I loved everything about this Five Below at this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items in this store.

5 below had a really nice assortment. of different items. I had no idea they sold nice home decor items and accent rugs too.

Employees were helpful, polite, attentive, and working diligently. Full store with 10 minutes to close and they were still nice and trying to help everyone, without making us feel rushed.The store was organized and generally clean. The team working 5.20.21 are rock stars!

Very friendly employees, selection is rather limited compared to what they used to have. I needed a new phone charger and they used to have a lot to choose from, but then again that was almost 2 years ago when I last upgraded phones (Sprint/T-Mobile is a few stores up to the left). I didnt like the self checkout, because nothing was able to scan (wasnt in their system). The young lady who was working was quick about helping me out, which was good.

The associate team is helpful, but the store is junky-looking. The appearance inside needs some help. Otherwise, its worth visiting.

Theyve made progress as far as stock, store cleanliness and self checkout.

This place was clean, mass were worn, greeted at the door, no clutter, no wait in line, the cashiers were willing to help you if you needed help on the self-serving machines, and so, I was a happy customer!

Customer service could use some work and there nothing never on the shelves always out of stock go to Towson.

Well stocked friendly staff

Everything is computer now and machine operated. Limited assistance on the floor and everything is no longer $5 and below. I found that out the hard way at the register where you check yourself out while one staff member oversees the transaction. Kinda impersonal but hey the new way of the world

They are now 10 below and you have to ring yourself up, there is no other option. Thats what I was told. I came to shop, not ring up 25 items. Thats what cashiers are for!!!!! The girl told me she is only there for if I need help. Umm I need my items rang up!!!

The staff is so sweet

Dont waste the trip to this one they keep very low stock on items that you can find at any other five below easy and employees will ignore you while you look around for these items that should be in stock

Wasnt well stocked on what I was looking for... I could get over that.What made me drop 2 stars was the fact that they offered at least 8-10 self checkout registers (which is great) but had 5 next to each other closed and 5 next to each other open in stead of alternating them for social distancing. I was checking out and had someone walk right up beside me with their mask hanging off. Then as I was finishing up the pinpad asked me to rate their social distancing methods.Ill end this before I drop more stars.

They have great toys and lots of things from clothing, to nails and hair accessories and many more. Even online anything you see online is also in the store too!!

Still a great store, but have switched to a HORRIBLE self check out system. Runs slow, doesnt take cash, doesnt read item unless you get it just right and employees are too busy with everything else going on that they dont have the time to even think about self check out.

I can always find something I like at Five Below, whether its a little just because gift for a friend; cheap arts & crafts supplies for the younger relatives at a family gathering; greeting cards, wrapping paper, and bags to keep on hand for upcoming events; or beach shoes or cosmetic sponges Id forgotten to pick up elsewhere. I often see parents with their 6 - 16 year old daughters there, and that demographic group has got to be the companys core clientele, because the products at Five Below are much more trendy and current than your average dollar stores inventory, yet not so expensive that youre afraid to give them to kids just learning how to take care of their own things. I figure itd be a good place to take your grade school or middle school child to pick out some small reward for a good report card or as an incentive for other positive behavior. After all, youre limiting the cost of the item youll have to buy, and, while Five Below has a good selection, its still a small enough offering that kids shouldnt wind up overwhelmed and having to think for 3 hours trying to choose one item.

Umm, who doesnt absolutely love 5 below??? I can find so much for cheap!! Absolutely love this store!!

They have EVERYTHING for all ages, especially young girls and young kids. Also extremely affordable. I could EASILY spend fifty dollars and walk out with BAGS of goodies! Everything seems to be well made and is so affordable. I can bring my nine year old in and not have to tell him something is too expensive! Love it!

The golden ring five and below has very little of the must get products . Dont waste your time its best to go to other locations like Towson they have everything there.

Every time that I ship in this store, I am filled around by security. I spend a lot of money there. Its offensive.

This is one of my favorite places. Every time I go to Home Depot or Walmart, I make it my business to stop in there. It makes you feel like a kid all over again. Prices r very reasonable!!!!!

This place is almost always extremely crowded but there is never a huge mess in the aisles around the store. The store is always well stocked and the staff is courteous. The check out is great because they actually have people working at all registers to get you through the line quickly.

The only staff on duty on Friday morning wasnt much of a help she was a female shes on body language mode when inquiring for her assistance on self service register check-out.

Great place to go find knick knacks and Marvel Star Wars and DC socks. I love the Wonder Woman magnets and womens empowerment we can do it two magnets that I have found there. Some of the best incense Ive ever found is amazingly in this little store.

Most Five Below stores are pretty much the same. If you look you can find decent deals. I think there may be a few items you can find cheaper in other stores, but you pick it up anyway because youre already there. We found a few good Christmas gifts there.

I love to bring my grandchildren here to shop for Christmas. You wont go broke here and there are nice things. Clerks are very helpful.

Its in a shopping center so it shares parking with many places, still plenty of parking. Items are in a bin as soon as you walk in, I guess to draw your attention but its usually something cool/useful. They sell bookbags too....not sure how long they last but I imagine if you need one or two real quick for school or whatever this might be a solution

Love this store every thing for 5 bucks or less you cant beat that. My grandkids love to shop here with me. Boy do they ever! 😊😊

Let me tell you about customer service because this is definitely the store for it. I went in for a phone charger and bought half the store. Came back out to my company dump truck to realize i locked the keys inside. I went in to buy something to try and get it open. The manager personally came out and he climbed all up on and in the truck until he open the door. Great Prices and Great People.

Well stocked and maintained good enough. Nice selection of goods. Heavy security presence, did not like being followed around but theyre just doing their job.

They have improved their selection, but some of their items ste more than $5 now
