Overall they have better and more selections of merchandise than many other locations I have been to. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces here. I come here frequently.

Got in line and I was the fourth person there with only one checker and five people after me in line after waiting a good 10 minutes with no other Checkers coming up I finally left pulled out of the line went over the person standing at the door and told them I couldnt wait any longer because you only have one check her and her response was okay

Found a lot of great Brand name stuff from kitchenware to outerwear. Sharp looking Calvin Klein coat for just under $50! Shopped for such a long time Im grateful the public restrooms were clean & open. Lost a star because it was kinda warm in store.

I dont buy into most tv commercials but the Burlington ones nailed it. So many items to choose from. If you go there for a coat you probably will leave with more than just a coat. By the way the line moved pretty quickly.

7/08/2021Long line because only 2 cashiers working at a time. A third cashier would come but then a cashier would hop off. Theres four people walking behind the counters but only two working. The line is at least an hour and a half wait. The manager lady is rude to her workers probably why no one wants to work here. She has glasses, older lady, brown hair. Keeps saying “Im done with this place. Im logging off.”

My mother found several handbags she liked. Steve madden, and Betsey Johnson, Calvin Klein, guess, and many more. I found jewelery I loved including several lapel pins. Face creams are good to. Perfume. Mens summer clothes for my dad. It was a fun time while we waited for tires at les Schwab witch is in the same lot.

Needs more variety of household for kitchen and bathroom

Why is it called a coat factory? I went there to find a jacket for my daughter and in all the square footage there was one rack of jackets/coats. And in the section of her size there was 3 jackets, one snow bib and one pajama that didnt belong. They need to change the name to giant ross/marshalls type store. NOT a coat factory.

I dont normally shop at Burlington. Young lady who was on register 1 was really nice and kind. I found a lot of great deals. I will be returning to do my Christmas a shopping.

Fast, clean, and HIRING, under staffed

The name was a draw for me.. B..Coat Factory .. I needed a nice coat an overall coat and a nice dress coat .. when you enter the store and stop giving the place a once over looking from one side to the other its a big store they have thousands of things you can look at from beginning to end.. but when it came to Coats it was ridiculous the small percentage of the store devoted to Coats.. I take size 50 to 52 in coat size a large guy.. none were available the ones offered were so cramed together it became a real hassle to even look.. never found a coat.. if you need things other than a coat probably a good place to look.. their name doesnt describe what they have.. especially Coats.

Always well stocked and full of everything you would need, even things like snack foods and toiletries. It can be a bit messy at times but the staff seem to do their best to maintain the cleanliness. The lines get a bit long, so be ready for that if you go.

No matter how long the line is cashiers are closing down. Thought I was at DD Discount for a second there. The only cashier that was actually staying open and ringing people up is the Asian girl. The white ginger guy looking guy would ring up one person then close off and walk to the first checkstand closes to the door and then come back and opened up and take one person and then would close off again.
