We stopped to get smoothies and when my husband got out of truck his phone fell off his belt. Someone picked it up and threw it in the trash. One of the girls who works there, Crystal saw it and returned it to us. If it wasnt for her we would have not have realized it right away and would be out hundreds if dollars not to mention the frustration and anxiety it would have caused.Crystal is a very devoted employee and we cant say enough great things about her.

K I come everyday sometimes twice a day and everytime it asamaing far as everything from service to food but tonight my sandwich didnt have extra bacon or cheese tonight and they thew it in a wrapper instead of a container and I asked for toasted but its k good sandwich just ask that pay attatio. No soap in the restroom! The Heath Department needs to visit this location. I brought it to the Manager’s attention and have been told they are waiting for a part. The employees use the same restroom and visited today at 5:20pm and no soap at all. I will follow up because they prepare so much food at this location and this issue needs corrected quickly!!

Only time I go to wawa is around the holidays time to get turkey bowl the best and the people that work there is friendly

It is quick, efficient, they make food in front of you. Wear gloves, wipe frequently. They have everything I need for lunch. I go there for lunch 3 times a week, sometimes breakfast. They have great sandwiches, salads, soup, and I love the pretzels!

The lines are always obscenely long, one register cannot take care of the morning rush of people. Half the time the breakfast menu only has half of what they normally have on the full menu. And it’s also not very fun getting harassed by homeless people for money because they’ve been everywhere outside of here lately.

Slow, rude, non professional, too busy, police use as speed trap just sitting in parking lot! Also as you can see thats the back of the store where the bums congregate. Very dangerous on weekend nights after ten p.m. The homeless will insist and threaten individual patrons.

So disappointed in WaWa. I use to enjoy coming there, staff is completely rude when you order your food. I purchased eggs & oatmeal last Saturday , the staff member was very rude, I wish I would have gotten her name but anyways went to work, opened up my eggs & it had a long piece of hair in it. So upsetting. My breakfast was completely ruined , I no longer had a appetite after that. They really need to start having their staff wear hair nets while preparing customers food!!

Just finished working a 14hr day. Stopped by here to grab a delicious dinner and head home to eat and sleep. I ordered an Egg salad on a wheat roll along with a medium side of Potato Cheddar Bacon soup. Arrived home, relaxed ready to eat to only be disappointed with a bowlof mashed potatoes. I hate mashed potatoes!! Way to tired to drive all the way back. Unsure how they mess any order up when each item gets the ticket taped on them. Very upset wasnt even busy at 9:30pm on Thursday night.

Lacks customer service. The food and beverage manager is pretty rude. They never have any coffee creamer for the coffee station.

Just found out today that there is no more honey turkey on the menu. Meal ruined and Wawa lost a dedicated customer. Beyond upset.

Just got gas last night and now I am getting horrendous fuel economy. 21.5 average the week before going from Baltimore to DC (mix of highway and stop and go), just started on a trip this morning all highway and no stops, best I can get is 18.5. Only change was the gas. Bad gas!

Always really great service here and decently priced gas. I used to stop in here at 3 am after working late nights to get dinner. Their subs are really good and made fresh.

Due to New Management the quality of this Wawa has gone down. Store products are not being placed on the Shelf. I have to ask someone to go into the storage room to obtain products. I talk to store manager I got no results from the conversation. Ill be going to 7-Eleven

My friend Lauren Callahan and I love coming to wawa.. We love the French vanilla iced coffee we come here everyday.. The customer service is excellent and they always have everything u need and their food is out of this world

Today I stood in the Golden Ring Wawa and witnessed the people making sandwiches interrogate each and every black person for a receipt before they would hand over the food to the them. But for some reason they didnt do the same to the white people. They were free to just get there food and go without giving up the receipt.

Busy place. Many locals come here to fill up on gas and food. The food is great when you order and they have a two to-go cases.one case for cold subs, salads, and desserts and another case for hot food.

