Walked a mile to downtown with a package to send back before dinner BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 8PM ON FRIDAY. I get there - the door is open, employee is inside, but noooo she is ‘closed’ and checked out of her register. Garbage service just as bad as FedEx delivery. I am going to start only ordering from businesses that ship with USPS or UPS. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs and using another company or USPS for your shipping needs.

Today, in a pinch I sought out help from this office. I sent one of my constituents to drop off paper to be custom cut. Steven was the only person on shift, and he took time to make sure everything we needed was perfect. I cant express how grateful I am for the sense of urgency and the professionalism displayed by this location. Thank you!

I ship from here probably 3 days/week, minimum, so I feel my review can offer some good perspective. This branch is great, and has staff that is very helpful.On average, after entering the store, Im already leaving within 2 minutes or less - theyre fast and efficient.

Called this location to see if my package was at their location or if it was at another one. The rep I spoke with didnt have very good customer service. I have been waiting on a package that been sitting for 2 weeks and im very irritated because the first rep I talk to said my package is just sitting on a truck waiting to be taken out, she didnt try to reassure me about my package not being there and immediately put me on hold to transfer me to someone else before even asking if I had another question or if there was anything else she could do before transferring me. Next time make sure the customer doesnt have any other questions before transferring them, your suppose to also let them know they are being transferred. Thats customer service.

Ive been using FedEx for years for small-scale printing needs, usually the one in Midtown but in this case decided to send an online order to Royal Oak because it was closer. A simple 20-page print job quickly turned into a customer service nightmare, both because of the corporation and the incompetent FedEx staffing.DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR HOURS OR ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE. It does not appear that these employees are quality people, they seem to be ignorant of the basics of FedEx printing, their own hours, or how to handle customers and not waste their time.Looking for a local option to handle my needs better.

Their free WiFi moved at Lees than 10kb/s, they do this probably so youll opt for their work stations which charge a minimum of 39 cents per minute. They wanted 1.69 per page just to fax something. Absolutely outrageous.

It is kinda crazy that USPS down the street offers friendlier more efficient customer service than this FedEx print location. I stood there for 10 minutes when the guy who clearly saw me told me to wait while he continued scanning packages. Afterwords he seemed to go out of his way to find excuses as to why he couldnt ship my package.It wasnt the first time I have regretted going into that store. Im sure Ill eventually go back and then wonder why the hell did I bother to go there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Need to print a project on the weekend for a client. Came here and had the worker not allow me to use digitally approved card stock on the machine. She said it would melt... I print on this stock on laser printers all the time. No arguing with this woman she just didnt want my business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The person before me waited 45 minutes and was polite to the employee but the guy (his name was Rob) was back talking the whole time. That is not how you talk to customers and all. I nearly jumped in. As for my reason for bring there, the wait took 30 min for me to get a receipt and Rob kept giving me excuses and an attitude. Like come on man I just want to drop off the package and leave. If I ask how long the answer should not be Ill get to you when I get to you.

Staff didnt give me a price total and said packing will just be a couple bucks more I agreed to this. They packed my item (a mug) and ran my card, for a total of $31.Wait, seriously? $31 to send a mug? When I objected they refused to refund me. I had to call FedEx corporate office multiple times to eventually get my refund. I will certainly not be back to this store, ever, and I later had my mug packed and sent USPS for $8. Good job Royal Oak Fed Ex, you lost a customer for your business, for life.

Rude, Unfriendly employees. Here is an example-I went in last week to ship a package. The guy behind the counter asked me a question that I didn’t hear clearly. I asked him to repeat what he said. He visibly ROLLED HIS EYES to the customer to my right, either for the indignity of having to repeat himself or the stupidity of me not having heard him. Then when he asked what I had in the box, in a very sarcastic, demeaning and patronizing manner told me it needed packing...which of course cost $. I don’t know his name but he is stocky/chubby, kind of balding with a stubbly beard. Sorry, I don’t know how else to describe him. I will actively avoid dealing with him and with this location.

Its ok if I need to just use the machines. Had issue with shipping policy requiring my exceptionally well protected box be put inside larger box. Explained to worker I was not taking issue with him, yet he was unprofessional enough to take it personally. Also watched same employee ask customer if she was married during previous transaction.

Better than the 14 and John R. location. Sadly, I remember when Kinkos was staffed with a knowledgeable, friendly, young staff. We used to even hang out there in high school ... making zines. Anyway, when FEDEX bought the Kinkos, all that went away. The staff seems more ignorant of the machines and technology then I am.

These people are awful, they are rude, and they have NO idea what they are doing! I would not waste my money going to this place! They were not helpful at all, and even admitted none of them knew how to use Photoshop! (But they were also going to charge me $5 a page to set up my files, after admitting they didnt know how to use Photoshop.) Seriously, this company needs to either hire people that are knowledgeable about the programs they use, or they need to train them. I would think the LEAST they could do would be to hire people who can be civil when dealing with the public.By the way, I have NO idea how these stupid people have received ANY positive reviews. They probably asked their friends to write them. I dont know how they stay in business.I want to add that when I have tried to call and complain about this, the phone at this store just rings endlessly, nobody picking it up.

Negative experience. Emailed photos called to confirm delivery, said would be ready at 6pm. Show up at 8pm - woman couldnt find my order- then when she did - said could not complete order bc of Dropbox - Im not sure why they took they took my phone number - when I received no phone call with questions. The people working were completely out to lunch mentally, non responsive, I did not feel I could hold conversation to create a plan of action of how to rectify the situation.
