Politely asked the guy working the counter to cover his mouth and nose with mask while helping me. He refused saying he doesnt have to do that. Theres a sign on the door advising customers of mask wear policy. He said his name was Thomas and he was the manager. I found out later this was not true. This individual could care less about others safety during a pandemic...so sad.

Ive been coming to this napa for years and the staff is always very helpful and have given great tips when it comes to car repairs and random fixes.

This is by far the best Napa in the Sacramento area! They are so helpful, polite, and eager to help you even if you dont know anything about cars they go above and beyond to help you. Also, the return process is extremely easy and hassle-free. Just awesome!!!

For being one of the biggest parts businesses in northern California, their counter help is badly lacking. Standing in line for 20 min is an average with only one or two counter personnel. Managment needs to evaluate and adjust their maning.

Its 7/7/2021 -- lines out the door, understaffed, employees not wanting to work, claims alternator machine is not workingI usually enjoy coming here and support but the lines have been out the door and waiting to get to the front desk has been over 45 minutesI get to the front and the staff is overwhelmed with phone calls and helping customers, claims the alternator machine hasnt been working for weeks and denies to test my alternatorSomethings gotta change. New store manager or manager who can schedule employees for consumer needs

My experience with this location has always been the best. No matter who helps me at the counter, I have been treated like a real valued customer. When I order my parts online to pick up at the store they are always ready when stated at the time of my order. Napa Auto parts company is a very trustworthy business who has great knowledgeable customer service oriented staff. I also appreciate that they are located close to my house. Five stars all day every day!

Went there to pick up online order - not good1. Ordered item was told would be ready in 30 min 2 hours later got a call saying my order would not be ready for 2 to 3 days 😒2. On the day I went to pick up there were multiple employees and only one customer besides myself. Only one employee was helping customers he was good but I had to wait 10 to 15 min just to pick up an online order

Great customer service even price matched online but on a Saturday I believe they should have more counter people helping customers to get parts and, them out as quick possible. But overall great experience.

I bought windshield wipers here and had a very hard time getting them off looking like an incompetent in the parking lot when one of the warehouse order pullers Leo not only removed them he then installed the new ones and absolutely refused my tip saying that as long as I was safe everything was good. Absolutely 100% satisfied and a lifelong customer for sure. Thank you very much Leo :-)

This is pretty much my GO TO place for all my auto needs. Ive had an experience where the prices on my online order did not show correctly when I picked it up in the store. I had to go through hours and countless phone calls for customer service to finally correct it, but in the end it apparently was a computer glitch and they honored the online prices and gave me a price adjustment. The store on Northgate in Sacramento has excellent customer service and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store.

Went in to price check a fPower steering unit & hoses.. I was helped almost immediately. Service person was awesome. He looked up the items. Tried to help me ID the specific hose I needed. He was polite, professional and very helpful. Its great to be able to ask questions and get answers! Thank you NAPA!

The staff member I had was very helpful, but half of the staff members were not wearing face coverings as mandated by law. I even saw one staff member tell customers they did not have to wear face coverings and encouraged them to take their masks off.

Theyre always here to help a little backed up at times but they try to help you the best I can get you the lowest prices

I made my first delivery there in 25 years. The receiving clerk is a man named Manny, hes been there the whole time. He got me in and out in less than a half-hour. Thats worth 4 stars right there.

Is face mask not required here anymore? Came in to pick up some parts and noticed the person in front of me didnt have a mask and still got service from the worker. Also while waiting in line 2 other customers came in without a face mask and nobody said anything

Solid auto parts store. If you’re browsing for a part that you don’t see on the main shelf make sure to ask thr check out counter. They were able to pull parts for my car from their warehouse. Awesome customer service!

I stopped by on a Saturday to buy a replacement fuse having no idea that the entire store was on sale. There were a ton of people and I almost walked out but I was greeted immediately and shown exactly what I needed. After making my purchase I walked out to my car and decided to try and swap out the fuse in the parking lot. This was more difficult than I expected so I asked a man chatting nearby if he knew how to do this. He came right over, took a look, and told me I had the incorrect size. He then walked back in the store with me, went behind the counter and told an associate what needed to be corrected and what piece to refund me. I asked the associate who the manager was so that I could tell him about the wonderful customer service he had provided me and was told that man was in fact the owner of the store. He then returned minutes later, walked back out to my car with me and proceeded to switch out the fuse. This is not the closest auto part store to my house but it is the only one I will go to.

2018 - 5 Stars - Since the newest remodel, service is very quick. Ordered online for pickup and was in and out in less than five minutes. When they had the two-point checkout system, you had to set aside at least 15 minutes--but I spent an hour waiting for checkout on a bad day then... The remodel was a very good decision.2019 - 2 Stars - Im not sure when it changed, but you can no longer buy parts to pick up in store--you can only reserve them to be paid for upon pickup. Recently I placed an order on a Sunday then was notified of my parts arriving in store on Thursday. I couldnt get in until Saturday at which point I was told, If you do not pick up your parts immediately, we start selling them to other customers who come in. We cannot guarantee your parts will be here for 72 hours. Not an exact quote, but I feel Im being accurate. I needed to fix my ABS and brakes on the front end and no longer could because they gave my parts away. If I cannot trust that my parts will be reserved when I have to special order them, I can no longer trust this store.

Never ever buy napa batteries!!! They last only six months. Manager is rude!They took my batteries back recharged all 4 of them, I came back next day, they check again with their scanner and all 4 of them was asking for recharge again. I was asking for my money back they said that they can exchange for new ones. But I dont need their new batteries I dont want to waste my time again in six monthsGood batteries last minimum 2 years!

I like to frequent the smaller Auto Parts Stores but whenever I need something specific Napa is usually where I end up. The associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable which is a huge plus. Even the few times they didnt have exactly what I was looking for the trip was still worth it because of the shared knowledge and advice. Surprisingly reasonably priced as well.

Awesome store. Went in to get a new battery but didn’t have the tools to change it. Not only did they let me use their tools, the employee helped me changed the battery. Was a great experience and I’m happy to have such a friendly place in my time of need.

Well I work here I know the the service is good. And I think the prices are fair not too expensive but a good price. And they usually have everything u need. At times u may have to do a special order if u have a much older car but other than that very good place.

You know what..I love this place. They may not have EVERYTHING I need at once, if I dont call it in beforehand, but theyll get it ASAP and hold it for me. I make purchases from mainly both Sacramento AND Woodlands stores all the time, and Im never disappointed, regardless of which particular one I walk into. Staff really knows their stuff, cares about your satisfaction, recommends parts for future reference (depending on your project), and has decent or fair prices. Good old-fashioned proper service. Theres a certain standard they seem to have, mixing friendly service, and at least general knowledge and/or common sense into one, and it works. I like the fact that if they dont know the answer to something, theyll find it. I dont sign up for many memberships or rewards programs, but I like to buy from these folks enough to actually do so. Theres always an older staff I can talk to about restoration and they know their way around a carbed V8, and I love it. Never got that kind of knowledge anywhere else besides a vintage shop or something. Ive been a very frequent customer for a few years, and I think Ill keep it that way for quite a few more!

Locked doors at 5:45 when sign on door says open to 6. Horrible business practices. Ill Never shop here again. This was Friday April 10 2020. An employee told me they were closed through the glass. When I mentioned the sign says open till 6 he ignores me and walked away.
