I have always dreaded trading or buying a car. Alex made this experience way more pleasant!!! We are absolutely excited about our new car and could not be any more happier!!! Brandon was absolutely amazing and so courteous with finalizing our deal and so patient with us as we ask millions of questions. Never once did he act aggravated, or seemed disturbed about our questions. He answered with smile and just seemed so genuinely happy we asked or happy he was able to answer them all!!! Thanks for having 2 amazing men who seem to genuinely love what they do and happy to be there!!! Airbag replacement for Takata recall went fine. No issues as far as I can tell.I was disappointed by the repair department. My truck had a air bag service light on. When I called to set my appointment for the recall I asked if the dash light was related. The scheduling person said yes it probably was.After the replacement was completed I noticed that the light was still on. When I asked, the attendant said it was unrelated and I would have to schedule another appointment to get that checked.I would assume that a recall on the same component system would warrant a quick check. They seemed unconcerned in following up. At the very least, in thier best interest, they should have checked it and made a suggestion for repair if need be.I will look for another service department next time I need work completed.

We drove for three hours to see a particular truck that we had seen on the internet. We were greeted by a nice young man named Judd Baker. Judd was so kind and accommodating. He spent all afternoon letting us ask questions, test drive and explaining all paper work. He even stayed after hours to move our tonneau cover from our old truck to the new one for our return trip. He went above and beyond any salesman we have ever encountered. It the first time we EVER bought a vehicle on first sight. We were very impressed. We are very happy with the vehicle and the entire experience. We are in our 70s.

I also enjoy the simple gesture of placing a plastic seat protector on my lovely leather seats and a paper cover over my floor covers. I scheduled my first service appointment a week in advance, and since I would be at work during the time I switched cars with my wife and she drove it to the appointment. Upon arrival they told her I was no where in the schedule and they would “have to squeeze me in when they could”. All this after receiving confirmation emails and text alerts letting me know my appointment was confirmed.

When we took the car in, the communication between the service department and their glass contractor was poor, leaving our only car waiting until the following day to be repaired. Purchasing a new truck from Riverside Chevrolet of Rome was a good experience. They made it easy!Buying a new vehicle can be quite a time commitment, and the process is all too often filled with unnecessary frustrations. Ive experienced this on both sides of the deal; as a buyer, and as an internet sales manager at a dealership.Recently, I made a phone call to the Riverside Chevrolet around 9am on a Saturday, and by 2pm the same day, my new truck was sitting in my driveway. The sales rep, sales manager and finance manager I worked with were able to accomplish this while I spent my limited and valuable free time at home with my family. My time is important to me, and they respected that.

Had my 2017 Denali serviced on 10/26/21 and have been smelling burning oil since.I called on sat the 30th at 7:45 just to have a tech check for issues and was told that Michael was too busy to check for issues and that it would be 18 days before he could check, Said he might have spill some oil that was causing it!! just take a look I asked.. nope too busy!!Do not take your vehicle to riverside Gmc! Not to mention the amount of recalls that have added up because they keep putting them off and rescheduled ! Terrible service Dept!!

This dealership was the easiest one ever to deal with. We went knowing what we wanted to look at, so that helped. We also went in with all the things we thought we would need for trading in a vehicle, finance purposes, and credit-wise. We went prepared to buy even if we were not going to. Bradley Weeks was AMAZING to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He never once pushed for a sale and left everything up to us as far as what we wanted to do. In the end, we did get a vehicle. They gave us book value for the trade-in as well. The dealership itself was very clean as well. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, especially if you use Bradley! David in finance was amazing as well. He made the paper signing the easiest ever. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. Corey Dowdy, my salesman was awesome! He answered all of my questions and stayed in touch with me on the status of my truck delivery, as I bought my Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD LT sight unseen. I was able to do so because Corey had me to come drive a GMC model that closest resembled the truck that I found online.Financing was easy. It only took about 5 minutes to run my credit application. The young man in the finance office, I cannot remember his name, knows and preforms his job well.All in all this was a great truck buying experience and I will definitely refer customers in the future.Betty Z.

Being a single mommy on a tighter income, its hard finding a GOOD and SAFE vehicle that you want to have your precious toddler ride in. I knew about what I wanted but left much happier with what I got and all of the extras I didnt know to even ask for. Chris Blake did an excellent job listening to my needs and trying to stay as close as possible with my budget. I am now in a beautiful vehicle that my almost 2 year old can sit in a back seat and not be in the passenger seat in front. That is an amazing feeling to gain some safety for her! Highly recommend!!

I took my 2011 Cadillac DTS Platinum in for a check up because I had bought it from a dealer in another state and I wanted everything working properly. It only had 27,911 miles on it. I have always relied on Riverside to maintain my car since 2008 when I ordered a brand new Cadillac DTS online. I drove it until March of 2021, my husband traded it in on a Lincoln reserve which I do not like. It’s sitting in the garage. The experience was night and day compared to what I experienced at Ford. Ford seemed to not care I was there to buy. But soon as I stepped on the lot, someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. What a terrible experience with this business. I was ready to purchase a vehicle there, no haggling, until they noted they wouldnt accept my check as they consider their customers untrustworthy in writing a personal check. Worse, they report this after banks are closed for weekend so I dont have opportunity to obtain cashiers check. Instead of working through this with me equitably, management were more concerned with protecting the feelings of their staff who werent competent enough to report their policies in the first place. In closing, I will go elsewhere and may their salesman go hungry without the easy commission they were about to earn. Go anywhere else, but dont buy anything from this prejudice business.

Stopped by your establishment for an oil change for my Chevrolet silverado and was told that your staff was at lunch. I say okay no problem I can wait. The service man says he could schedule me but is unsure if they would be able to get me in. I didnt mind waiting because I was in the area and it was just an oil change for a Chevrolet. He never said another word nor did he move to the kiosk. At that point it felt as though he wasnt going to check the schedule or service me so I left. Never again will enter your establishment.

The service Dept. however could be a bit more experienced.... Had the oil changed on a Friday and took it back in on Monday because the engine light came on and they still can’t find the problem.... Although we did get a loaner car, they need to tackle the problem ASAP.... I quite understand that they are probably understaffed as most businesses are these days....

After about 30 minutes of waiting, I proceeded to check out and was told the charge would be $85.03 so yes I am very dissatisfied with the Riverside Chevrolet service dept.
