Solid dealership, but I waited in the showroom for 10 minutes until I went to someone asking for assistance with a new vehicle purchase. Once I worked with someone, they were very helpful. A customer should not have to ask a salesperson for help. The salesperson should want to help a customer.

Dropped my Buick in for its 30k mile service. Also asked for them to replace my engine air filter. Their shuttle service was very convenient so I could leave the car with them all day. The service advisor called me and recommended that I also replace the cabin air filter, do a fuel system cleaning, and get the brake fluid changed. I agreed to the cabin air filter.When I came to pick up the car, I asked why they recommended the additional work. The service advisor told me the fuel system cleaning is necessary due to ethanol in gasoline and that GMs service interval for brake fluid replacement is 30k miles. The first one is misleading and the second is a lie.Fuel system cleaning is not recommended in the owners manual at all. Fuel system fouling can occur and if you notice a drop in fuel economy, then cleaning could be a consideration. I however did not describe any such issues to them and they certainly did not take apart the fuel system to check for fouling.The owners manual does recommend brake fluid replacement, but only every five years! Thats because brake fluid doesnt degrade with usage (i.e. miles driven), rather with time (due to water absorption). My car is only a year old. Replacing brake fluid every 30k miles is beyond unnecessary!On top of all this, the interior was dirty with grease when I got the car back (see pictures)! Im shocked at the blatant lies from the service advisor and the attempt to take advantage of a new customer. If I hadnt read the owners manual, I likely would have fallen prey to this scam.

It was really a great experience and both my son and I were very happy that your dealership had the spark plugs for our car, in stock. Most dealerships around dont carry these spark plugs, for our 2017 Chevrolet Cruise LT. (twin turbos)

Terrible service department. They feed on people and try and get them to replace parts when there is nothing wrong with them . So our truck was there a few weeks ago for an inspection but it wouldnt pass because I just put a new battery in so the computer had to be reset and when we went back to get it inspected they passed it but also wanted us to change a strut , back brake caliper and an alignment . Which is really funny cause back on December 11th we had an alignment done and they also changed the caliper under warranty and as for the struts yes they have a little oil on then but it still rides great and for there price to change it I will do it myself for less than half the cost .. so anyone who buys a car here just know they will try to make thousands from service your vehicle may or may not need .. and one more thing we had a headlight bulb blow and they charged us 230$ to change it in 15 min , I would have done it myself if I knew they where going to charge that much but we needed the car for vacation that night . And the bulb was 70 bucks. We will not buy our next car there or my next truck ..

Davidson has their good points Im sure but my vehicle was tsken there to have work and inspection. For almost 6 months they claimed things had to be fixed. Finally when they depleated my husbands savings they said oh there is a crack in your windshield it needs to be fixed. It was by another service. Immediately upon that my car passed

This is the 5th vehicle I’ve bought through out the years here. Salesmen Henry was the best but the problems I’ve had in less than two years and how I repeatedly had them correct the same problem is not good. Maybe giving the service department 1300.00 today just set me off.

Tim was a great salesman and made sure that we were going to be satisfied and well informed with all of our options & features in our new vehichle. They are friendly and treat you great!!! Quick service and efficient...and they even wash your car if you ask!!! whoo hooo.....While I was waiting in there nice comfy area, my salesman Henry saw me and stopped right over to ask if everything was ok and if I was still happy with our purchase and if there was anything to come see him.
