane 1 checker. Not enough. Plenty on the floor to stock not enough at check out to help. Had to run back to get another item due to the sku number incomplete. Line waited etc. Sad. Other wise great! Clean also except bathroom.

Its ok, lots of people wearing masks, jus does not have lots of offerings. Low stock, small choice of wat brand, and the womens shoes are very ugly, not a big selection, never my size which is eight and half. Then the womans clothing section needs improvement. Cuter choice of clothing for plus size women..........and then there is checkout and check cashing sigh......it takes forever

Area is kinda crazy. Everytime Im over there someones fighting. But the actual store is just a regular neighborhood market.

I am writing to commend the amazing customer service provided by the store manager at Walmart on Marconi. I work for an organization that supports people with disabilities and was informed that when one of our clients was there recently, they found themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of not having the funds to fully pay for their purchase. The manager of the store paid for the purchaser out of his own pocket much to the surprise and delight of the customer. I would like to personally thank and commend the management of Walmart for their outstanding customer service.

There is a manager that works at this location by the name of Nick that is awesome. He went above and beyond today. The register ate my money and he couldnt get the door open to get it back. He made sure that i was taken care of. This store might be wild at times but they have great customer service!!

I always enjoy a trip to Walmart regardless of its location. Some my not like the store, but I find it meets all of my needs.

Its the lines that get me. I waste more time waiting in line than I do the shopping. Whether that is self check out or someone ringing me out. Usually Im in and out and only need a few things, but I wait at least 10 or more minutes. either a machine is down or they have 2 cashiers.

So the new guidelines for this store is no bags from home because they may be covered with covid19? But the clothes Im wearing with my body sweat is fine? I would love to hear the answer the corporation has written out🤪

Was in line for over a half hour- must have been at least 30 people in line for the customer service desk. They only had one lady working the counter but numerous other employees were just bee- boppin around with seemingly nothing to do- ya think one of them would have come and helped that poor woman all by herself at the customer service desk. Will never go again if I can help it.

Great Selection and Prices...

Hard to find help, but usually stocked and I can find what I need. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for an associate to assist me, with four other people waiting at the same place as I. Went to three different people before I had to interrupt someone helping someone else to get what I needed.

Its the closest to my home. Shelves are never fully stocked. My favorite checkout lady has got a job at this one. Shes the only one I allow to check me out. Shes friendly and very responsible in what should be packed together. Love her and shes the best thing about this store. Please stock your shelves fully.

Got to love when its not posted anywhere that theyre closing at 5! At the very least when Im walking in it would have been nice if the guying keeping count could have said hey were closing in 5 minutes

This is the dirtiest walmart I have ever visited. They are severely understaffed and the lines to checkout are frequently all the way to the back of the store. I have tried many times to give this walmart my support and after yesterday I will never step inside this store again.

There staff is always friendly and helpful, Kermit is such a sweetheart he went in the back and got me disinfectant wipes being 8 35 weeks pregnant and nesting like crazy ot ment alot to me his going out his way. His manager is even nicer the woman I spoke to to tell her about my experience was genuinely happy to hear the feed back and when I came in to pick up an online order insisted on helping me load all of it to my car!

Not only was the clerk very nice and helpful but i want to give a shoot out to the security guard. She was on everything! I was impressed on how she handled a few different situations. She needs a raise! Thank you all for being on the front line.

It was very crowded today, no good carts, the lines were long but moved along faster than expected. I found everything I needed without a problem.

Maybe it’s just me but every time I’m in this place it’s jam packed. Lines for the few checkout clerks halfway down the isles and lines wrapped around the side for the customer service station. Every trip there is a minimum 30-45 min just waiting in line.

The pharmacy is what keeps me coming back the service from employees mainly thier checkers is absolutely awfulLast night was my last stop I had a fad a fabulous dayThe checker was the rudest by far i have experienced at this location and she was in the management team.Very desturbing.I do multiple shopping for our Seniors. This place is awful. Seriously. I avoid it at all costs. It is always so busy, but it wouldnt be so bad if it were a bigger place...but it is not. The lines go through the aisles do you can barely move around in the store at all.Everything is locked up, so you constantly need to ask for help to get items. The employees are nice, but thats about the only good thing that I can say. The only reason that I have recently been there is to pick up a medication from the pharmacy. And even that was an adventure.

Convenient local. Try to get in early to beat the crowd before noon or at least before 3. Not the biggest so they have a smaller selection here, so beware that. If you like to do most of your monthly shopping though I would suggest a different Walmart Grocery location with a bigger store, but its great if you forgot that little something for dinner.
