Saved us when we were in a bind.

Went for a tire alignment and said I needed a new tire so I bought one and then said that he needed a a special tool for my car to do it right and it would be an extra 175! I said no and left with the new tireand my car was worse and pulling to the right. So I made an appointment with dealership and the tire he sold me had broken bands which made my car worse ended costing me more MONEY!!

Brought brand new Pirelli tires to put on my car, mount & balance and I noticed it started to shake and the ride quality felt worse than my old wore out tires. I called back to get it rebalanced and they refused. Goodyear rebalanced them and said that the balance job was terrible and “whoever did it barely even tried.” I really wanted to like this place considering it was locally owned but they wouldn’t work with me at all.

My “go to” automotive repair service and sales center. Owner operated by two experienced automotive specialists who are courteous, knowledgeable-and dependable as well as bilingual and amazingly well groomed fir automotive techs! I put my faith in them and they have never let me down. Ladies (and men too) can feel at ease in trusting them to not over sell if unfamiliar with automotive issues. I recommend them highly and feel you will find them your new automotive place.

I went to them a few weeks ago for a tire, everything was great. Went back to them for another tire, everything great at first...then suddenly one of my tpms sensors goes missing out of my tire. No broken pieces in or outside of the tire, literally just disappeared. Sure enough, got down the road and my tpms light comes on about my sensors.When we were informed of the missing sensor the guy who replaced my tire was nice enough to work out a deal for the tire, but now its going to cost me way more to not only replace the sensor but also to have it programmed (unless anyone who reads this has any suggestions)....nice people there, but now I am definitely going to go elsewhere....

So I have had terrible luck over the last few months, and of course it didn’t stop, I went to have my tire fixed and on the way to do that my breaks started squeezing... not in the budget for a tire fix let alone a brake job... well I was told about western tire and services... so my fiancé and I went there and spoke with Moses! He was GREAT!! We said what WE NEEDED, he said ok, he gave us a couple of options and fully explained benefits of each option, but with my budget I had to go with a budget option... he didn’t force anything on us, his prices where half of what I was quoted at other places and we were in and out the door in no time! I felt his genuine honesty, and watch him so the work, I am very pleased and so is my fiancé!! I am a mechanics daughter and could have done the job myself but I am 8 hours from home and didn’t have the tools! I am thankful for the trustworthy, non pushy attributes of Moses and I will further continue my business there!!! God bless!!

My husband & I moved to Rome 2 weeks ago. Friday morning I had a flat tire. We took my car on a Saturday morning. The men there told us what we needed, didnt try to sell us anything more, worked fast while we waited & did a great job! We were very impressed! We will come back for more auto work. Thank you!

This place is terrible. I took my car there bc it wouldnt start. He told me it was some sensors and my battery. I ended up paying $433. I picked it up on Thursday by Monday it was doing the exact same thing. I called him and got it back up there. He changed the spark plugs and pretty much told me dont bother him again about it. To top it off my car was hit and damaged while at his business being fixed. And 5 days later my car was back doing the same thing. He clearly charged me for parts and labor I didnt need and Im still without my car.

Staff is fantastic. Honest and very helpful. Prices are very good. I highly recommend them for tires, brakes and minor car repairs.

Theyre very honest with their pricing, polite, efficient and quick. I always go to them, and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car. I posted this in 2016, and am editing this in 2020 to reiterate how wonderful these men are. Please support their business
