I would give their pharmacy 0 stars but its impossible. Dropped a prescription off that I knew would take less than 5 minutes to fill. I was told it would take 1 hour to fill. Came back 1 hour and 5 minutes later and the prescription still had not been filled. Would recommend Rite Aids in Clawson or Novi.

Very friendly staff, always saying hello when you walk in, store is kept clean, frequently stocked, pharmacy staff are professional, courteous & mindful of my time. I understand not everything is controlled by the pharmacists & keep in mind insurance companies & truck deliveries when a prescription may take time - of which staff is very transparent. The staff here is willing to help to the best of their ability with great customer service. Thank you!

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Inexperienced workers. Over the counter stuff seems to be on back order always. Zero sense of urgency. Will never return.

Love this rite aid my family been comming here for years when it was Perry Drugs. The Gentleman with the blonde hair with gel in it is one of the nicest cashiers always friendly polite ask if you need help and ask if you like your receipt. Give the Gentleman with blonde hair a raise 🙌

Great place to shop.

I called to verify if a certain medication was available that day as I needed it urgently. They told me it was available in the pharmacy. When we showed up to get it, they said they could order it for tomorrow.Also, on a separate occasion, my doctor sent in an NSAID medication, that he told me would cost around 10 dollars. They tried to charge me $300. When I told them I was told it would be less, they said they would check for a coupon code and ended up charging me 4 dollars. I had a similar experience with another medication. I guess they want to see the most they can get out of their customers instead of trying to help them out initially.. its disappointing.

Very quiet store. Never busy. Employees do not want to help you with finding anything!

Very rude staff. On a call with them this morning about a prescription refill, the pharmacist came very close to ridiculing me for asking the question. She seemed in fact to relish her patronizing, passive aggressive remarks. How do we convince Rite Aid Corporate to fire these people?
