I recently made my second purchase from L-Furniture and couldn’t be happier. This solid wood furniture is stronger and lighter than particle board and no nasty off gases. I assembled easily and relatively quickly. I will likely order more furniture in the near future from them as well.

I needed a sectional sofa bed quickly that was good quality and priced competitively but also made in Canada. I found exactly what I needed. It was delivered on time and very professionally. The only issue is that I believe that the delivery costs were out of line.

Had previously purchased a sectional from L and were completely happy with the great service and knowledgeable sales staff and quality of materials used. On this most recent purchase, it was for a new King size bed set. Once again L came through with the great product knowledge and directing us to which mattress would be best suited for our sleeping preferences! Our bed set was also in-stock and could be delivered within 3 hours of purchasing which was unexpected but totally welcomed! Only reason for a 4/5 star, not a 5/5 was that the delivery only had 1 person and I had to assist the driver with the king-size mattress from the truck through the backyard and down into the suite. I had paid the $50 local delivery charge and didnt think I would have been needed to move the mattress upon delivery as usually here are 2 workers to do this.

Wonderful experience from the showroom to delivery & set up. The showroom has a lot of choice and after welcoming me & asking if I needed help I was left to browse the excellent selection of furniture. When I requested assistance I was amazed at the choices I could select for my bedroom furniture. I selected drawer fronts, handles, styles & colours. Delivery guys were fast & checked I was happy with my purchase & the furniture placement before they left. I am delighted with my choice. The price was highly competitive.

This place is super customer service friendly.....when purchasing. I ordered a sectional with soft cushions. A couple months in, the fabric stretched enough to cause puckering. The owner advised it could be pulled back into shape but it would mean returning the cushions & waiting a few weeks (he mentioned Covid but...?). I was also advised that the soft cushions did not suit well to that particular fabric, yet when I was making my decision to buy, he advised he had the same fabric in his home so why did he not warn me about the unsuitability? Anyway I declined to return the cushions as I could not be without a couch. Later on I realized that the chaise part of it was a bit narrower than most which was disappointing. I also experienced the chaise cushion sliding out of place (not attached). Overall they fulfilled their part of the deal I guess and I am just out of luck for my poor choices. I write this mainly because I just want to give honest feedback to other customers. I read reviews all the time and in hindsight I should have asked myself what furniture company has all very positive reviews & looked into it further. I’ll try to sell it and go elsewhere.

Chris and Mark are amazing. We purchased a new home and needed all new furniture. The majority of it was from L Furniture. I love the fact that it is all Canadian made. Everything arrived on time and no damages or issues. Right down to their delivery crew they entire experience was A+. We love everything and totally enjoyed working with Chris and Mark. I wish I could give them 5 star. We bought 6 mattress and sectional and were planning on furnishing our whole house from here. We were not told once you buy a mattress there is no exchange or return. we all had sore bodies after 5 days on these matters and I am buying new mattress for 6 bedrooms elsewhere. Super nice guys however I would have liked to have that info and to be clear I didnt ask at the time of purchase about the comfort guarantee

Literally felt relieved to find their BC made bedroom furniture, at the reasonable price they were asking. We got to choose the stain and hardware, and the dresser was ready on time and as promised. These guys are the best! The customer service is second to none. We purchased a custom hide-a-bed and they were even able to tell us which fabrics were less likely to get caught on our cats claws. Weve since gone back to purchase custom bedside tables. The quality and prices are far superior to chain furniture stores. This will be our first stop for any furniture purchases in the future. We were shown different styles of furniture, an àrray of colours and patterns, tested levels of firmness, informed of which items were made in Canada, and left to examine more closely on our own. A representative was always available for any questions we may have. Our purchase was ready for delivery in a timely manner. Our delivery was done by polite, efficient movers. We have a couple of changes to be made to our furniture, which will be resolved once the store is reopened in the near future. We are confident they are an honourable team and will complete the tasks soon. Overall, our experience has been excellent and we have only told our friends about L Store, because we havent been able to show anyone while we are still all isolating.

I love the extra firm cushion couch. The first time we came in they told us that all of the couches made in Canada were customize-able. At the time was not really sure what to make of that, but they showed us their options. In the end we got exactly what we were looking for (They did not have lime green, but the midnight blue is beautiful and probably for the best). I found the price very reasonable, and Im very happy with the quality.

We customize and bought a sectional sofa/chaise from L Furniture over 3 years ago. We were so happy with the sales service, and the product and ranted and raved about them to anyone who entered our home and commented on our sofa (which was everyone!). 3 year later, after being sat on, jumped on, turned into countless couch forts, and generally being abused by our two young toddlers/preschoolers and two cats, the sofa was still in such great shape that the people who put in an offer on our home, made including the sofa in the sale a condition.We returned to L Furniture (3 years later, the name is a little different and their showroom is much larger) and were greeted by the same incredibly friendly and helpful sales associate. Were so excited to customize and purchase our second sofa from them - the price, made-in-BC-quality and service simply cant be beat in Kelowna.

We have had a terrific experience with L Furniture. We purchased a frame back in March, and over the months the legs started to slide outwards and bend on it (full disclosure we bought the cheapest one, and this is likely an anomaly with the frame). We reached out to find out what our options where and we were told to bring it back and exchange it for a new one. We ended up upgrading to a base with USB plugs, but I have to say that the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Great customer service, not at all pushy with sales, and they take the time to listen to your needs. We will absolutely be going back there when we need another piece!
