BROKE MY PHONE. REFUSED REFUND. GHOSTED ME. Gave them a $100 parts deposit. All other shops in town will overnight your part into the shop, these people didn’t order it until I called back 3 days later. The shop was deceitful when I attempted to verify they ordered all the right parts. When I went to pick up the phone, they handed by a phone with a repaired screen, but cracked by phone case. The repair man wanted me to work it out with him and come back in a few business days. I paid in full, walked to me car, thought about it, and walked back into the shop, demanding a refund. I stated I will pay when my phone was fully fixed. No refund issued. I plugged in the phone two hours later, a electrical short image appeared. THEY SHORTED OUT MY PHONE. I called a bunch and left messages. I have returned to the shop, these guy are never open or take 2 hour breaks daily. The $375 dollar refund I requested doesn’t began to pay for a month old, $1500 S20 plus phone, or deal with a month long ordeal of no real communication during COVD. I have a handwritten note, by the technician (on the back of the sales receipt) admitting that he bent my phone and he would reach out to me. I never got that voicemail. When I did finally talk to someone , the conversation went exactly how I knew it would. Conversation went like this; denied breaking, discredit (customer) and then made counter - accusations (I need $). To be fair, if you have a common phone, they can break it and have the parts available, so you wont notice.

Went in March. Got cracked screen replaced. Fixed quickly. Charged $115 for it. Within one day phone speaker began to squak loudly. I remembered that two different return customers complaining of same thing while waiting. Not sure what they did, but Im sure they won t take responsibility for it. Drove 58 miles one way for nothing.

This was my first time coming for a screen repair but I just needed a new screen protector and case instead, Muhammad was gracious enough to give me half off the screen protector and the case. Also included a freebie case!! if you need any phone repair this is the place to go!! Great quality and great customer service 100/10 would recommend.

BEWARE!!!!.... Rip off!! I paid $150 to get the charging port on my ipad 7th generation repaired. 1st they repaired it but it took about a week or week in a half. Second after I went home I found out that my sensor now no longer works and my home button doesnt either so I gave the place a call and the owner who never seems to be there picks up the phone and rudley tells me he didnt feel it was necessary to inform me that it was broke and that the screen broke and the home button also because it was most likley going to end up broken anyway due to the fact supposably the pieces tend to break when fixing the issue i came in for. But he explained it to me as I didnt need to tell you because that would be like a surgeon having to explain brain surgery.. and you have to be specialized to fix the sensor and were not and the screen always breaks when we have to get inside the ipad so we fixed it and the home button should work. and my response was I should of been informed and givin the option to decide if I want to proceed with you guys or not or find a place who could fix that problem if it happened because now I just brang my ipad in to leave with more problems. So he offered me a full refund and to not do business with them anymore which I WOULD NEVER AGAIN ANYWAY!! But I went to pick up the refund and was only given $100 and when i was told to come back another day for the rest I did multiple times in a row. It took me months to finally receive the remainder of my money. I was always told the owners not in. And I even left messages for the owner to give me a call so we can choose a time for me to come and get it and literally nothing. So i finally showed up one day after probably 5 months and was lucky that they happened to have $50 in the register. So now fast forward to today. Its been about 6 or 7 months since theyve repaired my ipad and I had to get my ipad repaired AGAIN because after maybe not even a month my ipad just stopped charging and its been just set aside all this time because Ive been extremely nervous to find somewhere who could actually repair it without damaging it some more. And luckily the place i went to broke everything down to me and was completely professional. BUT guess what??!! They found my ipad was not fixed properly so not just the sensor or home button was broke but some more things inside were too.which couldnt have even been possible since my ipad was brand new! the charging port happened one day on accident of me pulling my charger out so that problem was the only problem it had thats why I only went in for that and This place didnt say I had any other issues so it was definitely a surprise to find out the other problems.which i had to pay even more out of pocket to have the new place fix. The new place said I should sue this place but honestly i just want no more to do with them. BEWARE!!!

Called to see if they could replace my screen on my iPhone XR. Said they were getting a shipment the next day and I went in and had it replaced in 30 minutes. Very sub parSo to keep it short I got my iPad fixed here I was told I would be called when it was ready to pick up the next day and never was. I had to call them witch isn’t the worst but still unprofessional. Also there is a bit of gunk stuck behind the top right of the screen so hopefully they can fix this issue as well as the screen not being properly fitted to the case. I will continue with a update after I contact them.

