We received a quote from Scott at Toyotas Elk Grove Collision Center off Florin Road. He was extremely nice, very efficient, and great to work with. We drove a bit far for this quote and it was well worth it. Thank yo Scott.

I finally got my car back after 3 weeks. I didn’t notice until I got home but the shop put 58 additional miles on my Supra which I felt was unnecessary. I get that it had to go out and get recalibrated which adds to the mileage but not 58. I feel because my car was a Supra some of those were joy ride miles. My car was also left with no gas and I barely made it to the nearest gas station. I cannot trust this body shop for my future repairs needs.

They took my car on 8/17/20 and on 8/21/20; I went to the shop to get the estimate for paperwork for the insurance company and in 5 days they still have my car park at the same place. I try to take my car then but they promised I wont have to pay the car rental while they fix my car. Yesterday they call me to pick up my car and when I check it, they have not painted the front. I have to leave my car again, the problem that they give the paperwork to sign before I seen my car. At the end, they keep my car but they refuse to give me new paperwork indicating that they were keeping my car longer. Also, they first give me an estimate of $1,100.00 and yesterday the papers they make sign said they are charging the insurance $4,999.00. On top of that, when I left my car the miles were 56815 and yesterday were 56650. Somebody needs to do something about that shop! I feel that they took advantage of me because I am a woman and my accent; they think they can get away with it.

ROBERT R. IS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF MY CAR AND HE’S DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO UPDATE CUSTOMERS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY CAR ON JUNE 2ND BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR E-MAIL AND IT’S JUNE 7TH NOW. HAD TO CALL HIM ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ARE DELAYING MY PICK UP DATE EVEN MORE. THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO KEEP PROMISE DATES, AND TO UPDATE CUSTOMERS FOR DELAYS. I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE REVIEWS HERE.

I took my 2018 Camry that was involved in a car accident on barely reaching 15k miles in June 2019. I decided to use Toyota as repair to keep the original warranty intact. First hand experience, the repair time was long. Having no choice, I was patient. Picking up my car in August, I instantly noticed added miles. Addressing them, they said that are highly computerized and it needs to taken to the dealership in Elk Grove. Next, the sounds coming from the front passenger winder (site of repair). Initially, when I brought it up, I was asked to bring in car and they disregarded the nose saying they didnt hear the sound. The sound was very clear and it bothered me. Taking it back there, Adam Pennington (Manager) looked into the issue and found that a screw was left out on the body and guard which was catching the wind. I had multiple issues, that I went back for. Which were still not fixed to satisfaction. Leaving my car behind, was highly inconvenience given I was working and in school full time. I had also bought mirror coating with car the purchase and they didnt apply that when they did the paint repair until brought to their attention, again my car was needed to be left behind for 2 days. Passenger front window was left with a residue from a protective cover placed over it during repair. Since it wasnt a huge issue I let it be. Recently, I noticed lines on the windows and patches on my hood. I had found fallen screws from under my steering wheel which was put back in place during regular maintenance. Recently, I have encountered an issue where the Bottom of the shield was caught on a concrete in a parking lot. I had to unscrew it off after backing up attempt failed. (This was unbelievable)!! Multiple screws where not in either fallen off or ..... I took it to the same repair as it was nearest to me...Adam looked at it and said he would put it at no cost and that this is a common use with the new Camrys. When I asked him, by any chance if this was repaired by them last year as I found screws that werent screwed in properly. He immediately got defensive accusing me of running over the concrete and making it his fault. (I attached a pic of the shield and its barely 2 in front). I explained to him that I wanted to be sure because I know what I saw removing the guard. I explained to him, I didnt run over the concrete. He smartly lifts the front of my car and showing me how this could have been simply avoided. LIFTED MY CAR!! I am 110lbs! I told him I was cornered as a sensor came on in my car...he outright told me there could be millions of reasons. I asked if this has a cosmetic or technical function for my car...he said he didnt know what purpose they serve. Now I am questioning he repair my car went through. I have contacted the headquarters to share my recent experience. I was just getting ready to pass my car down to my daughter and buy a new Toyota from Elk Grove but this service has given me second thoughts. My previous Toyotas was from Maita and I never has an issue with customer service. Toyota is definitely a great car but I am not sure what to say regarding this location but so far one star for auto repair shop!

OMGOSH! I had the BEST experience with this team! A young man passed out and hit my parked car. His insurance was great to work with but Rich Will and the girls at the front desk were awesome! A 1 week job took 3 due to an unforeseen damaged part when they took the bumper off but Rich kept me up-to-date and everytime I called was given an update so I could extend my rental car. I highly recommend this repair shop! Ask for Rich, you will love him and my car is beautiful again!

4 stars only due to the poor front desk ladies attitude and lack of experience in talking to clients . Other than that the work was done on time and back to perfection. Businesses need to focus on the front person such as phone operators or receptionists as they are the front for the business. A lousy approach can leave one with less than desirable experience in fact the rest of the show was flawless.

Ive been dealing with this shop for years, never had an issue. Any car accidents that happen in my family and friends circle I refer them to Toyota body shop. They dont cut corners and keep me informed every step of the way. My cars have always come back good as new.

They are suck! Cost over $8000 to fix my car. My air condition still not working. Still leaking freon. They make me come back and come back again every summer. Still not find out where it leak. If you guys have a car need to fix ,I do not recommend come to this body shop.

Very poor customer service from Curtis Cook. The Toyota body shop replaced our bumper, the next day I noticed it was not screwed on securely under each headlight and the bumper was protruding out from the car slightly on both sides. I brought the car back to get it fixed again and Mr. Cook tells me its MY fault that the bumper was not secure and that I had hit something. Instead of owning up to the slight flaw in the repair, he blamed me.I had NOT been impressed with his customer service from the get go, but this interaction was truly disappointing and aggravating.In my opinion, I felt he had been rude and belittling towards me because Im young mother there with my 4year old daughter, easy target to push around, possibly?Would NOT recommend this repair shop to any of my friends or family.

Just called the shop for an estimate to replace a passenger mirror. The service was bad. The receptionist and the estimate department do even care if they are willing to help and earn my business. I called for a quote on a broken side mirror but nothing else. The shop insisted to have the car in in order to provide service.

Had some work done here because of a minor fender bender. My rim was scraped but told them not to worry about it, I plasti dipped them and could fix it myself, they still painted over it and that made it extremely difficult to remove the plasti dip. They also couldnt paint match one side to the other, so now one side is a slightly lighter shade than the other side. I will now have to come out of pocket to get my car re painted so the whole car is one shade. But I wont be coming back here!
