First time trying out this Cafe so this reflects my first impressions. As an avid goer of third wave, specialty coffee shops in the area, heres my thoughts.Rose vanilla latte was a bit overly sweet. A little disappointed with the latte art (half the reason why I get it hot sometimes), but the coffee itself is fine. I enjoyed my cup but it wasnt exactly striking.The Fall seasonal honey spiced latte was not too sweet, but the espresso didnt come through too much.The atmosphere of the shop itself is nice and bright with decent amount of study space and seats. Some are blocked off for social distancing still but I like how bright and modern it is. Decorated with pothos plants and midmodern-century type furniture and a hip mural declaring sacramentos mansion flats neighborhood. On weekends, finding parking around here is fairly easy. They also play chill indie-pop music like Tame Impala, Clairo, and Japanese Breakfast.Overall, would go here for the atmosphere and not too hectic vibes. Coffee was just standard for me. There were also no pastries when I went.~$6/cup which is standard for speciality coffee around the area.

This place is great! Went to Starbucks in the Sheraton and got bitter coffee; i should have known better. Goodside was only a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Great service; great cappuccino.

Phenomenal coffee shop! Beautiful decor, clean and easy going atmosphere. The staff was polite, prompt and kind. I tried their Harvest Chai with Oat Milk and it is the best that Ive tasted in all of Sacramento. Im not exaggerating yall, Ive tried the chai at every major coffee location and this is hands down the best. If you havent had a chance to stop by, dont hesitate, your taste buds will thank you!

I love coming here! Its clean, open, and bright. I can claim a whole table for myself by a 3-prong plug. The caffeine is great, and I get a lot of work done :)

Fantastic coffee drinks and delicious bagel sandwiches. Beautiful space. Quiet part of town in the morning. Exceptional staff.

Decaf was 👍🏽. The plain bagel with butter was so good reminded me of Einstein in San Diego.

Coffee was good . Surprise how small it was , but the overall quality was good. Cute shop and convenient because right next to my parking garage .Edited review :I’m changing my stars from 4 to 5 . The Carmel cappuccino may have been tiny, but it was very delicious and gave me the energy I needed. I will be going back here , instead of Starbucks !

If you havent yet been here, this is the place to be! Recently opened up, delicious cold brew on a hot Sacramento summer day. Standing tables, plenty of outlets, relaxing atmosphere. Clever wifi password, but youll have to stop by to learn about that one for yourself.

I used to go here all the time before the pandemic hit and will probably go back once school starts up again. It’s a great place to get your work done and some of my best memories of high school are held in this building. The staff is amazing, and I honestly miss them. They always had a cheerful disposition and Chuck was always so kind to me. I miss this place a lot and I cannot wait to go back. It’s an incredible place with incredible people and it’s 100% worth your time and your money.

Drinks and food are delicious, people are friendly, and its close by. Whats not to love?

Great new coffee shop! Working in downtown there are several coffee shops closer to my office, but lately Ive been walking the few extra blocks to come to Goodside. My favorite is their iced oat milk latte. Its amazing! Also, really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I highly recommend checking this place out!

My girlfriend Shana and I thoroughly enjoyed our coffee so much, we visited 3 times in 3 days! I had the gingersnap latte and it was the BEST ever! We especially enjoyed meeting Chuck, the owner, he was so down to earth and kind, he helped us pick some yummy eateries in Sacramento. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip!

Great coffee, even better service!

Coffee was really good and they have a unique style to their finishing touch. They use beans from an out of area roaster but they were decent none the less. The menu is very limited, but that may change as time goes on. At the time of writing this they were open slot 6 months.

This coffee shop is highlighted with a spacious interior and midcentury modern accents. It was relatively quiet when I visited and there was ample seating arranged in pairs. Goodside Coffee has a simple menu with some pastries to snack on. The cappuccino was above average. Overall, a more modern take on a study space than some other coffee shops near by.

Awesome coffee and breakfast bagels

When I walked in I first noticed the sleek, modern, yet comfortable atmosphere. The wait was short and the service was pleasant. Also, the coffee had a nice flavor and a good kick.

This place is a gem. There is actually a lot of outlets in here, it’s awesome. I’m here at 9:30am and it’s quiet and chill

This coffee shop is clean and hip inside. Very nicely decorated. The cold brew I ordered was a bit on the weaker side for me. The flavor was alright, but it tasted watered down.

Espresso shot was delicious, they included sparkling water to cleanse your palate afterwards which is always appreciated.

The service is super friendly, the place is pristine, and the decor is minimalist but also inviting. But really its all about the coffee. Currently featuring Cat and Cloud, which Id never tried before and mmm tasty.Today I opted for an iced dirty chai which was smooth, chai-spicy, and delicious. Hella recommend. Previously I tried the nitro cold brew which was dark, flavorful, and had the kick I needed on a hot summer day. Also hella recommend. Oh and hey, that blueberry lemon scone was scrumptious!So if you cant tell, I freaking love this place as much as I love supporting local. If youre in the neighborhood swing by. If youre not in the neighborhood then head over anyway, 100% worth it.
