Excellent friendly staff! Great coffee .. if you haven’t tried it you should. Super cute shop very clean looking. They have tons of merchandise to sell as well as snacks if your craving something sweet!! Thank you (you guys need a rewards program though) and maybe sell a cute tee shirt!!

Very nice ambiance. Super nice staff.Tried new flavors for the first time. Cereal latte is too sweet.All seats on the window side do not have power outlets. I think that is something they need to work on.Parking doesn’t seem to be an issue.

Nice new location in the newly developed Beaumont shopping center. The staff was very friendly and the inside is nicely designed with a cool comfortable feeling. I was a bit disappointed though when I asked for an iced coffee and they just gave me a hot coffee and put ice in it, which just makes the coffee really watery. I would recommend they start making iced coffee by cooling it first, like how most coffee shops do. I could tell that the coffee itself tasted good, but next time I’ll stick with hot coffee rather than iced. I’ll definitely be coming back and I would recommend a place like this over Starbucks any day.

Great staff. Informative and happy to help. Their single origin coffee was really good. The seating and aesthetic were very inviting. I could easily see myself coming here to study, get some work done or just relax on a day off. Must visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee and espresso macchiato was solid. The decor was.... Like out of a 1950s sci space station... Very 2001. Almost dystopian in a everything is white and sanitary kind of way.... Dont let that scare you away from a good cup of coffee though

The cookie butter latte was out of this world! Seriously impressed by the selection & knowledge staff. They were able to steer me towards a selection I’d enjoy & ideas for future visits. I’d say prices are comparable to others in area, but for better coffee.

Prices are fairly high, but was it really high? We pay Starbucks high prices for fancy drinks. Which are at times overly sweet and we can’t tell if we are getting that energy we need from the coffee or is it from the sugar overload. With New Order Coffee, my coffee wasn’t overly sweet and the energy I got was in fact from the coffee. The ambience and friendliness of the staff was amazing. There were so many choices to chose from and the staff was ready for any question I had.Honestly I was impressed by their espresso machine.If your ever in Royal oak check them out.

I was really impressed and surprised! Do not let the trendy look cloud your judgement. This place is legit and a great addition to the Royal oak coffee scene. They roast their own beans in house and present them perfectly!The espresso was rich, chocolatey and syrupy. It had a proper creama and good body. No bitter aftertaste and smooth going down. The nitro brew is great! Excellent foam and Guinness-like. Smooth going down. Could be my new favorite royal oak cafe!

If you don’t go here, you are missing out!! I tried this place on a whim, always weary of trying new coffee places. I WAS WRONG IT WAS AMAZING! I got the cookie butter latte and it was literally the best latte ever. Don’t get me started on the staff, two of the friendliest ladies ever! All around great experience, will be back again

My favorite coffee shop in the Metro Detroit area right now. The cookie butter latte and the cereal milk latte are equally iconic. Their coffee is strong, tastes delicious and the caffeine is just right. Support New Order!

Great coffee! They have some pretty unique drinks. As well as traditional coffees. They also offer some bakery treats and a couple of foods items. I had a breakfast croissant and a cookie both were delicious.

Love this place. I used to go to the original location downtown Detroit but they have now opened up a location down the street from me. I like to think it was planned just for me 😉. Highly recommended

This is a very convenient store, just off Woodward. They offer a variety of espresso drinks, which are wonderful. They also offer a micro brew coffee which uses low pressure. They have a variety of beans to choose from, and grind them to order. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and helpful in describing the various options. They also serve sweet and savory pastries. Plenty of seating to work, with several electrical outlets.

I went to this store last Friday and have been 3 times since. It is that good! Every employee Ive encountered is super friendly and every product Ive tried so far is delicious. Highly recommend :)

Lovely staff thats always super friendly and informative. Love all the new types of hand crafted flavors leagues beyond Starbucks. I just wish they provided additive flavors that were non dairy instead of all the flavoring being dairy based. Still offer oat milk and they know how to froth it properly which makes all the difference.

The place is bright and lovely. All the seats fave the windows to look outside, which I enjoy.Many different choices of beans and milk. I had the Burundi Kibingo in a flat white with soy milk - very nicely made.Staff is knowledgeable and nice. I recommend this place!

I just love everything about it. They have the best employees who work there and their coffee is so good. So much better than all these name brand coffees out here. You can tell the people who work there enjoy their jobs.

Wow! This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in the area! Not only do they offer free WiFi and tons of outlets, but their seasonal peppermint mallow latte was super delicious! Highly recommend and can’t wait to stop in again

Close early, mediocre coffee. I find theres many other coffee shops that are better in Royal Oak. Wouldn’t recommend coming here

This space is as well crafted as the offerings on the menu. Its unique yet approachable. Try the cookie butter latte, you wont regret it.

I had a cookie butter latte and it was amazing, but I took 1 star off because of the price. It cost $6 for an 8 oz! That is insane to me. Not sure if I’ll be going back anytime soon for that reason alone.

The price of the coffee was outrageous!!! The coffee cost me $7 and it was like a shot of coffee!!! Starbucks has the same prices but at least you get a decent size cup of coffee. I will NEVER go back in there again!!!!!

Not sure if barista error or what, but the lattes had virtually no coffee flavor--the espresso was awfully under-extracted. We both tossed ours down the sink.Tried to call--no one answering the phones, cannot say that it seems worth another try!

I had a latte w/cereal milk and it was heavenly!

The espresso in my latte with slightly too bitter for my tastewhich is probably why they push the marshmallow and cereal milk lattes
