I went for the produce. I was an excellent presentation as usual. Very fresh not going bad and some of it needing to be disposed of. A little pricey but well worth it. I ended up purchasing my groceries there. A good experience!

I had a problem with some items I bought. So I called customer service and Sally was very helpful and empathetic. I then talked to Jesus who was also helpful and professional, even when he was pointing out that I was actually wrong. I will definitely shop at this location more often.

I have had very few bad experiences at any Publix since the 70s when I lived in Fl. Yesterday I had one of those great experiences with Bryan in the meat department. I didnt see what I was looking for and before I knew it he presented me with EXACTLY what I was looking for. It all happened so fast! Thank you, Bryan!

Best grocery store in north Georgia. Staff is absolutely the best anywhere. Great options in the store. Lots of fresh, ready to bake oven meals for people in a hurry. Lots of deli items for people who are REALKY in a hurry or just cant cook. Nice bakery. Great seafood counter with lots of fresh stuff.Publix is DOING IT RIGHT.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. They have walked me across the store just to ensure they were getting me to the right item.

Awesome supermarket. Great selection, amazing bakery and deli. Service is always friendly and fast here. Prices are higher, so be mindful and buy your basics somewhere else to save money. That said, this store has an INCREDIBLE selection, so I always love to shop here for the selection in produce, frozen, and especially all the yummy deli food and baked goods. Must check it out if you havent already been.

I ordered a 100 wings tonight and when I went to my car 50 of them dropped out of the box. With no o question the kitchen made me 50 more. They were understanding and I really appreciated them. Excellent staff.

Even with all things considered, they are the best when it comes to fresh produce, kind and considerate workers, and an extra effort to still wipe down grocery carts. The sub I got was amazing. The pharmacy was the best priced pharmacy with no insurance in town. I highly recommend the pharmacy.

I love to shop at Publix.There are so much that have that Wal-Mart or any grocery store. Theres one thing in particular no other grocery store carries and its put out a sausage called Chorizo by Gaspures.

I ordered a pinwheel tray to be picked up. After receiving an email that my order was ready I arrived at the store to pick. The tray was no where to be found even though my order ticket had done written on it. They said I’m sorry it must have been given to someone else! Really??!! I had no time to get anything else for the team that I was suppose to supply food for.

I love Publix!! The store which is a tad bit pricey you dont mind b/c they have EVERYTHING!! And you theyre never out of stock unlike Walmart. I was once a diehard Walmart fan but I really love Publix....my only qualm is that there isnt one near me.

My cakes is always good but this time it was kind of dry dont know why. But.I will still and get my cakes there.

We had a nice man rent us room but room was not worth staying in 70=dollars for roachs in room dirty sheets and ceiling textor falling .however tv good water was hot and bed big ok .

Publix has great sales and you dont have to be a member to get sale prices and bogos. The quality of the produce is good and there are some yummy deli items.

They have the best fruit. Love stopping by for lunch and fruit.

If you shop here regularly you have significant disposable income. Ive been in here I think three or four times ever. This time I went all out and got a hand basket. I felt so high rolling. Bread, butter, hummus, and a bag of mini-kit kats. $32

Itzy was rude we had a separation bar up and apparently she reached over and got our drink. The woman in front us us said at the same time that is not mine and I said that is our drink. Itzy rolled her eyes and made a ugh sound. I was actually shocked because it was a simple fix and she actually made the mistake by not looking down and just grabbing stuff. She said well it mustve fell over. The woman on register 6 at 8:30 made people get out of line that had been waiting because she said she was closed but her light was on. She reached over after she said that to them and turned her light off. They had to move over to other registers and I know they have been standing there for some time because I was in line right beside them in the other line waiting. Ive never experienced this at a Publix. Very disappointed :( we dont even shop here but we stopped for my grandfather on the way home. Thank goodness I wont be back here. March 26, 2021

Good beef but price gouging on chicken wings right now. Their 3lb bag is 14.99. Kroger has 5lb bags for the same price. The kroger brand 4lb bag is 10.49. Same product and distributor. Shame on you Publix.

What a nice store. Had everything I needed. Also while taking out the groceries noticed an employee outside taking baskets back, take off running. Something fell out of the shopping cart that the shopper didnt notice but employee did. He picked up the item and took off like Santas helper to return the item to the shopper. Well done!

The only grocery store I will shop at in this town. Kroger got too big, and WalMart just... NO. Publix staff are very friendly and helpful. As a disabled shopper, having help with unloading my carts and loading the car is worth every penny I dont save by shopping somewhere cheaper.Publix doesnt have Self Checkout or Self Cart Return because they understand SERVICE, and provide it readily.ALWAYS TAKE YOUR REUSABLE BAGS!!!

The deli and olive bar is ALWAYS my first stop! love this place!

First of all, this is the smallest Publix I’ve ever been to. Second, the shelves are empty a lot! Third, when I buy ice cream there the past two months, it is obvious that they all melted before they were put back in freezer to sell. Arg!

They always have a great selection of cakes.

The layout of the store flows in away to allow you to get your most wanted items easily and efficiently. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am so grateful to the Pharmacy staff. I accidentally left my cell phone at the pharmacy counter and had no idea where I had left it. When I arrived home Publix Staff kindly contacted my phone contacts and I was able to recover my cell phone.Thank you so much for such courtesy and honesty. Such lovely people.

This may be a good place to shop, but not to work! Their management is definitely lacking leadership qualities and honestly, thyre quite petty. The store manager and CS manager should have been taught employees are a reflection of management

Like virtually every Publix the Rome store maintains a high standard of quality and customer service. The Italian sub we ordered was excellent and a good value. Their poultry selection was meager due to the limited availability during this pandemic. As usual a great shopping experience.