Repair was very fast but the guy who did the work put a used replacement screen on my phone that had a lot of noticeable scratches wouldnt recommend them go elsewhere

After having my iPhone for 3 years with countless drops, my screen cracked after flying off of a scooter. After being replaced at getitfixed, it broke after one drop from counter height. The manager wouldn’t offer any type of replacement or discount. Clearly, the product is subpar as is the customer service. Do not go here! Spend the extra $30 elsewhere and get a quality product.

Paid good money for a screen repair. Now the main button only works on occasion. I went back, but never got my issue resolved. I wont be going back to this place. Save your money, go somewhere else.Took the phone back and got more runaround. Now my phone barely works. Dont waste your time or money.

At first the experience was nice and fast, however, when I went to use the pen on my note 5 it doesnt work. They claim its my pen which has not been used in over a year and it works with other peoples note 5. Its really lame how they cant back up their work! Oh wait they said they would change the screen again but I have to pay 50 more on top of the 355 I already paid! NO THANKS the pen isnt that important nice but not important!

The only place in town with genuine apple parts! You must ask for it tho and it will cost $20-$45 extra but having the choice is nice. unfortunately apple is making it harder and harder for you to get your repair done quickly and legitimately without going through them and paying an arm and a leg or just ripping you off altogether. #righttorepair

I am absolutely ecstatic that I found this place!! I cracked the screen of my Galaxy S7 Edge on a Sunday and was desperately calling around for help! Most places were either closed or they didnt have the necessary parts. I called gadget ninja and not only were they open, but they were able to take care of me right away. My phone was as good as new only a couple of hours later.

Got some water in my S7 and the Micro SD card reader would not work. Took it to them and within a couple hours they had all the water out and the reader working again, all for under 50 bucks. Great place.

A small operation, seems like a one man show, in a cozy space... the service was excellent. The quick diagnosis of what was wrong with my phone to how quickly it was repaired - I’m thoroughly impressed.I went in for a repair to a damaged screen which wad popping out of the frame for what seemed like no reason at high elevations and when the device was warm to the touch. Learned it was actually a battery malfunction which was causing the issue in just under a few minutes. The phone’s battery was replaced along with ensuring the screen wouldn’t pop out anymore. The cost of the service was very inexpensive, totally affordable. I will be bringing all my devices here in the future when needed. I’ve cancelled my phone insurance today because I am convinced this store will cost less if my devices ever need repair.Backstory: I sent the device to Brightstar a few weeks ago and they advised the screen was damaged. Obviously that was the wrong Dx!

Waste of my time. Called in at 5pm on a Friday. Told them exactly what was up with my phone. Not even open til 6pm. Made it in on a Tuesday only to be told they dont fix my problem and sent me a shop in Carmichael with high prices.

I got my screen fixed less then a month ago, and it’s back broke. My original screen lasted 15 months without a crack, and let’s be honest everyone drops there phone once or twice. The service was good, but the products are cheap, and won’t last. I should of just paid my deductible .

Delivered a Google Pixel C for an LCD screen replacement. Although it turned out that Google made an exception to the warranty expiration (because it was a known manufacturing issue) and allowed the unit to be replaced, the technician took the time to take it apart and attempt to find replacement parts. This is the type of service everyone dreams about when something breaks down and needs to be fixed. Good job, ninjas. *bow*

These guys are great. I have taken a few phones with cracked screens to be repaired. They did a great job and did them fast. Its the only place I go for a cracked screen.

My company uses a lot of tablets, which are often bumped around and broken. Gadget Ninja/GetitFixed is always quick so I can get the devices back into the hands of employees that need them. I dont get charged an arm and a leg either. Having tried Staples and a few other places around town, these guys are usually about 20% cheaper and do the work just as good.

This is a great repair shop. I took my phone in thinking I needed a new charging port connector, but the tech diagnosed it as just needing a cleaning so I didnt need to get a new charging port connector and saved $60.

I had my Samsung S8 plus cracked for a while. I called to Getitfix to get a quote and check if they had a part in stock or I have to wait for it.Their tech guy was very nice. He told me that they have it and it will take only 40 minuets.I went there wait even less and now my phone looks new again.Very Happy!!!!

My phone screen had a huge crack I had a iPhone six and basically my phone has had to be repaired before cuz this was my second time breaking the screen so my mom was really mad cuz the last time it was sooooo expensive to fix but a friend recommended this place to me, my mom drove me after school here they did it for around 70$ the guy was super friendly and they gave us a discount on a screen protector that I love, they fixed it really fast we dropped my phone off for them to fix then went and got jamba and came back and it was perfectly working again :) also update I dropped my phone super hard on xmas and the screen protector PROTECTED IT. I’ve dropped my phone so many times and it barely got a crack I’m so happy with the screen protector it saved my butt 😂
