We chose Select Surfaces mainly based on the good reviews here, so time to return the favor...Its been almost 6 months since we had our Vicostone countertops installed and we are VERY happy with them! I was a bit nervous about our first white countertops ever and staining, but so far they have passed the test. It is inevitable in a kitchen that you will get tea, coffee, wine, red pepper, etc. stains on your countertop. So far, everything seems to be coming out - even the red pepper coloring that seeped in overnight seems to have eventually come out. I try to clean right away, but sometimes things happen and I am very happy with the performance of the Vicostone!Also, we were not able to get the sink we had initially planned (farm), but I am glad it didnt work out because I love our Elkay Quartz sink that SS helped us choose instead! I believe it fits our kitchen better in the end. Again, we chose white and I was nervous about staining, but so far so good. I clean up after every use, but every once in awhile I clean deeper with Bon Ami and a scouring pad and that spiffs it right up.Hilary helped us with our order and I was really happy with her service! I believe she steered me to the best product for our budget with the best aesthetic to meet our project and helped us out when we hit a snag with the sink options we initially wanted. I was also happy with the rest of the team we worked with at Select Surface. They left us a bottle of wine when the job was finished, which may seem a bit cheesy, but it was really good wine actually and a great way to celebrate!

Came to Select Surfaces as a first stop for my stone search. I live in the area, and figured it would make sense to start close to home. I was kind of in a rush to get something situated because I wanted to wrap up my project quickly. I was able to get an appointment to come in fairly quickly and was excited with their selection of Quartz. Jacqui helped me out a lot throughout the searching process and was able to answer every question I had. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and had my questions answered. They had a great selection of stone, sinks, and faucets throughout the showroom. I ended up going a different route on the stone, but I had an extremely positive experience working with Jacqui and Select Surfaces. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for Quartz.

We had an unfortunate accident about a year and half later where the countertop cracked. I had a team on my install that I havent met before and they were fantastic. There were questions on the install because we were using Cambria on current cabinets and they got hold of Nat who got hold of me immediately. They waited patiently for me to get there and we all talked through the issue and they were so reassuring to the client. I got a text later in the day after the guys were long gone. 2 words. Love it They do love the product but I always say anyone can sell countertops. Its all about the service and the service was great.

I remodeled my kitchen in 2019 and Select Surfaces installed my new Silestone countertop and back splashes. They took the time to make sure that the countertop and back splashes were installed correctly, and to explain how to care for them. At the end of the installation they gave me a folder explaining their guarantee and the contact information for Jeremy Otten, the president of the company. The process of measuring by George was very detailed to accommodate a 1950s home that probably does not have straight walls anymore. They made the special shape that my cabinets were designed for. We faced some delays (COVID-19) and had some extra challenges with a unique sink that we wanted to use, but Select Surfaces took in all in stride. Excellent sales, installation, and communication. We worked with Pedro to pick out tops, he was knowledgeable and provided great advice. The install team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. I made a mistake hoping I didnt need a air gap hole - after the inspector said I had to have it they came back and drilled it for no cost. Awesome.

The entire process from measurement through installation went flawlessly. They told me exactly what to expect and how to prep the space for the counter tops. The counter tops fit perfectly and look amazing. There was one seam in my installation, but its only noticeable if youre looking for it. I stopped in Select Surfaces Store in Roseville today and felt judgedby the sales associate. I showed him a sample color I had in mind andwanted to see what they had. I told him my sample was around 65- 75 dollars a square foot. He said well ours are a lot more than that... And my thoughts are , do you think I cant afford more. Anyway left ,knowing this was not going to be a good fit. Will not recommend!

If you are looking for Cambria Counter Tops this is the place to go!! We had checked out several other companys that do Cambria and none of them compare with what Select Surfaces offered. These are full thickness counters 1 1/4 not the thin 1/2 with built up edges to make it look like thick counters that many other companys sell. Excellent Service with Superb. Installation. The Best. I deal with quite a view subcontractors and vendors, and no one is more anal and careful than these guys. My husband and I visited your showroom to look at countertops and get an idea of cost. The woman that greeted us was SO unfriendly and RUDE. She insulted us many times and we felt we were judged. When we told her the square feet of our project she said, Ooooh, small kitchen and just walked away. Your website says, no square foot minimums but in this case, your saleswoman had a problem with it. Im sure you have many wonderful people on your sales staff, but this woman ruined any chance of us working with your company.

Good people from office to installers!

Our experience was fine through installation of a large island countertop - in fact, they encountered a problem during fabrication but recovered flawlessly.Unfortunately, within months of installation, the finish on the top showed several dull areas. We are still at a loss understanding what caused them and how to fix them. No one seemed interested in trying to help us. We bought this countertop because it was supposed to be tough - better than the granite we have in other locations. My money will stick with granite from here on.

Select Services installed our Cambria Countertop 14 years ago. After 4 years they returned to do a free realignment due to some settling issues we had. We spoke with them yesterday as wed discovered a leak between the countertop and the under-the-counter sink. They came today, removed the sink and completely re-sealed it to the countertop, and then offered to (and did) fix multiple countertop chips which had occurred over the years. This was all done at no charge.Eric and Michael did a great job. They were prompt, neat, and cleaned everything up prior to leaving. They couldnt have been more thorough or professional.

I had a small nik in my Cambria. I had no idea how that had happened but I knew that Cambria has an awesome warranty. I called to see if they could repair it. I was told a person would be calling me to set this repair up at my convenience. The very next day I was called and arrangements were made that he would come out the following day. He arrived on time, fixed the tiny hole and now I cannot even remember exactly where it was it is so perfect. Select Surfaces has been outstanding in their business ethics. Very very professional. If I ever have questions about my Cambria they are right there to help. Best company, best people I have ever had to deal with.

I had a good experience with select surfaces and my cambria countertops. There are lots of stone choices to choose from, and you can take samples home. Waiting time for install was not long at all and the actual install only took a day. Very good installers. Countertops look beautiful. No maintenance to keep the countertops looking beautiful. Thats my favorite part.

Select surfaces installed a beautiful piece of Cambria for our basement remodel. After only a couple months of completion we had to move our cabinets out from the walls where the septic pipe had been leaking and had moved along the inside of the wall. Needless to say Select Surfaces had to come out and take off our beautiful Cambria that now was attached to a stone/glass backsplash. I thought for sure I would have to replace the bottom layer of the backsplash as there was no way they could take it off without chipping or ruining something. Only a tiny corner of 1 inch cube of glass tile was chipped and they were super apologetic. You could not even see it unless you got up super close to inspect. They reinstalled the Cambria and it looked as perfect as it did the first time. Highly impressed!!!

Recently we noticed the bathroom caulking had become discolored and loose in places. We called the team at Roseville to ask for a product recommendation so we could recaulk this area.
