Absolutely the most professional and best customer service for shipping and printing services I have ever experienced not just in Rome GA but any place Ive traded in North America...period! There were only two guys working and one was helping a family with passports so the other was having to assist everyone in the store, which happened to be insanely busy. He came out to my truck and helped me with the HUGE box I had to send off and had a GREAT attitude! Wouldn’t let me help him. It would have been easy for him to be rude or seemed stressed/rushed but he didn’t.

I have been using The UPS Store in Rome, GA for several years now. I just wanted to take the time and say how pleased I am with the service they provide. I have a small business and cant always be there to receive packages. They are very professional and have the highest quality service. Always friendly and willing to help with anything I need. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs package, printing, or any of their other current services.

When I lived in Douglas County Georgia I rented a UPS box for 10 years and never had a problem. Recently I moved my business to Rome. Georgia where I once again rented a mailbox at the Rome Georgia UPS store at 3 central plaza. The young blond girl that rung me up was the same person who signed me upWhen I signed up she charged me $10.00 for a set of keys but when I went to pick the keys up she said the keys would be $20.00. I thought the $10.00 was ridiculous. They didnt want to back down on what they quoted me but eventually agreed to the $10.00 a second time. Tonight (12/28/16) I stopped by the store passing the US Post Office to give them business. I sent a cell phone to my senior aunt and did not know that the young blond girl who first tried to overcharge me was up to her wicked antics and added an extra $2.00 to my bill for an additional $100.00 of insurance that I did not ask for. When I told her she shouldve asked me before adding that up charge to my bill without my permission. She firmly took a stand and think that she needed my permission and proceeded to tell me that this is just how we do business. I told her that it wasnt good business. When I asked if she understood that she ignored me so I addressed the asst mgr who was listening in if she understood me and her response was Ill take care of it sir. Not knowing what she meant I proceeded to check out and decided to leave but not feeling good about that store. Im a business owner and I understand what good ethical practices can do for ones business just as I understand what bad reviews can do to it. Beware if you go there and ask questions about what youre getting charged and by all means CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!

I ordered several banners and yard signs from the UPS Store in Rome. I needed them done as quickly as possible ( I waited until last minute to order). My order was ready a day ahead of when they told me it would be!! I have used them for other events and always excellent customer service. My signs are always above and beyond my expectations!!
