Im leaving this review for the whole store, not just the Pro Desk. However the Pro Desk is excellent, always willing to answer questions or ring me up when they arent helping The Pros) This is the first store I think of for, well, everything precisely, anything that has to do with home/apartment improvements.They have building materials like plywood, 2x4s, screws, bolts, wood stain and fillers, and name brand tools. I can always find the Dremel attachments, in stock to make my woodcraft projects and various other DIY fun.I have bought all of my shelving units from this store, and in December I walked in around 8:30 pm to grab a set of shelves that I knew they had, but I couldnt find what I wanted. I was so disappointed and upset (because I had moved everything out of my closet already) until Kal a great, helpful, employee said he would look for my shelves. I thought I was out-of-luck because they were about to close but Kal saved the day by finding my shelves and bringing them to me. Hoorah! Im sure most Home Depots have shelves, but this place has a pleasant staff as well. They are open pretty late too (9 pm on most days) this is incredibly useful for last min hardware or sealant for my upgrade projects.

Everyone Im at my local Home Depot they know how to help with all my DIY`s or any supplies I need.

This place is a joke , there is plenty of employees but nobody to help customers , when they do help you they are clueless .
