Well this place is absolutely over the top fantastic!! In addition to the staff being very efficient professional and friendly all-in-one, the piercer is unbelievable I have had 5 piercings recently and each one has been very successful and painless and easy to heal I dont know how she does it but wow so treat yourself! Every single time I’ve been in this store everyone has been SO nice. Arguably, this may be the kindest store in the whole building. They ask you the right questions and definitely know what they’re doing. Brittney is amazing at what she does and she was even able to recommend future piercings for me based off the general look I told her I was looking for. Very upset went to visit the store for the 1st time when we arrived we was told only one person could enter me being a mother standing there with 3 kids can not leave my children outside telling the workers that. the store the people working there had no consideration for a parents shopping with kids because a single male was able to enter befor me this store must be for single people with no kids Ill buy else where thanks

Went there to get my helix and 2nd lobes done. it was nice, employees were nice and helpful and i had no problem with anything. they gave good advice on what to do with my piercings and how to prevent it from getting it infected or what to do if it does get infected.

Nice and polite employees the piercing person really professional and kind she took the time to explain and answer my daughters questions and calm her down.

About two years ago I got my septum pierced here by Brittany, the unicorn piercer. I got all four of my previous piercings elsewhere, and they’re all crooked and prone to swelling. The septum piercing Brittany did, however, came out absolutely perfect. She put me at ease during the process, carefully assessed the anatomy of my nose to make sure the piercing would come out as straight as possible, gave me instructions to help me hold still and remain calm, and gave me a clear, easy to understand explanation of aftercare. I will absolutely return to Body Jewlz for the exemplary tradesmanship and customer service next time I’m in the area.On a more serious note, I have a lot of friends in personal care industries, and one thing I keep hearing over and over again is a complete lack of compassion and cooperation from customers for the hard working piercers, tattoo artists, hair stylists, nail artists, etc providing them an elective service during a global pandemic.If you perceive a personal care worker is being rude to you, you might want to stop for two seconds and ask yourself, “Did I follow shop protocol? Did I do anything that might jeopardize the health or safety of the person providing me a service? Did I, perhaps, come in hot on someone just trying to get through their day during an unprecedentedly stressful time for literally everyone?”Anyway, this shop and its staff rules, 10/10 would come again

Ive been here to pick up tunnels/plugs twice now. The 2 ladies working the front (can’t recall there names atm) have been nothing but helpful and patient, and have an amazing selection of body jewelry. I will definitely continue to shop here .

I had very bad customer service they were very rude to me except for 1 guy that was working there i acted very calmly and patiently and asked the manager are they usually rude and she replied with today in particular like it doesnt matter im your customer theyre ways to talk to people i know the whole covid isnt easy on the employees but no matter what they are always suppose to act professionally. I had no issue w the ear piercing i got done there but i would not recommend nor ever go back there because of the way i got treated very rudely and unprofessionally

Most artist seemed to know what theyre talking about, but the person that did my navel piercing put it a bit too high and its slightly crooked. I will probably get it repierced elsewhere.

Quick and easy industrial piercing not as bad as I thought would definitely return for other piercings. I recommend getting their cleaning spray and ask for care instructions if they are not given to you.

I went today and was absolutely satisfied! Very clean, definitely by the book! ( VERY GOOD THING) They even gave me a snack because I had not eaten and they wanted to make sure my blood sugar was up. My piercer was freaking amazing I’m not sure her name but she was as colorful as a unicorn ( even looked like one 😊 I definitely would recommend coming here everyone was friendly and very helpful.

I got three piercings done together. The lady was so sweet and was so patient. The front staff was amazing and so supportive. All of the staff and the piercer herself have a lot of piercing done on their faces which gave an idea of how they would look. They showed that they cared. Definitely recommend 10/10

Awesome experience! the person with bright yellow/green highlights was SUPER helpful, and explained to me the size and type of jewelry that would be best for my piercing, even though I didnt buy anything there! Definitely a good place to talk to someone knowledgeable about jewelry and piercings. Also TONS of jewelry options, and they offer to change out your jewelry for you (which can be really difficult, especially for new piercings!)

Got my septum done here in September. Was skeptical about a piercing shop in a mall but they were amazing. Great prices, great jewelry, the girl at the desk was able to determine my labret size by looking at it. Absolutely would go here again.

One of my worst experiences, I was yelled at and accused of stealing. I gave a two star rating out of kindness as there was a helpful associate & they have good prices. However, I am still very displeased. After viewing some ($5) piercings, the associate helping me took a couple back with him to help another individual. While standing and waiting another associate, a woman, began to yell and tell me she knows I stole the missing piercings, stating she can view it on camera. After me expressing she should view the cameras and her coworker was the one to take the piercings, she proceeded to call security on me who searched me in the store. After they found nothing she continued to plead I had taken them, it took her coworker to arrive back and say he had them to clear the air.

They were very nice to my daughter always. We will be coming back for more jewelry.

I purchase all my body jewelry here and have been for over a year. Today I purchased jewelry had it sized and was sold the wrong size. I called back and they advised me this wasn’t their issue and they hung up in my face. I won’t be giving them any more of my business. Poor customer service is such a turn off.

From nose, tongue, ear and other body parts. From basic surgical steel to crazy florescent colors and more in between. They even have some items in titanium.All the employees have been super helpful and cool. They have plenty of peicrcings themselves which help out to if you wanna see what it looks like and even help on certain pieces that can fit in certain types of spots.Then they have piercers on hand too. They all are certified and trained. They have done a great job on both of my wifes piercings and daughters piercings.
