The Best Fish Market in Rome, New York. And the assortment of teas, coffee, and beer is phenomenal. The Market 32 Flower shop, has very reasonable prices and the florists give each customer attention with detail. The staff and cashiers, are friendly, courteous, and professional. Definitely attracts customers to keep returning. And that Market 32 meat section. We were here trying out the grocery pick-up. There was a small delay while awaiting a shopper, but they were efficient and communicated well. They made it easy and enjoyable. The pick-up was smooth and quick!

Took daughter there to shop as she had a foot operation. They renovated inside of store. Very nice.

Stopped in for a bag of Little Neck clams and all the fixings for a New England Clambake. Great prices. Produce ,seafood and meat were exceptional. Sales Associate helped gather up everything I needed. I was in and out in under a half hour!

Has really gone downhill in the past few months, prices are high and with their card its still easy to find better deals elsewhere,but the worst mistake I made was changing to their pharmacy... I will be changing again due to an archaic system and inability to get me on auto-refills....cmon folks its not that hard,is it? The store worker with the filthy apron should not work the pharmacy at all but if you insist at least take him out back and hose him off first. Its sad really because my family loves your bread and I love your produce !

Stop by on the way home for a quick item and left aton of food was surprised at the prices.

Used to be a wonderful shopping experience here, but Now, theres a handful of employees that shouldnt be working here.

The grossest place Ive ever been. Watched a man (customer) pick through the garbage and no one blinked. Had to use the restroom for my little one, and saw an instacart shopper exit a stall and leave the restroom without washing her hands. Left my groceries. Couldnt get out of there fast enough.

Love Price Chopper. Clean, well stocked and always adequately staffed up front so you dont have to wait forever to check out. They still have butchers on site and their meat is top notch.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! Love the self check out lines! Produce is always fresh and stocked. I have ordered several birthday cakes always moist and decorated very well. Deli has a waiting period more times than not and not super helpful.. Good seafood department and butchers are always helpful and the meat is top notch!

Customer service usually pretty good. Love the meat selection and has good meat tastes. The Italian bread could be better. The lady that usually works in the AM on the deli side and rotisserie side is always usually miserable. Thin woman glasses , older. Lunch meat selection is good.

The deli department is the worst customer service I have ever ever received. Arguing with me trying ti tell me its ok to slice meat and cheese on the same slicer.

THE MINDFUL NUT INDEED CAW CAW! Very clean building and well zoned caw caw. Only problem is the parking lot caw caw. Its a wasteland of carts outside and people drive up to speeds of 70 mph in a pedestrian crossing zone caw caw. So help your grandma into the building caw caw.

Changed to market 32. Seems like less deals and the staff are more worried about whats going on this weekend than talking to the customer.

I recently purchased a cart full of groceries and the baby carrots and red delicious apples were moldy. When I called the store to let the department know, the produce person was incredibly rude. He did offer to replace them, but I don’t want anymore food from their store. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I shop here frequently, at least a few times a month for specialty items I cant find anywhere else. Its a well kept up store, pleasant to shop. Wide selection of items and produce is especially good. You can always find deals, and if you have an AdvantEdge Card you can save even more on your grocery bill. I like the store.

Very expensive for absolutely no reason! Theres literally a Hannafords a little less than a Mile, Youre in Competition, Act like it.

Great place for precooked food and for groceries but sometimes lines can be long.

Each time I go to price chopper with coupons or a sale add things dont come out right. Its almost as if there is a scam or false advertising to get you in the store.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I receive the hi, hellos, how are yous. The story was very clean from all of my viewpoints. However I did not use the bathroom so I cannot write that area.but that kind of store knowing how clean it was I would go if I needed to.However there was two customers that was extremely rude. Wrong way down the aisle which I can understand one or two times but the announcement played of hay go the right way several times. And then that same customer went in front of me when I was trying to get vegetables standing there first was picking what I wanted and she just walks right in front of me I understand people can be rude and the store did everything they could no I did not complain because Im not a Karen. Just the simple eye roll worked for me.

Clean well laid out. People observe. Covid-19 precautions. Excellent produce. Bakery well stocked and fresh baked in store. Meat excellent, with wide selection. Prices competitive. Pharmacy beats pro rices a Walgreens and other local drug stores.

Store has social distancing in place; however, the signs letting customers know about the one way directions in aisles are not near the front door. They are located in the freezer section. They should be moved or more placed throughput the store so ALL customers are aware.

Rude staff who exhibit nothing in the way of responsibility or concern. Poorly stocked shelves. A self service check out area that is constantly in disrepair. There has NEVER been one time we visited that something didnt go wrong! Im no longer going to ANY Price Chopper location. And I thought Winn-Dixie was terrible!

Always clean and always fresh food. Have quick solutions for dinner whether you want to cook or not. One of the largest fresh olive bars I have ever seen. Premium butcher counter and awesome unadulterated meats. Nice selection of fresh seafood at the seafood fish counter. Expensive but quality is not cheap.

Rome Price Chopper has the best flowers and is so big! I miss the chicken wing bar though

Like in many places and under the circumstances these folks are under stress. You can understand their attitudes but that only goes so far. In many places in the store you could see the staff hard at work but the front end. The staff were talking amongst themselves but little concerning customers.

Best grocery store in Rome to shop, produce, meats, seafood, bakery always fresh. If you cant find it ask any of the staff and they will gladly help you find what you are looking for. They will also help you to your car and load it in the car for you too!

Always well stocked. Good quality meats and seafood.

Regular prices are a little high, but quality is unmatched in are area. Sale price are very good. And all the associates in the pharmacy are AMAZING!!!
