This is a new CVS, very clean, easy to enter and exit with a drive through and self check out kiosk.

How lucky I am to have a CVS store # 4610 only 5min. away from home! Today was a great shopping experience, as usual. Rickilynn was very helpful @ the register as far as using all my discounts + she told me I also had a $5. Xtra buck, I didnt know about too. Always a clean , well stocked store.

Very clean. The associates are always helpful in finding products for us. The pharmacist is so knowledgable, advising what products will help us for our needs. A five star is too low.

The store itself is great! The pharmacy workers are good. But the pharmacists? Beginning to think they have it out for me. I am EXTREMELY ILL, have had pills *stolen* from my script, was lied to and told it was a manufacturer error despite the pills supposedly being counted 2×, and the situation WAS NOT remedied, so now I am forced to count each script at the desk in the pharmacy. I am consistently given trouble about filling scripts. Today I was told I exceeded my limit of my sleep medicine, a controlled substance, but somehow, my narcolepsy medicine, also a controlled substance, was filled to its entirety. Why??? I now have to go through all the trouble, as a stroke victim and a person literally fighting a deadly disease, of calling my doctor and explaining my pharmacy is withholding my controlled substances, and risk looking like some drug addict, all because of complete incompetence. These were two different scripts and they could have filled them legally as evidenced by the other narcotic that was filled properly. I am disgusted. Its been months of this. I will be going to corporate, especially since I have a family member who worked for CVS pharmacy and is aware of the laws and regulations, and sees them being clearly violated here.

This CVS Pharmacy has a very long wait period. One-half hour after call-in, it still was not ready. They said it would be 5-10 min. NO ONE was ahead of me. There was no line inside or outside the building. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter to let them know that I have a sick husband in the car. The uncompassionate, rude snot at the counter did not make my waiting any less stressful. This is the second time for out-of-the-way waiting. Last time, I called in a full day ahead. They did not have it ready when I got there. They just lost my business.

This is one of the newer stores in the area after the old one closed on Broadway. Very central to the Schenectady/Rotterdam area, so it is convenient. The pharmacy has a drive though, and the store has a large parking lot. It also contains an ATM inside, along with places to print photos.

CVS, as a corporation, has become so greedy that employee conditions as well as customer service and satisfaction is suffering! You have joined and acquired too many stores. You are a very greedy selfish company!

They have moved from the Five Corners area, so the store is bigger. Bigger store, more selections! Nicer area too,a lot cleaner than the old place.

Rude rude rude pharmacists!! Never been insulted the way these ladies give it . That’s ok though! I have a choice ! Bye CVS

Permanently closed, along with Broadway. 2801 Guilderland Ave is the consolidated location.
