They way overcharged my friend and I for our piercings. I wouldve rated them higher but the prices were ridiculous! They charged my friend $100 for regular ear piercings and me $60 for a cartilage piercing. Not mention there were no masks in sight! Would no recommend

My daughter and son decided at the last minute to get a tattoo together. This was the closest place to us that was open late. It was meant to be! Terry did them both. She was light handed, fun, patient, perfectionist and I wish I had gotten my first tattoo with her. I will definitely go back to her or recommend her to others!

Ive gotten 3 tattoos done by different artists and a couple piercings done here in the last year and a half. We always get such a family vibe among the employees and artists whenever we walk into this place and thats my favorite part.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT go to this place for piercings. First, they overcharged us. My friend and I have been to multiple places for piercings and the average cost is $30-35, they charged me and my friend $80 each. They were super sketchy and unprofessional, and most of all, they were not clean. I regret going to this place and I am genuinely afraid of getting an infection. Do not go to this place.

The customer service was not they best. The man who Pierced my nose didnt really talk to me and was really dry. I wish I went to get my nose pieced somewhere else. When I asked the person pircing my nose if there’s anything I need to know, he didn’t give me much information.. so yeah if you wanna Pierce your nose don’t come here.

I had my nipples pierced by Holly and she was so professional and clean; I am thoroughly pleased. She went quick, changed gloves 2x in between cleaning, piercing, and securing the jewelry. I did not feel self conscious either. I paid $100 for both the pair+jewelry. So with a tip added to that, I paid for an excellent piercing, a healthy, clean experience, and some confidence about my rather sad looking pair :)Blessings yall!

Absolutely love the atmosphere here! Everyone is always so nice and the prices are AMAZING had holly pierce me and I’ve never been more comfortable getting pierced! I didn’t have any issues getting pierced except the before jitters, but they instantly left when I walked in and talked to holly, she’s an amazing piercer and person! I’ll definitely be back for another piercing or tattoo!

I loved how everyone there was so friendly. The guy that did my piercings was okay. Id wouldve had the older dude do them since he seemed to be more experienced with piercings the the other guy. I wish theyd told me more about the piercings I got then telling me to take pain meds and wash my face.All in all I say it wasnt a bad experience just not what I expected. I would definitely come back just to get a tattoo done.

Super clean and professional!

My piercer did not use sterile tools (and now my piercing is infected, surprise) and was incredibly creepy and unprofessional. I should have walked out the second I met him, he was clearly high. I was getting my nipple pierced and he was aggressively handsy, touching my body way more than he needed to, and actually straddled my legs to do the piercing. Then he tried to slip the bottle of sea salt spray he was selling me into my back pocket. That spray cost $20 and once I got home, I realized that the nozzle was broken and I couldnt use the spray at all. Im from out of town and wanted to get this done while I was here, but next time Ill just wait until Im home and go to an actually reputable piercer.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was awesome, friendly, professional, compassionate, and quick to offer help. I have to give special shout out to Holly Doll You made my wife feel safe thank you so much.

Piercer is incompetent. I came in Saturday asking for a smaller jewel for my internally threaded nose piercing. He said that is all he sold. He took forever to replace the larger jewel I had with a smaller one. It cost $20 to replace it plus tip. He then lost my larger jewel. Fast forward to Tuesday, 3 days later!, it has come unthreaded and I accidentally flushed the base (it is gone). So frustrating. I would have just stuck with what I had. I should have read the reviews rather than rely on their good rating. Literally all of the negative reviews are about the piercer.

I got my first tattoo here today by oak and i have to say awesome guy held a conversation with me through out the whole time to help ease my mind and Im definitely super appreciative of his craft and talent anyone thinking about coming here dont think twice just walk on in oak will take care of you thank you oak!

Just got a little anchor tattoo behind my ear and my friend got a bottle cap on his hand and i have to say we are both super pleased! Rob did mine and i really enjoyed his bedside manner and he was super gentle. And Joel did my friends hand, even though he cried like a baby, Joel did a really wonderful job and was really entertaining and they were all really accommodating at midnight...lol definitely will be returning for all future ink! Thanks guys

Put a deposit down for a tattoo to be drawn up on April 26.. its now August 12 and never back from anyone. I did get a yes we get your info on April 29 thats it Save you money go somewhere else! I already found a nicer cleaner more professional place and had it done in June. Getting ripped off for the 40 deposit was the price for finding a better place i guess lol

So far so good, I got my tatt drawn up today and I get it tomorrow, from Terri, Ill post a pic of it, I like it there they aim to please, Im happy and cant wait for tomorrow

Got my ear pierced by holly it didnt like the shape of my cartilage piercing so they switched it out no problem! This shop is very friendly and helpful their customer service goes above and beyond!I highly reccomend this place over any other shops located in Sacramento!😘

Frank did my cousins piercings (2 ear & a tragus) and did this sweet mother/daughters tattoo for me. Im absolutely in love with it. He brought a simple idea to life and made it looks wonderful!

I had a great experience, happy with my tattoo overall...but I was charged $800 for a 2 hour tattoo. That had no color. And when I went to every other shop in the area, they said I got ripped off. I was planning on getting fully tattooed by these guys but if Im going to get ripped off I think not....sad that guys in this industry will take advantage of you. Oh yeah Also didnt finish some lineS which Ill have to get touched up.....really unhappy.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop..the owner came to my rescue after an ear trauma before my hs reunion. He was professional, super knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He calmed me down and fixed my ear in a pinch. I was grateful to have found this shop and highly recommend them, especially for any piercings you want done right!

Went here to get my nose pierced; it was the first piercing Ive gotten since getting my ears pierced at 11. It was quick, with just a little pinch, and my piercer Irish was super professional and very comforting. Ill be coming back here to get my first tattoo!

This place taxes waay to much my cousin paid 160 dam near 200 for some basic ear piercing unbelievable i myself have multiple piercings by many shops and never ever i had to pay that much . I really recommend going somewhere

So I enter the shop with my girlfriend to get her belly button re-pierced because the first time it came out crooked. As she goes in the shop to sit down and begin the tedious process of piercing again he has her stand up and says make sure nothing is sticking out he moves the leggings as to see whats underneath ( which is not necessary because she could do that on her own terms and be private ) he sees more than he needs to. As she sits down he tells me I am being meticulous and that I need to leave when I am just there to support her , and my girlfriend tells me that he touched her butt. Overall UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE

I went to buy a hoop for my nose piercing and I had a keloid so they were caring and asked to take a closer look. I went in the back room to see them make the hoop a certain gold to my preference which was great! They then had me take a seat and said they prefered to change it for me bc of the keloid. They got rid of the keloid but the guy was very careless and cleaned it simply with a paper towel instead of cleansing it right. He then just inserted the hoop and cleaned it with a spray that got all over the place. I left looking like a bloody mess around my hoop. They also misjudged the size and almost made me have a size 16 until the professional piercer came and corrected him on the size and got me a 18. It could’ve been a disaster but everything ended well!
