My visit with Lashaun was pleasant. She explained the process before she started since it was my first ever wax and she made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable of the services and products and that was a plus. I will definitely be booking with her again.

I had my first ever wax today! It was so easy to use the contactless check, answered a few questions and I was checked. The front office was very welcoming and answered most of my questions before I was taken into the room. My wax specialist, Alexandra, was very professional, but calming. she took the time to answer all my remaining questions about services and products. I was so pleased with my experience, I scheduled my next appointment before leaving.

So I have her scheduled my appointment for Thursday and then they texted me and told me that the person who I scheduled the appointment with didnt show up to work so my appointment was canceled I then rescheduled for Friday which was today and the last available slot after I got off for 730 so I booked that appointment I got there about 715 and didnt even get seen until almost 745 I dont remember the girls name but I will definitely call and ask she just seemed really bothered and sounded like she was ready to be off of work she definitely had a sense of urgency to get my wax done and get me out of the door I know its completely a discretion to asked to add an additional wax I didnt realize that a full face wax didnt come with the back of the neck until I read the description when I got to the wax place so I asked waxer if she had enough time would she mind doing that and adding it onto my service and at first she said yeah thats not a problem and then when it was almost 8 oclock she said we only have three minutes left of your service so you can go ahead Book an appointment for the back of your neck barely talk to me the entire time she watched me the interaction was extremely awkward I will not be returning but the receptionist was really sweet and helpful I believe her name was Sonya.

Lashawn is best. I will always see her.

This was my first time here and it was AMAZING. Kristen, Kristen, Kristen was awesome. She was thorough and she hooookkeed it uuuupppp! She explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. She does a great job. She is easy going and very friendly. She is my go to girl. Thank you Kristen. See you in 4 weeks.

Love it, glad they offer passes so I can receive my services all year long and not worry about payment. Even when Im tight on cash, still can feel and look my best.

I made an appointment with a specific person, when I got there, the receptionist told me it would be about five minutes. She did not metion that the person who I made an appointment with did not come into work. So, when I take my daughter back in to get the services, the person who addresses us is not the one who I made an appointment with. I said your not the person who i made the appointment with and she correct, that person did not come in today. I said why didnt the receptionist let me know and I could have decided before waiting five minutes if I wanted a different person to perform the services. Businesses always want notice of cancelations. So, when something changes on their end and Im paying my money, I want to be notified as well. Common Courtesy!

Was very loyal to them until my most recent appointment. Almost every appointment the wax specialist runs late which I’m not mad about at all because I sometimes run 1-5 min late, no big deal. The ONE day I hit every red light that made me pull up exactly at 8 min late and walked in 9 min late the woman at the front claims it’s over the 9 minute mark and they can’t see me. Wax specialist sat in her room as I sat in the lobby the entire time the next guest was 8 minutes late. It’s so ridiculous and makes me pretty upset considering there was still enough time (over 20 minutes) and I have spent well over $1K for my packages purchased to experience this. I won’t be back to this location because when you’re late it’s a big deal but when they’re late it’s not.

Summer Sky is the best waxed. I got to her for my full bikini and shes just the best! She has a full on conversation with you so it makes the process easier and less awkward. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Brazilian. The front staff is always really professional and friendly.

I just got my first ever Brazilian and not only was Caitlyn competent but she made sure to give me after care instructions and was super quick and way less painful than I thought possible. Plus the girls at the front desk were just awesome, totally going to keep this body routine!

I found this salon right after I moved here from Arizona. I knew if I found an Veda salon, Id be sure to get taken care of. Salish Campos is my new stylist for life. On my first appointment, she listened to what I had to say and really made me feel confident that I was going to walk out feeling like a model. And I did. She has an eye for color that is beyond compare. She has a way of making me feel comfortable and cared for. I would recommend her to anyone! There isnt a thing she cant do!

My first experience with hard waxing, and I really liked it. The staff is very professional, the facility is very nice and quite clean. My full face wax was super quick and well done. Im sorry, Benefit, but you have been replaced!

The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. Today was my first underarm wax ever and first time being into a EWC in general. Will be returning again again to see Lashawn! She was fantastic and gave me tons of tips and info that I had not known going into this.

I got my first brazilian wax today. Ive wanted to do it for years, but was really scared.Pain was no worse than getting my eyebrows waxed and stopped almost instantly. The entire process took about 20 min. Everything was clean. Skye was my specialist. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Wish I had tried this sooner!

Great location , just a really bad service from the light skinned Black chick at the front Desk . Before I was given any attention she was taking a personal call on the company phone and just look unhappy to be there. This location seems really drama orientated like a messy nail salon or something. Im very disappointed 😔 with my visit here I just left with two others ladies that felt the same way .

NO PACKAGE UPGRADE AFTER 3RD PASS HAS BEEN USEDNO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYSCOMPANY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITHThe staff has poor communication and do not know the rules and regulations when it comes to selling their wax passes. I purchased a 12 visit pass for a Brazilian and underarm wax and paid a bit over $500, after the first visit I requested to upgrade my package and I was told I could upgrade to a unlimited pass for only $160 more but for that they needed the managers approval. A few weeks went by and I never heard from the manager. I used my second pass and once again requested to upgrade and same story manager wasnt in so I was told they were going to leave a message and I never heard back from her. Third visit I requested to upgrade and they told me the same story. Finally a few days after I called the wax center and I was told by one of the receptionist that unfortunately since I had used my third pass I wasnt able to upgrade anymore. I contacted corporate and the regional manager and they offered me a free extra visit to make up for all this mess. Later I hear from the wax center manager Brandi and she tells me she was very sorry and she could definitely upgrade my pass. She said she was sorry I was given the wrong info. I was told I could upgrade both for only $233 dollars. At first I accepted but later that day when I sat down to look up their prizes and compared them I felt like they took advantage. I called the next day to request a refund and the receptionist sounded a bit annoyed which made me feel even worse since my only intention was to upgrade and pay for the service not try to get services for free. She told me they would refund the money I paid for the upgrade but unfortunately they were going to take away the free extra visit since it was an order straight from corporate. I was very upset and sent a message to corporate to get a full refund but unfortunately they havent been able to help me. I refuse to go back there and be treated like Im asking for a free service.

Ive been getting bikini waxes for years and this was the first time, ive been asked to undress while the waxer sits there watching. I was a little uncomfortable with that. The wax itself wasnt bad. It just all so rushed. If youre a first time this shouldnt be your first experience, but in a bind it will get you through.

Very expansive. After charging me over $125 to wax my back they are asking about a tip for the wax tech! Can get the same service for $50!!!
