Amazing experience!It all started with the easy virtual estimate. I submitted photos of my damaged vehicle and within 2 days I had an estimate. And on the third day their office girl Hannah called me to schedule service. They were flexible and worked with my timeline and availability.When I got to the shop I was impressed by the cleanliness of their facility, you could eat off of the floor in their shop area. I knew if they were this meticulous in their work area their quality of work had to be phenomenal. I was not disappointed. I dropped off my car and was checked in quickly and efficiently and was whisked away to my awaiting rental car (which they had scheduled for me).Hannah phoned me 2 days later to give me an update of the anticipated time for repairs, which were completed on time, flawlessly. I cannot tell the car was ever damaged. When I came in to pick up the car, Romel the owner was there and got me through the process in under 15 minutes and even returned my rental for me. On top of great customer service, prompt efficient check in and out, and the easiest estimate process ever, they did phenomenal work and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR MY DEDUCTIBLE . I offered to pay because the service was GREAT, but Romel politely declined. Don’t waste your time taking your car anywhere else. Their 5 star reviews don’t lie.

Got into an accident and I was super upset because I thought my car will never look the same. Dropped off my 2020 Bmw with Romel and his team to have it fixed. Absolutely AMAZING!! This body shop is like no other in town! Only complaint I have is that their parking lot is always full (which is a good sign because they are super busy). When I 1st arrived for an estimate, I saw a young man polishing a car as I was walking by, come to find out that the young man was actually the owner of the place!! It is amazing to see the owner getting his hands dirty instead of sitting behind a desk. It shows leadership and it also shows that he cares about the work that comes out of his shop. He was so friendly and awesome! Definitely not your average type of owner. Also the shop and the office is SO CLEAN! there wasnt a spec of dust in the office anywhere, it almost looks as if its cleaned twice a day. The shop is so organized and spotless! My 1st impression of the shop was intimidating at 1st because I didnt know if they only worked on higher end cars until i looked on their website and saw normal cars as well. I have a 2020 Honda Civic so Im glad that they actually worked on normal cars as well. Not to Minchin they also waived my deductible! so i basically got my repairs done for free!!!!! Hard to believe it was real but they actually waived it which is awesome especially in the times were are in right now. I asked the owner how can they waive it, and he told me they just take a partial loss in the labor without compromising the craftsmanship or quality of repairs. When i got my car back i was just completely blown away of how good of a job they did! I had my car repaired at other collision/body shops before and Platinum definitely did 100x more better job than anyone! The paint was so shiny and they also warranty their work for a lifetime! What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this shop! they gained a customer for life! Thank you so much!!!

Romel and the employees are extremely pleasant to work with. I recently had taken my car into Platinum Collision Center where my vehicle had frontal damage as well as steering damage. I was told upfront the timing of when I would get my vehicle back and boy was I surprised to see my SUV in absolute mint condition (They even cleaned the inside of my SUV!) They went above and beyond with taking care of my vehicle as well as take care of me keeping me updated and informed along the way. Platinum Collision was great. Russel was awesome to work with. They did absolutely everything they said they said they would. The car looks beautiful. The shop is super clean. Everyone is friendly and the place has a positive atmosphere so I felt good leaving the car. Russel knew the adjusters and worked with them to get everything approved. Rental car company met me there with the rental and I got to drop the car and leave the keys with them when I came to pick up the car. Ill def. take my car there again and I recommend them!

To be completely honest I did not trust any shops around my area to work on my car after experiencing a hit and run. It took me about 2 weeks to find Platinum Collision Center in Sacramento. After reading all the reviews and speaking to both Romel and Russell I decided to give them a shot. The process was longer than usual for my car to be finished because of my insurance and the rarity of my vehicle also parts were hard to get a hold of, anyways if youre like me or are simply looking for quality work and communication these guys are exactly what you want! I was a victim of an unfortunate event while my vehicle was parked over night in my homes parking area someone had backed into my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse leaving my rear bumper and lift gate severely damaged and of course they left me without a note and to pay for my insurance services to fix the damages. Needless to say I was already perturbed regarding the whole scenario.Upon my arrival Kyle was the gentlemen whom checked me in and due to a recent injury he met me at my vehicle for check in and ensured great customer service throughout my vehicles stay at their collision center. He even aided me in moving over my personal belongings so I wouldnt strain myself.As promised by owner Romel B. my vehicle was finished on time, washed and vacuumed to pristine condition.The quality of service I received was superb and the caliber of professionalism was exceptional.Thank you Nick and Romel for such an amazing experience. Working with Romel was an absolute amazing experience! All I had to do was create a claim with my insurance and provided the claim number to Romel and he took care of everything on my behalf! I didnt have to worry about anything! He contacted the insurance company and got everything approved! He kept me updated with text & photos of my car and never left me wondering whats going on with my vehicle. I never had to call to check on the status of my repairs! Although repairs did take longer than expected, it was well worth the wait! (My insurance covers the rental car anyways) Most shops just want to repair your car and move on, but this shop takes longer because they are more meticulous about the quality but the results are phenomenal! Literally a brand NEW car! The shop is extremely clean! Even the bathrooms are spotless! This was a good sign to me because it shows that they take pride in their work! I will always bring my car here if I need anything else and I will tell my family and friends about this place! (I also get $100 for every referral!).

