Rodrigo was awesome, let me bring my vehicle in on my time, called me with the issues and gave me prices before completion of any work. He checked the car (2013) Volkswagen Tiguan thoroughly. Very reasonable and did not do any extra work that was not needed. This is the second time he has saved me with this car and very professional. Would definitely use him again for auto repairs.

The name says it all. For some minor the dealership wanted a leg and half an arm. Yet in and out Auto repair, I simply used my finger to pay them 1/3 of the dealership price. If you have a foreign car? Bring it to in and let them see about it first!

Rod is a great guy! Very professional mechanic with the knowledge and skill to get the job done. He didn’t rush thru the job, he took his time to figure out what was causing the issues I was having and made the necessary repairs, other shops I have used in the past are always in a hurry and over look the simplest issues! He was also very reasonable with the price! Outstanding service; I would definitely recommend his shop to others!

They did not put my wheel lock back on my tires and my car didn’t have anything missing until I let them do service on it. I told them they did not put it back on and the owner said they didn’t do it cause it was his son. They are the only ones I let do service on my car but I will not be doing service with them again and I drive a 2015 glk350

They should change their name to in and wait. Ive never dealt with such unprofessional lackluster mechanics in my life. Im being told every day that my vehicle will be ready the next day. And as I wait for my vehicle there are more services being added to the tab. I knew I should have went elsewhere or I could of fixed it myself in less time and with less money. This place is a sham avoid at all cost.

Very good work labor is 85 hr to other shops 150 or more. Nice people quality work HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The customer service and professional services are poor. They took all my savings money to fix my car and never fixed the problem. I am single mom and unemployed during the pandemic. The business owner was rude, defensive, accusatory, blamed me for everything. Took no responsibility for his actions. Left me waiting for days on out with the same problem with my car and my only mode of transportation being a single mom, what if there had been an emergency? He raised his voice on phone and told me he put off work for my car and now I will just have to wait. Problem was never fixed.. so i spent 1300.00 dollars and still had to take my car to another mechanic which fixed my problem for 350.00 dollars and it has been running great since. I am still unemployed and have no savings left for my daughter and i. I have underlying conditions so trying to stay away from crowds. He is still in business and not hurting so I wanted to finally get my feelings out.

My LR2 is a joy to ride in again thanks to In and Out repair!There were several things I needed, some I wanted, both cosmetically and mechanically. All were completed in a timely manner and when promised. The problems I had was identified and handled in a timely manner. Even the things other shops in Rome told me I would HAVE to take the car to a dealer. Driving to Atlanta AND paying a lot to the dealer became difficult. I’m so happy with the level of competence and professionalism I found here in Rome with In and Out auto repair. And the differences in cost makes me happy as well. I’ve found a repair home for my little LR2. Thanks to you, In and Out, for being in Rome Georgia.

This place and especially the mechanic who worked on my car are scammers who feed on people who are just trying to make it selling lies more than good honest mechanic work. I feel like the rating of this place is fixed on this platform so I will follow thru with the BBB, social media and whatever other unbiased platform I can find.

Wearing too many hats in the same day ,unprofessional and take short cuts , owner quoted the job and did not have the tools ask me for funds to repair my car its sad when I went there and checked on my car and the owner was putting my gravel pan on with zip ties, take it from me go me go to Atlanta..

Rip off , over charged for parts that were never installed , and charged for labor that was never done ... Paid $900 for nothing car still had same problem when i picked it up ... Ordered new parts fixed it Myself car run like new .... Good people tho but bad mechanics
