Wow.. Great guys I sold them I piece of jewelry and the next time I came back 2 weeks later to sell them more jewelry and they gave me more money on the previous gold I sold them ..said they where able to sell for more then they expected that gold went up.. Very honest guys thank you

They wanna sell busted tvs then short you money because they believe you did it even though you didnt leave the parking lot and you only get half your money back on in-store please do yourself a favor test the tv before you go out the store they dont have anything plugged up

I have done loans with them for about 6 months and they never charged me a late fee and discounted my interest rate now that I am a regular they know how to keep your business.. Honestly, I would never recommend anyone come here for anything - to buy or sell. I have never had such appalling customer service. I walked in and there was one person in front of me (not many cars parked outside either.) The guy behind the counter commented immediately that he “hated that everyone decided to come in around lunch” and he “had pizza sitting there for 45 minutes going cold.” He asked what I needed and when I replied I just had an item for him to look at he commented “of course, no one wants to buy stuff. What do you have exactly” then he went to the back — if you enjoy walking in somewhere and feeling unwelcome or that you are inconveniencing someone by going to their business then by all means, this is the place for you! Otherwise do yourself a favor and drive to West Rome, they were SO nice and helpful there!

The guy was condescending as hell explaining to me that I had a copy of my boyfriend’s paper instead of the original & when I stood up for myself he told me that I was rude & asked me to leave, he then called the cops for that. Like what kind of customer service is that? Atrocious.Edit: I called back to tell him that’s the ONLY paper he gave my boyfriend, not even the original slip, & he hung up on me. Y’all are actually the worst & I hope y’all realize that.

Wow! I purchased a BEAUTIFUL Glock pistol 3 weeks ago. It looks practically brand new and fires like its straight off the assembly line! Best thing is I got it for such a cheap price. Visited this new pawn shop on 5/19. When I walked in I was amazed at how beautiful the shop is! They have an amazing selection of jewelry and I wanted it all! The guys were very friendly and I was paid a high amount on my gold. I frequently go to all the local pawn shops in the area and have pawned my gold with most of them. Sorriest people on the planet!!!! I was quarantined 2 weeks during the time my loan was due and could not leave my house, not to mention not getting paid because it was prior to April 1. They REFUSED to wave my late fee. There is a special place in hell for people who take advantage of people in my situation. During this time in our country there is no way in hell I would do business with them. Steer clear!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. My boyfriend bought an xbox from this place yesterday evening and we started noticing roaches crawling around in the house and we NEVER have bugs. Mind you pest control comes and sprays our house every month. So ultimately we ended up finding out the bugs are infested in the xbox. You would think they would check their products but it’s obvious that doesn’t happen.

I went to Floyd county pawn to sell some personal items,not knowing what to expect, but to be honest like other pawn shops , I expected poor offers and misinformed personel. Unexperienced/Untrained (less than a month experience) associate working there when I went to get a price on one of my rings, after looking at my ring the guy asked is it silver? I told him 14kt white gold. Asked if he could scratch test it..I told him that would be fine considering my ring is due for rhodium plating, he then said well if its plated its not worth anything ...after explaining what rhodium plating was...he said never heard of it He tested my ring, not once but twice, damaging it in the process. I then asked to speak with someone else preferably a manager or owner...this guy was the ONLY person there! When asked when the owner would be there he replied no clue, have not seen him in over a week Needless to say this was my first and DEFINITELY MY LAST visit to this shop!

Not deserving of any stars. Called and was specific about my power tool.... wouldnt give any information about it for me. They asked me to come down there, and then had no interest in it. I told them, thanks for wasting my time and they said sorry you feel that way do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this rinky dink company.

Carried a 12’compoind/slide mitre saw with stand into the shop and he offered me $65 for it!! Tried to tell me it was only a $165 saw and the stand didn’t make it worth any more. He had two other saws on display that were not half the saw mine was not to mention my was newer and used a lot less. And neither one had a stand but yet he was asking $300 and $350 for the ones he had. Just shows he had no idea what he was doing or just flat out trying to rip me off!! This was my first time in this shop and no doubt my last time. He didn’t have a lot of quality in the store anyways. I don’t see this shop being here long. And would not recommend this place to anyone.

Brought in an item to pawn because I heard they give top dollar for pawns unfortunately this wasnt true I had previously pawned it at Cash America and they gave me $120 for it but floyd county pawn only wanted to give me $60 and the pawns were only a week apart. Ill be keeping my business with Cash America.

Looked at a Makita sander two weeks ago priced at 29.99. I was going to buy it at $30 even no tax but the guy said they only take cash. I came in today with cash the same sander was missing the price tag and he tried to charge me $60 for same sander which is new retail cost btw. He then said ok how about $40 he argued the fact it was ever priced at $29.99. Seems very shady to me I wont be back
