I really like this 711 for no other reason than the employees are so kind and very hard working! One gentleman thats there regularly hands down has the BEST customer service, hard working AF, and will help you in a pinch with about whatever he can ! If u have a flat tire he may come out and help u change it if he isnt busy running the store! Great 711 with awesome staff serving Madison heights/royal oak.

August 18th 2021 at around 2am  I was in the store purchasing some cigarettes and attempting to redeem my 2 dollar scratch off of my Michigan lottery scratch off and I was told  Verbatimely by the store associate that Im not about to deal with that, Im eating my pizza right now. I dont mess with that lottery machine anyway  he then told me that he wasnt sure if he had enough change in his register to give me because I purchased my cigarettes with a $20 bill. However he did end up having enough to give me my change. As he handed me my change he then proceeded to tell me that I could purchase a lottery scratch off since he gave me cash for my change from my purchase of my cigarettes. I then reminded him that the coupon was for a free two dollar scratch off. What was confusing for me is that 2 weeks ago I had a similar coupon that I was able to redeem at the same store as well with the same store associate. I would also like to add that a prior visit to the store about 3 weeks ago I witnessed the same associate having a verbal altercation with a female Caucasian customer who was offended by the fact that he had greeted a African American customer who entered the store but refused to greet her. So she politely reminded him that she noticed that he greeted the African American customer but failed to greet her. And his response was ARE YOU DONE ? ARE YOU DONE   Now as an African American myself witnessing this, I could not believe how much unprofessionalism oozed from his responses and it left such a distasteful taste in my mouth. Its very sad that this company has a associate with such poor customer service interactions with the customers that frequent the store. I hoped that reaching out to the company would be sufficient enough to handle the situation but after speaking with the customer who experienced the issue we both wanted to reach out to the local news network to bring attention to this situation because speaking with the manager the following morning was obviously not enough because I had to experience the same unprofessionalism from the same associate. A response would be greatly appreciated.

Not open at 6:45 on a weekday. Not open at 8:30 on a weekday or even a weekend. What is the point?

Clean store, nice workers and quick service.

The cashier that was working tonight at 8:30 pm was rude and disagreeable with me. Told me that the register told her I had an invalid pin number for my card but when I used the ATM....WITH THE SAME PIN NUMBER.....I got money out of it. I had the same issue last night with my card

The older gentleman that works nights, never has enough money in his drawer to give me my change. 7 eleven owes me about 25 dollars. Im sure this has happened to other people as well. 7 eleven owes alot of people money.

Easily one of the cleanest 7-11’s I’ve ever been to. Great service and always have what you want in stock.

Your typical 7 Eleven, this location is nice and clean. Slurpee Machines have a nice variety of flavors and nice and clean. Everything here is overpriced though, except for the slurpees, although thats most likely the only reason youll even go here
