I called and spoke to Madisen before my visit to the showroom. Shes very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She first checked to see how much I could finance which saves a lot of time.Then she showed me quite a few different mattresses. Madisen was very patient as I tried out several different mattresses and I ended up going back to the first one I tried.The mattress, box springs and adjustable frame were delivered within a couple of days. The 2 nice men who delivered everything to my 5th floor apartment were very efficient and my old bed was hauled away as well.
