I have been to this store twice now, and I will be a returning customer for life. I am just hoping that the plumbing issues I have had are not a forever thing! Both times, I have been amazed at the level of expertise and true commitment to the craft the staff have here. What may be a simple job for them begins as a difficult challenge for me. This is a great store. They accommodated me WAY more than a different big plumbing store. The other store wouldnt give me the time of day to assist with my problem so I figured my money would be of value somewhere else. Brothers plumbing helped me avoid replacing a less than one year old $1200 60 vanity. THANK YOU!! You just earned a customer for life:)

Ive been coming here since I was 19,when I first started doing plumbing,for hard to find stems for shower valves for at least 25 years.Ive thrown every type of hard to find part at them over the years and I cant ever remember them not being able to find it. I like it because I just bring them the part and they simply go get it for me, no searching for parts. If they dont have the part they can simply order it. To top it off they are nice guys. I still want a brothers plumbing t shirt, however.

We own a 1948 house and most times have to find a unique solution to a plumbing problem. Brothers always has an answer to my plumbing issues.

Called this place to see if they have any wall mounted toilets. The gentleman said they have one by Gerber. I asked if he could get the model number so I could look it up on google before I drive 30 min and he said no, its in the warehouse. Horrible customer service.

Tried three other places, Ace Hardware told me to try Brothers Plumbing. Walked in and as I started to explain what I needed, guy pulled it out from under the counter and said this is what you need. Said he gets so many people needing them that he keeps a supply at the counter. it is a part for a 30 year old faucet. Took it home, installed it, faucet works great.

I have a Gerberit (annoying) toilet system which came with the home. Finding parts for this European system has been a nightmare. When I contacted Geberit, I swear I was speaking with a car salesman. They kept telling me my system is so out of date (2005) and I need to order a new one as mine has no parts. WILL!! Will with Brothers solved all my issues. He brought me to the counter, surfed through some catalogs, found the parts I needed, ordered them, and walked me though the installation because all the instructions are in German. I tell ya, if Brothers EVER lost this employee, they would be out of business. I highly recommend this place, and I really appreciate their services. Cheers.

I know absolutely nothing about plumbing and went in to pick up supplies needed to remodel a bathroom. Having a list I spoke with the counter staff who took me under their wings and guided me through the parts I wanted versus the parts that I truly needed. Everything purchased went in as explained and without problems, all the advise was as though they were in my house with me. Thank you Brothers Plumbing!! I will definitely be back for the next job!!

Needed to replace toilet water supply line. Brought in the old parts and they immediately took us to the area, grabbed the parts, and checked to make sure they would fit. They fit perfectly and we were able to replace them quickly! Great help!

Went in for a faucet, and ended up adding some towel bars. cool place, really helpful guy made sure we had all the stuff to install and even walked me thru it.

Excellent Customer Service. My Garbage Disposal stopped working and they helped me with identifying the problem, get me a new one and gave specific instructions on how to replace it.I was able to do it with confidence. My trip to them easily saved me $150.

I think I just met a magical being.I spent two days going to various other stores looking for a replacement valve for a kitchen faucet. I was about to give up and just buy a whole new faucet when I met the valve whisperer.There I am, waiting in line at Brothers, when up walks the valve whisperer... they gazed at me sagely over the thick rims of their bulging eyeglasses and croaked knowingly... What can I help you find. I show them the part that had befuddled armies of Sacramento area hardware associates... they mutter something about you dont see these very often any more, do you?, and lead me to a wall of about ten thousand almost indistinguishably similar parts... then immediately grab the correct match and hand it to me... no consulting a giant tome of plumbing... no googling... just up and grab it for me like they knew I was coming. Utter beauty.Im still riding that high.

If you cant find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot, come here for all your plumbing needs.I came right in and showed them what valves I had that needed replacing and they knew exactly what the part was.I was in and out within 10-15 mins.Easy and good customer service

Greatest customer service I have ever received! Benny at Home Depot on Folsom Blvd sent me here because the part was so old and HD didnt carry it. I walked in and showed the gentlemen the part I needed for my bath and he knew exactly what it was! I was in and out in less than 5 mins!

Went to Brothers in need of a high end faucet part, initially they were helpful and I had brought a part with me to identify. The faucets were over ten years old and were unmarked with a brand. After going though a catalog we found the part.Being an experienced remodeler I asked for the contractor price, they charged full retail for the items I bit the bullet and paid for the items because I had to make the repair and didnt have time to shop around more. After they ordered the parts I googled the parts maker and found out they were made in Italy but marketed in the U.S by a different company. I went to their web page an found out they offered a lifetime warranty on their faucets. (ROHL, great folks). called them and they fedexed me the parts for free.Brothers called me and left a voice mail that the parts were in. I went down and explained I did not need the parts and offered to pay a restocking charge.I presented it as hey I didnt know what brand they were or the makers policy on free parts, you guys couldnt identify the parts either until we looked it up, honest mistake Im just a consumer, you guys are plumbers and you didnt even know.I even offered to accept a store credit for some future plumbing needs. The owner said you own them. He said they would not do a refund or store credit or anything.They never said they were non refundable parts, did not have any signs that say no refunds , and they didnt put anything on my order or receipt that says nor refunds,Buyer beware when doing business with these guys. Theyve lost this customer.