The people at this location are great and make sure that their customers are satisfied!!! They’re super fast and updated us whenever they could. When I got the car back, my trunk didn’t work. Contacted them back and they were willing to fix it for free and give me some cash back. These guys are top notch and want to do everything they can to make sure we are satisfied and they do a really good job on their work. What was damaged was my rear quarter panel + bumper and they painted/fixed both extremely well. Definitely come here if you need work done to your car!

I’m so happy I took my 2019 Infiniti QX60 to Platinum Collision when it got hit and needed my door and fender repaired. My review has taken a while and for that Im sorry! I needed some time to gather my thoughts and be able to think clearly about everything. I was in a horrible accident in January of 2020. It took months to find a place that would help work with me on my very large deductible as financially it wasnt in the cards, plus now with the whole COVID19 shut down it felt almost impossible. However I heard about this place on the radio. I thought, no way could this be true that a place would help with deductibles. I called and was told to come in with my Jeep. I went in and showed them the damage to my Jeep and explained to them what happened. Emotional I cried in their office as this accident was mentally a lot to handle. They said they would help me and waved my deductible, I again lost it emotionally as I just couldnt believe I was actually going to get help for once in my crazy messed up life. They had to work with my insurance who I begged and pleaded with to not total out my Jeep as right now thats ALL I have. After all the hard work they did going back and forth with insurance they finely got approved to fix the jeep. They did an amazing job with what small limit there was to repair the Jeep, and make sure everything looked as good as new!!. They went above and beyond to help me keep my baby, and get her fixed so I dont have to see the horrible reminder of that very painful day anymore. They not only did they help me fix my baby but they gave me a chance to start healing from this accident. Thank you so very much for everything!

I did hours of research and went to multiple shops to get estimates. When I heard of Platinum Collision Centers on the radio, I decided to google them and had read almost every single review. Least to say, their reviews are EXACTLY what I experienced. They waived my whole deductible because there was a lot of damage. I thought it was a scam, or fake reviews but I got to work with the owner (Romel) and he took care of everything! He literally texted me almost every other day with updates to my vehicle and sent progress photos when he had time and always kept me in the loop. My insurance was a hassle! they wanted to repair my bumper, hood, and fender, and Romel stated it was not possible to achieve a quality repair with that much damage so he took it upon him self to just replace the parts with brand new parts. My experience here was phenomenal! This is definitely not your average shop, I felt a real connection here and I will definitely recommend my friends & family!

I had my vehicle repaired here using my insurance. My front bumper and grilled was hit. From outside, it had very minor visible damage, but the first day I brought the car in, Romel took a look and told me it might be more complex than it appeared to be. My bumper cover and the brackets beneath it all came loose. Originally they quoted me a very reasonable price to fix it. But then it turns out they were able to reuse the loose brackets and the fix only required a few bolts and a bit of labor which they didnt even charge me for!!!!. Check this place out. Got great service. Came in for rear quarter panel damage and when I went to pick it up came back better than I had expected. Romel took great care of me and was very impressed by the exceptional service will do business again!

I had an excellent experience at Platinum Collision Center. They are very good at updating customers on the status of their car. Furthermore, they helped me save money by covering part of my deductible. My car turned out really well.

I came across Platinum Collision Center by an AD and was hesitant to bring my car in after reading that they waive the deductible and thought maybe this is a scam. So thankful I decided to take the risk of going with them and not the collision center my insurance provider recommenced. Romel was so helpful and communicative through the whole process. He kept me informed by calling/texting me. He originally told me the car was going to be ready on 8/9/19, but instead I picked it up on 8/6/19. My car looks like nothing ever happened. From start to finish Romel was very attentive and professional. Prior to dropping my truck off I spoke to Romel and he made sure that everything was handled and taken care of. I barely had to speak to my insurance adjuster because he took care of everything for me and made sure that I received the factory parts I wanted.
