We had been to the store before, but now has new ownership. And I was less than impressed. The new owners were not welcoming and the prices were dear. If I had not had an emedate need. I would not have spent my money there.

Amazing customer service. The employee that was helping me was extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked, and if they werent sure about something, they were determined to find out what the answer was. They engaged in conversations with every other customer in the store and were willing to help anyone looking for something specific (which was awesome that they had the item in general!). GREAT selection of items and had exactly what I needed. Will go there again when I get the chance. Thank you, Nicole for the great experience!

This place is BEAUTIFUL. I’ve never been in a shop that had such purely positive energy. The women working there are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, but not pressuringly so. They answered every question with a smile and were willing to stand and just tell stories for quite a bit of time. I will 100% come back here again and suggest it to any fellow crystal lovers!

Stones are amazing, getting a reading from lady moon fox I highly recommend, shopping here is great but as far as setting any appointments with baylee I wouldnt..first time I schedule appointments for my mom and I she cancels which was fine we were totally open to reschedule them so we did and the day of she sends us messages confirming our appointments then my mom gets there after driving 30 minutes to get there and she says her phone glitched and cancels both our appointments again...even with a phone glitching it wont send out a full message confirming an appointment...so why send a message confirming if you arent going to actually keep our appointments?...very disappointing after we looked forward to it for almost 2 weeks...

An interesting little store, but their stock seemed to be very low. Incense or essential oil scent was overpowering. Young lady behind the counter seemed uninterested. Maybe it was simply an off day. Ill drop by there again sometime and see if its better.

Not sure if it was the positive energy of the stones or the amazing energy of the customer service, but I sure felt something good. This is a lovely store with an almost museum quality to it. Truly a wonderful experience. Ill be back to buy more neat and wonderful things.

Love this place so much. Every time I go in there I feel at peace. Bryan helped me find an oil that helps with anxiety and I haven’t tried it yet but my boyfriend has and he was instantly a new person. I’m so happy

I have been to Stonehaven numerous times. The store is reasonably sized and smells of incense that actively burns (you might get overwhelmed by the scent). This is a well stocked metaphysical store, though it mostly has stones (hence its name). Besides stones, you can buy incense, oils, some books, other ritual supplies, some teas, and much more. Here you can even buy things you might find online and avoid the troubles of shipping. If youre lucky, the store owner might offer you a deal at checkout.

Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The shop is very quirky and understanding. Most of the time they dont have what I want, but when they do they deliver.Keep your wallet handy its a bit expensive.Also if you get something from a distributor and you dont know if its a real semi precious stone or not, they will help you find out if you have a real stone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Stonehaven. The majority of the items for sale consisted of quality crystals...as expected from the name of the business :) Other items offered were tarot decks, sage, incense and organic tea, a few books, music cds and a few oddities here and there. The energy in this shop was comforting and positive. I also loved the smell of the incense burning that day. I met and was helped by LeAli who was a joy to talk with. I didnt want to leave and cannot wait to return.
