Went in for one thing and came out with about 10, mission accomplished. Clean, well inventoried and plenty of staff ready to help. Didnt find the Lefty ODouls Margarita Mix we wanted (sure they would have ordered it) but enjoyed 45 minutes of candy-store shopping aisle by aisle.

This store more often than not has what we are shopping for. If we cant find it they tell us when it will be in stock, or suggest an equivalent product. The prices are better than most other stores especially when you buy the specials on their online site!

Horrible customer service. I went at night and one of the workers said “I need to check all of your little friends including you, your ID”, we were all over 21 and she was so rude about it so we left since she wanted to check everyone who were in the car that was with me. I also went during the day after school and they were rude as well about checking everyone’s ID, I understand it’s protocol but you don’t have to be so rude about it.You don’t have to give everyone attitude if you don’t like to work there.

Only this place has a wide variety of affordable drinks to choose from. They also sell craft beers, pastries, and macaroons. They have the most friendly and accommodating staff than any other wine shop in the city.

Good heavens, amazing selection. I bought an 8 year old single malt for $20!!! Cant wait to try it. (Edited to add: peaty, smooth, completely acceptable!) Also got a 12 year old Glenfiddich for $35. Endless selection of beer and wine and spirits in all price ranges, but Im cheap so Im attracted to the bargains. Ill be back!

Have you walked in a store over the last 10 years and wondered where the staff are? Thinking to yourself, Cant imagine how they stay in business!? Total Wine & More is the furthest from this! These folks love what they do and it shows. They actually arent afraid to connect with you...in person and show you around. Its like a big box store with endless merch but with a boutique shop atmosphere. Take your time, look around even...oh my...ask someone a question.

I love this place. Tried going to BevMo at first they are rude overpriced and dont have nearly the selection. I Total wine I got the opposite experience everyone was polite everything was well priced and an enormous selection of everything I wanted. Came home with shock top lagunitas Bird dog whiskey some very interesting shooters and some totally cool drinking swag. Its like a candy store for adults! Thank you so much to the people at Total wine Arden! You guys are the best.

Selection is huge. Staff is friendly but could be more knowledgeable. I would have rated 5 star but when I asked for a special edition Jonny Walker advertised in their web site the employee did not know what I was asking for, I showed him on the phone and he looked at the shelf and said we dont have it. I would expect him to check the back or see if more would come soon.

Ok. Placed an online order and did not realize it would take up to 24 hours for them to pull it and then tell me its ready for pickup. Went in a few hours later and the manager canceled my order, gave me a printout, and had an associate help me get my stuff. This great service led to 2 additional purchases.

Went shopping for a gift for a go way gift. Didnt really like how the associates dont ask you if you needed help. Had to walk up and ask for help myself. Didnt feel like the associates like there job. They were rushed to tell you what the wine is about and recommends it then leave. I was a bit taken and left the store.

Its like a BevMo in that its quite large. Theyve got nearly anything you might want.As of 3/12/21 in store shopping is allowed, but they also deliver as well as having curbside pickup. Curbside is free, and delivery is pretty cheap.I dont think you can see the store easily from Arden, so watch for the signs.

Visiting my son in Sacramento And need to make some Sangria..staff were awesome and very helpful I spend 160.00 ..Way better than BevMo any day!

Great customer service and pricing is comparable to BevMo. I feel like though they have more of a selection over BevMo. Only down fall was the buyer sends different product to different stores. What I mean is I was looking for a specific product, but they didnt carry it at this location. They only carried at the Folsom location. My only suggestion is look up what you want before you go to see which location carries it.

Kenneth helped my wife and I, He was very pleasant with great customer service he took his time, and showed us where to find the wine. That had very difficult names to pronounce. He was kind and he took his time to answer our questions. The selection of wind is incredible and I will shop here anytime thank you Kenneth.