Previously, I have visited this Rosedale location without any negative experiences, but on Saturday, 6/22/19 it was a different matter. With only one checkout line that was backing up with customers, I was the next to the last customers. Leanna, cashier spoke to last patrons to come over to her register. I went to her line, did not make a scene (since my grandson was with me) and asked her why she would do that. She half-way apologize, but it was not heartfelt. In fact, Leanna then proceeded to related to the next cashier what I stated to Her!I feel that this incident was racially motivated. The cashiers and customers involved were all white and I am black.Maybe this Wawa may need sensitive training classes.

I have always gone to this wawa on lunch prior to the remodel and i am a very patient person. I went in today 11/2 to grab something for lunch, now that is had been remodeled, i had the worst experience i have ever had there and do not think i will return. I waited 15 mins for them to tell me they didnt have something to make my food order, then my coffee order was never made. I ordered 2, there was one ready, she claimed it was for me, i tried it, it was completely wrong and there was only one. The food service employees were rude and talk back with an attitude. Chris the manager had to refund us and step in and make our drink order bc the girl making our coffee didnt know what she was doing. Just overall terrible experience, i have worked in food and customer service, so i can understand to an extent. But no matter the industry the customer is always right. I did not deserve to be talked back to like that. I ended up getting my money back for the food, and the manager had to step away from register to do the food clerks job. Overall i was in there 30 mins plus, left in a horrible mood and no food. I recommend retraining your food clerk employees to work more efficient and handle customer complaints better. Did not get any names bc i was so frustrated but it was 3 separate girls i had to fight with to get my point across. Very disappointed. Also this is very first review. I have never been so frustrated to make a bad review before, but this horrible experiences compelled me to post this.

Its a gas station with a hot foot bar, the food is pretty okay, nothing to scream about. This location however always has the best customer service even after years.

Love this place!! Love the night workers there the best. Always fresh coffee and donuts. Location is not all that, if trying to go South on rt.40 you have to make a uturn on Rossville Blvd. But other then that its great.

Extremely slow, they do not handle rushes well at all. One girl stopped making food and cleaned floors even though there were still a bunch of people waiting. Check out line will start to wrap around the counter regularly. It shouldnt take me over half an hour to get a sandwich regardless of what time I go in. Disappointed but Ill make the drive to the wawa a little further away.

Food was garbage today. Im guessing the staff was just to lazy to make the food nice. I ordered a quesadilla for my daughter with just cheese and salsa. It was just covered in salsa. I also ordered a buttered bread they just smothered it in a crazy amount of butter. I had to remove about a half of a cup off of it. Then my turkey on a bagel was unedible because there was more mayonnaise on it than bread. The time I went was Sunday October 15 at 1:30.

Went in to purchase voodoo chips, at the time they were out of stock.The manager (a younger gentleman) approached me and asked if he could help me find what I was looking for. (They had recently changed where they displayed the voodoo chips so I thought maybe they changed it again). We looked together and could not locate the chips. I went to order a sandwhich, meanwhile the manager called other wawas to find the chips!!! He let me know what other wawa to drive too locally to find the chips. Just that extra step alone was a really great gesture. I do frequent the store a lot, since I live around the corner. However, ever since that visit... the voodoo chips are always in stock (and we dont buy them everytime we visit). True quality customer service, wawa goes the extra mile. Also, the bathrooms are clean! After a road trip from Florida to Baltimore we stopped in missing our wawa and I used the restroom (I never use public restrooms) and they were very clean. Store is clean inside and outside. WAWA you rock!

Ive given this Wawa 6 or so attempts to get an MTO right. Once or twice here and there. Who can get mad at that? Theyre human. But now I have to stop rewarding bad behavior. Not adding obvious upcharges to MTO meals (avacado, bacon, etc) multiple times a month is just pour attention to detail. To spend an extra $1 Everytime to watch them not put it on is humorous at this point. Back to Sheetz n rofo I go. Get Better.
